The brand new Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau for 2017 is available now! For both region, all 3-stars restaurants from 2016 remain their streaks and quality to sustain the 3 stars title. For Hong Kong, one restuarant upgrades from 1-star to 2-stars and one new 2-stars . Also , there are 7 new restarants get 1-star, including French, Chinese and Japanese cusine. For Macau, more changes occur for 2-stars and 1-star restarants.
