2天前叫了四樣野 1.炸醬麵-->麵是凍的 2.及底粥-->料還料, 粥還粥, 淡到喊 3.炸鯪魚球-->正常少少, 但還在水準以下 4.炸兩-->油炸鬼過硬, 最好食可能係d甜醬

2010-07-01坪洲之旅出師不太順利,來到碼頭卻送船尾,於是改為出發前先醫醫 肚。 田雞雞粥,粥底算是不錯,軟綿之餘也帶點瑤柱的香。配料方面則只 是一般,田雞和雞的味道都不太夠,田雞身比腳多很多,很考食客的 牙力。 炸醬撈很足料,肉和麵也都不錯,可惜炸醬實在太濃郁,有點過咸了。 炸両皮薄,但就是薄得連腸粉的質感和味道都失蹤了。 其實不是差,但總覺得各方面都好像稍為欠了一點,更當然反映不了 其偏高的價位。是因為大規模製作的結果嘛?看來這間粥麵店給車軚 人相中的原因,最主要的是其地點而已。。。 (7/178)

夜晚7時到,很多人排隊呀..不過如果搭桌就不需要等太久 環境還好,有点吵...但我想中國餐廳是這样吧 我和男友点了3样...有点吃不飽 (故意的!! 打算去IFC cinema 看戲買Popcorn XO 炒腸粉 牛腩面:我覺得牛腩有点難咬碎...就是吞不下...可能我的牙齒太weak. 這碗面也有牛筋!好吃,軟軟的 皮蛋廋肉粥: 廋肉又有点難咬呀 :/ 皮蛋味不重, 粥還好. 份料沖足,不錯的啦

2010-05-08I never really understand why they spell Wantun the way it is, perhaps it was me who never knew the correct spelling? ah well, that's not really important i guess right? It was a quick meal here today with a group of friends after a 4 hours long happy hour at the Blue Bar @ Four Seasons, so we were to lazy to go around in search for food and ended up here. I actually frequent his place quite a lot during lunch but one thing I really hated was the constant line up! Even for today we arrived here around 9:30pm, we still has to wait! I ordered the Wonton (or Wantun) with sliced beef noodles without soup. Sometimes I really wonder how much baking soda they use for the beef because they were overly tender and soft that it does not taste like beef at all! I am not complaining at all just a matter of fact. The wonton was the smaller version which was alright. (sigh ... I can still taste the baking soda in my mouth!) 之前有一次人地病左,我係到買左一碗雞粥同蝦米腸做外賣,發覺都唔錯。 今次就入黎堂食,around下晏3點幾4點幾tea time時間,所有卡位都坐滿人。 1. 牛腩湯麵 - 牛腩都算林,麵當然無問題啦! 唔差 2. 糭 - 第一次見咁大個糭啊! 3. 豬潤粥 - 豬潤好林,唔鞋,粥都好綿,nice! 4. 蝦米腸 - 好明顯係見到D蝦米同蔥花粒,係無偷工減料,都OK啊! service其實係OK的..只不過如果你要加茶真係要叫下D waiter...因為佢地唔會點主動加

四月一日 (星期四) 放假前一日,特別有holiday mood呢! 今日我們一行四人就到了IFC的正斗吃lunch 上次在九龍灣吃過正斗的雲吞麵,覺得幾好吃,雖然有點貴 今次早點去,不用等位! 看過menu,似乎比九龍灣的貴,雲吞麵要成40蚊一碗 我們點了以下 味道不錯,銀芽多,但是肉絲不夠多,炒麵很脆很香口!不太油 蝦是新鮮,大隻的,我們吃了一碗半後發現有條長毛....當然要店員換!等了又等,一碟新的再送上,味道都可以,但是因為那條毛,已經沒有胃口了 相片是有兩條的,豈料來到時卻只得一條,而且是細細條的,粥算是ok,但沒甚泥鯭味 條泥鯭倒不錯,可惜真的是太少,這麼細條要我們四個人分 本應不太差的一餐,加上有毛炒飯,減料泥鯭粥....要給一個劣評!

2010-03-24今日約左朋友仔一齊食晚餐, 大家都唔願郁的情況下,直接留0係IFC開飯 蜆芥鯪魚球 叫左個細既蜆芥鯪魚球,有八粒, 全部都好似兵乓球咁圓 (如圖), 粉同魚肉的比例好明顯差好遠,呢度魚肉多好多, 咬落又彈牙,好味! 滑蛋蝦仁飯 講緊$95一個滑蛋蝦仁飯, 真係要試下佢正唔"正斗" 端上的時候俾咁大隻蝦嚇親 (純粹係因為食左咁多年滑蛋蝦仁飯d蝦都係手指尾頭咁細) 滑蛋如名真係好滑溜,大蝦都好新鮮爽脆, 惜炒飯底是預先煮好,飯已硬身不好吃 福州炒飯 侍應錯單之來的, 不過照吃可也, 但都是同一個問題,炒飯底輸了 Overall來說都幾好味,可以再來

2010-03-08到IFC睇戲,本想到利園飲茶,但忘了book位,心想.....時間倘早,姑且一試。 12時正抵達,見接待處沒有人潮,心裹暗地叫好,誰知.....已經full house了,要2時半才有位,有點兒失望, 想起IFC也有 『正斗』,吃碗白粥也不錯。 白粥 - 粥底非常綿,配上少許瑤柱絲,微咸,可下火清腸胃 牛腩麵 - 好腍,好入咪,麵質又爽口,仲搵到一大片果皮 叉燒腸粉 - 粉皮略嫌有點厚 咸水角 - 出奇的好味,熱騰騰,外脆內軟 蝦餃 - 皮薄餡靚, 細細粒,好爽口 一直覺得跑馬地店比IFC出色,連第一次光顧IFC店的mr 譚也有同感,即不是我有偏見啦....

2010-03-02中環開完會,平時食翠華食得太多,想轉下口味。 十點左右入到去,唔駛等位;地方清潔光鮮、佈置幾唔錯,坐得都舒服。 一行五人,叫唑雲吞麵、水餃麵、炸醬麵、牛腩麵、艇仔粥, 另外叫了蝦米腸、雞柳腸粉、芝士春卷SHARE食。 基本上食物冇乜特別: 我食雲吞麵,基本上同出面一般雲吞麵舖係差唔多。 湯底冇乜味、D麵偏靭(唔算爽果隻)、雲吞好細粒同埋太重胡椒味。 蝦米腸:同出面食冇乜分別。 雞柳腸粉:比較少見,食落口雞塊算幾嫩幾滑,腸粉都夠滑。 芝士春卷:香口,新鮮出爐亦夠鬆脆。 最後落樓,位位$70,實在係有D太貴。 作為一碗雲吞麵同腸粉,呢個價只能夠解釋佢個地理位置……

是年大年初二,做了一樣成十八年沒有做過之事情 - 睇煙花. 年年煙花年年放,看一看純屬儀式上打個招呼.趁尾段時間"割禾青",早一點去到國金內晚飯,當一完場,就爭崩頭了. 整個國金之內,如果算是親民一點的食店,利苑同翡翠拉麵休息,剩下的,只有正斗.寡頭壟斷下,門外當然聚集不少食客在等候.我們五大一小,也等了幾個字才有位. 連續兩年成為米芝蓮推介之食店,本來身價高人一等的正斗,更加水漲船高.新年光顧除要硬食$10賀年小食之外,餐牌上的價錢,比德福分店貴一截,在九龍灣賣$60一碟的肉絲炒麵,來到國金要成八十幾.雲吞麵成四十幾銀一碗,吃慣X記十蚊拳頭雲吞麵的人,見到一定大罵呃錢.不過,這處是國金,身價當然比德福高出很多班.收你貴一點,仍然大把人幫襯.正所謂"百貨對百客",在國金狂掃名牌的財大氣粗自由神,四十幾銀一碗雲吞麵,九牛一毛而已.收得貴更顯得他們吃得起,一副暴發戶的咀臉隨之湧現. 國金店沒有套餐,一律散叫,先上油菜.蠔油要叫才有.但不如麥文記要額外收$1.菜心爽甜,不用下蠔油也好吃.酸薑皮蛋亦不錯,有溏心,而且不搶喉.這是正斗找到好地方入貨之故.雲吞吃過幾次,反而未吃過水餃,來個雲吞水餃雙拼吧.我只吃水餃,同雲吞的風格一樣,的的式式.蝦肉新鮮,荀絲同木耳絲爽甜,和增強了水餃的口感. 想吃干炒牛河,但河粉一早賣光.轉戰干燒伊麵.大多茶餐廳做出來的干燒伊麵,都不知燒出什麼來.干燒變干撈都夠膽死.正斗的干燒伊麵,做得非常乾身入味,每條伊麵保持煙齦彈牙.最後的肉絲炒麵,質素同德福吃到的一樣好,不過身價就此處高一點. 寥寥數味,五大一細吃了三百多塊,新年流流,吃貴一點也沒有所謂,反正是友人搶著埋單,謝謝. 評分: 味道 4 環境 5 服務 3 衛生 5 抵食 2

2010-02-13I must say i'm generally surprised by the average reviews of this place. It's so popular that its fame spreads beyond local shores n several friends told me i had to try it out cuz their congee and wanton noodles were the best in HK. It does live up to its reputation cuz the wanton noodles n congee are delicious. the noodles are springy and the wantons are wrapped bundles of yumminess. Admitedly the Causeway bay outlet (which i understand is owned by the parents) is better, tho the ambience is v basic. I went to the IFC Tasty four times in one week, and the service and food was consistently above average. it's crowded and we had to wait about 10 minutes for one visit, but other than that, we were shown to a table very promptly and service was impeccable. other dishes we particularly enjoyed were the lao sar buns (egg yoke custard buns) and the steamed kai lan veggies. the fried beef noodles which is apparently one of the house specialities wasn't anything to shout about. The noodles were a tad starchy and the dish overall was too oily. i would definitely recommend this place if u r a fan of authentic HK wanton noodles. Better than Mak's noodles (which is also highly acclaimed).

一月中旬 不知是近期牛肉品質問題,亦或是天氣冷導致廚部疏於把肉類處理妥當,最近連吃多頓飯,都總會吃到酸得似是變壞的肉餡,如早前以先料掛帥的新店是一夜,想不到同樣問題,竟然出現在金融樞紐國金二期,連續兩年獲「車胎人」推介的粥麵店上。 事緣來吃粥消消膩,口癢欲試即拉腸粉質素,結果瑤柱粥底雖不綿滑卻富米香,亦帶以湯膽的鮮甜味,著實不錯。然而出事位在於腸粉的牛肉餡,是愈吃愈覺得酸,找來店員問問原本味道是否偏酸的,她袒言不該酸,亦願意替換另一款腸粉,偶既然吃了兩口,無謂叫來等價腸粉$32,公道一點要了$13的炸兩,不著你們平宜。 油條是翻炸,不夠鬆透亦略油,至於腸粉皮夠薄,奈何是趕著出爐貨色,結果是濕腍散腍,心情其實幾失落的,這是落場時段,質素理應更好,本該喊的,但店員懂得亡羊補牢,服務亦見用心,當打個和吧,寬容多一點做人也會活得開心多一點,但這點恕不適用於不漠視主理人心機之濁流。

2009-12-23星期一晚係IFC睇戲,之前係正斗粥麵吃晚膳。點了雲吞撈、皮蛋獸肉粥、田雞粥、鮮竹卷及金菇牛肉腸。雲吞撈麵質彈牙,雲吞大小適中,用料新鮮。兩款粥品比較下,田雞粥粥底略勝一籌,較棉較入味;但以配料來說,還是喜愛皮蛋獸肉粥。鮮竹卷OK。金菇牛肉腸則腸粉皮過薄/小,一夾已爛了。金菇芳踪不見,牛肉餡料似肉餅,味道都OK嘅! [21/12/2009; Mon]

2009-12-14The one in Happy valley is much better, unfortunately it is under renovation. This one, the main problem is -- the business is too good. Not enough time for the congee, would be better if they can have more time to prepare it.
