一行10人去咗連續8年米芝蓮一星品嚐~中國八大菜系之一......杭幫菜打開菜牌,全部都係耳熟能詳嘅浙江菜,着重濃油赤醬喱度樓高兩層,一層係廂房,一層係大廳,由香港浙江省同鄉會聯合會經營採用會員制,亦對外開放,但廂房只供會員reservation裝修以青磚牆、紅屋柱為主,加上青瓷餐具同穿上小鳳仙裝制服嘅服務員,予人古色古香之感可惜枱同枱之間有啲逼逼地傳統烤夫~既正宗又美味腐皮再酥脆一啲......就冇得輸當造季節~河蝦、蟹粉......鮮甜爆瀉年糕吸咗醬油、青蟹鮮味,但我比較喜愛毛蟹多啲魚鮮酥脆,但就係好大路既酸甜味燻蛋~蛋黃流心、呈橘色、唔過老,有陣陣煙燻香燻雞~呈茶色、鮮嫩,但係稍嫌凍咗啲雙肪~都係香港老飯店好食這嚿肉~醬汁唔夠濃甜,亦未能入口即溶全冇賣相,但就係全晚最好食有別於淮揚菜拆骨魚頭清鮮,喱個大魚頭皮肉以火腿高湯同醬油煮成,講求濃稠鮮甜百葉有豆香、雪菜冇死鹹、毛豆鮮嫩菜式確係做得正宗,味道亦唔錯相信原因之一係大部份食材來自浙江省今晚實在好多想試味嘅都未食到下次再來一定要嚐嚐其他菜式~如清蒸鰣魚、苔條蝦仁、醃篤鮮...... 繼續閱讀

约咗多年好友聚聚,佢地选址呢度,话要介绍我试好嘢,正合我意,最喜欢试新嘢周三嘅晚上,座冇虚席,原来系连续“7年米芝莲星级食府”由冷盤,到小菜,每样精心美味,薰鱼、脆鳝,脆口美味,蟹粉豆腐时令鲜味,狮子头鬆软清甜,龍井虾仁,系正宗细隻小河虾,用咗对嘅材料,发挥咗最好嘅味道总之perfect 繼續閱讀

I have been to this restaurant many many many times but have not ever written about it. Probably taking things for granted, but the quality has been fairly consistent. I came here for a group dinner and the food was amazinggg! I’m a bit biased since I love this hairy crab 🦀 season this was difficult to eat so I sort of gave up after eating one these tofu looks too fried for my personal liking this was so delicious the 🦀 was packed with crab roe so I ate two in the end it was a nice balance to have plain healthy veggie after such a heavy dish by the time this duck 🦆 came I was already full hahaha but it looks very lovely this photo is taken before they mixed the crab roe with the rice 🍛 which was tantalising according to my friend apart from offering us ginger tea the dessert also had ginger in it, to help “heat” up our bodies after eating such “cold” dishes according to traditional chinese medicine 繼續閱讀

主人宴請朋友, 大排筵席, 包了一間大房,環境非常優雅舒適。服務方面亦感覺受寵若驚,非常地好。味道方面,一如過往,不管前菜與主菜,都的確值 Michelin Star 米芝蓮一星 , 名副其實。Anyway , 我自己對所有食物都是挺滿意的,反正就是傳統上海浙江菜吧 。不過當天有啲客人覺得,現在的一款新菜叫窩巴蟹粉還是什麼的,感覺雖然創新,但味道還不如舊的招牌蟹粉, 所以大家還是比較喜歡舊款式的那種....不過勇於嘗試其志可嘉吧。 如果要特別推介,我個人就比較喜歡蘇式肉包子(還是叫蘇式月餅?)對我來說算是好味、新鮮也特別。 繼續閱讀
