After making a booking a month in advance for this place, I can say that what they served did meet my expectations. The interior of the restaurant is primarily dominated by wood designs. Tables are spaced apart quite adequately and there is quite alot of space to walk as opposed to other buffets in Hong Kong. Wait staff are incredibly nice and attentive, due to the fact that most of the staff are interns from Hotel Icon (the Hotel itself is a foundation for students to gain experience in the hotel service industry). Although I'm not a fan of sweet stuff, I couldn't help but grab a few bits of candy from the candy station which had seven or eight large jars of candy. Sushi station was great as well...in addition to the normal salmon/tuna/tamago, there were large scallops as well. The seafood station had fresh king crab legs as well as cooked mussels and crayfish. I was pretty happy with the quality of the seafood as in some other establishments, you can tell the seafood was not fresh or have been put out for a while. I also opted for the noodle station, ordering some chinese beef ball noodles as well as some laksa, both which were made pretty well (beef balls were firm and tender and the broth tasted like it was made from scratch, while the laksa was creamy and fragrant but not overpowering). Salad bar (which is my favorite portion of any buffet) was well stocked, with a wide variety of greenns/condiments and dressings. There was also a peking duck station which was decent but not great as the duck was not too juicy. All in all, for $400 a person, this is one of the better buffets you can get in Hong Kong at that price. Would definitley recommend due to the wide variety of food and the quality of staff
