The Chawanmushi (steam egg) was a truly fulfilling dish, with a variety of ingredients including shrimp, crab, and fish. The flavors were expertly balanced, and the delicate texture of the Chawanmushi perfectly complemented the succulent seafood.
The omakase meal was a true seafood lover's paradise, featuring a diverse selection of seafood dishes even before sushi came , which were not only delicious but also unique and hard to find elsewhere. The lobster sashimi was particularly noteworthy, with its delicate and umami flavor and ”crunchy" texture. The oysters were plump and fresh, and the yellowtail, particularly oily during the winter, was expertly prepared with sea urchin source to bring out its rich and complex flavor. The Sawara was a delightful surprise, and the refreshing salad was a great palate cleanser between dishes. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, making it a truly memorable dining experience.
The sushi course was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Each piece was a symphony of flavors and textures, featuring the freshest and most premium ingredients including Tuna, Tai, Sea Urchin, and Karei. The fish was so fresh it was as if it was swimming in the ocean just moments before. The flavors were well balanced and complementary, and the fish was particularly well-suited for sashimi during the winter season. The sushi chef's skill and knowledge of seasonal ingredients was evident in every bite. Each piece was not only delicious, but also a true work of art, a true celebration of the freshest and most delicious seafood available during the winter. It was a truly satisfying and memorable experience, one that left us in awe.

The finale of the meal was a delightful pairing of a Belgium chocolate ice cream and a freshly brewed black coffee, which provided a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness that was truly satisfying.

There are two different cod liver, one of monkfish cod liver was one of the best that I ever eat. It taste numb and sweet at the same time. Without much seasoning, the food itself was pack with flavour.
Matsuba crab was one of the expensive crab that a restaurant will serve to show their ability to obtain such high end ingredients. The chef top with some German black fish roe was perfect. The fish roe add some saltiness for the crab meat, and it bring out even more sweet from the crab meat.
Sea urchin was one of my favourite. They serve in two different sea urchin. There was one special purple sea urchin which catch my eye ball. Both of them taste sweet and almost like eating candy.
There are too many dishes to be talk one by one. I had to confess, I’m very much enjoy the dining experience and looking forward to book this restaurant again.
