One of the places I come to time and time again for hotpot! The ingredients, we got their signature seaweed heung ling. Such crispy, the seaweed inside adds an element of uniqueness and it soaks up the delicious broth so well.
Also, we ordered plenty of veggies to kid ourselves that we were eating healthy. They were super fresh.
We got a beef platter so that we could sample a little bit of everything and fish balls with a cheese center.
