This is the utmost worst dining experience. The waiters didn’t know when to serve drinks and when to clear plates. We ordered at around 8 and with repeated request for food, we finally could have our main course and pastas at 9. The menu choices are very limited and food quality is so so. 友人生日的關係，小小地幾個去中環食餐飯。是此點左4 cheeses pizza, mushroom risotto 同steak. 食物上其實都不錯, 因為菜式上其實也都普通。服務上則可以有所改進。事原朋友想點12oz的牛排，但服務員堅持話12oz一定不夠食，叫我地點24oz，我們已兩次說12oz夠的了 (記得平時outback食開都咁上下oz)，誰遼他再強調”無呃你, 12oz得餐包碟大而且好薄” 。此舉令我朋友當下十分尷尬。最後唯有趁那個服務員行開後，我地再叫另一個服務員幫忙點餐。(其實那服務員一開始就已不停催促點餐...)整個是好weird 的點餐經驗。幸好，食物ok，生日的朋友也沒有介意。返食指數: 3粒星。(5粒最高) 食物質素頗不錯，但也不便宜的說。這還是第一次被不停遊說，尷尬非常的點餐過程!

同事生日，係臨時臨急嘅情況下早一日搵到呢一間中環LKF附近嘅餐廳。我今次係第一次經Openrice手機app訂座（利申：我無收錢賣廣告架！），真心，好好用，好方便，經app訂座佢會確認訂座後收到email確認，而餐廳亦有安排同事打電話比我確認booking，係抵讚嘅！Lunch set menu如下同好多西餐一樣，入座後有免費嘅麵包，而佢有個籽然粉配搭，幾創新，加埋olive oil又幾好味！我叫左salad，以中環西餐黎講，portion都算大，而且有幾塊唔同嘅平價ham，都算係咁啦！主菜叫左西班牙豬扒，都幾大塊，見得下人，不過個presentation就麻麻，似花園餐廳…尤其係舊西蘭花，今時今日我地home made係屋企煎下扒就用西蘭花啫，話哂200蚊，配菜試無乜heart！西班牙豬都好食，好罧但都有咬口，texture唔錯！不過唔算好有西班牙黑毛豬味…同事叫左帶子天使意粉，試左少少，帶子都煎得幾好，唔會過熟！意粉就正常啦，天使意好極有限…加左30蚊叫左個cheese platter無comment，反正佢都係買d芝士返黎，純粹想吃下芝士提一提，set lunch有包餐茶。整體：

終於迎來期待已久的Friday, 是夜便相約了朋友一起來到位於LKF的Spark Bar吃一頓豐富的西餐。聽説這裏是由C AllStar開的，不知怎的突然覺得很有興致也很期待這裏的食物質素會是怎樣。這裏的酒精飲品款式很多，其中cocktail的名字都是歌名，非常特別。點好食物後，先來了一份餐包。這裏的麵包質素不錯，麵包很鬆軟也很香，特別適合配橄欖油和果仁一起吃。我們點的appetizer就是這個Portobello Mushroom stuffed with escargots and melting cheese。一共有兩件大大的蘑菇，蘑菇内都釀滿了田螺肉和熱熔芝士。除了有田螺的鮮甜味道之外，還有濃烈的蘑菇香氣和芝士的鹹香，蘑菇還很juicy，很好吃的一個小食。吃完蘑菇之後，便開始吃我們點的main course。第一個是Duck Confit with Port Wine Cherry Sauce。這份油鴨脾外脆内嫩，肉味突出，脂肪比例剛剛好，鴨肉不會太乾身。配上cherry sauce，味道酸甜，能夠解一下鴨脾的油膩，而且味道配搭很好。旁邊的焗薯也很軟很香，整體是一道不錯的cou

Lan Kwai Fong is not only a place for drinks. Recommended by my friend, we found this hidden gem in Central—Spark Bar & Restaurant. Spark provides alcohol of course. Spark Bar & Restaurant was a really nice place to catch up with friends and have a fine dinner and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. It’s located in Lan Kwai Fong area but it’s not noisy at all. 飲品餐牌全以廣東歌名合命名有一部分位置放置了各種樂器，是一個小型舞台。餐廳提供的麵包籃，旁邊的玻璃小瓶是橄欖油，玻璃碟則盛著茴香粉、辣椒、芝麻、肉鬆、紫菜。撕開一小塊麵包先蘸上橄欖油，就可黏上其他配料，很香口滋味。 Alaskan Crab Meat, Avocado and Mango Salad很高營養價值的牛油果和微酸的芒果、車厘茄，襯托出阿拉斯加蟹肉的鮮甜。Linguine Carbonara with Iberico Ham每條扁意粉也掛上creamy的忌廉汁，煮得軟硬適中. 黑毛豬火腿帶很重的鹹香，中和了卡邦尼汁的滯膩感。

係蘭桂芳食咁多次飯，第一次去左間咁小人既餐廳，完全吾熱鬧！但吾熱鬧有吾熱鬧既好，人少d服務都好d既，因為workload無咁重嗎，所以服務其實比其它好既！呢間餐廳其實景觀吾錯，望住碼路，但室內裝修略為簡約，氣氛真係好一般，以收費同裝修比較，的確有點吾值！講番食物，我們四人用餐，點了大約八款食物，包括小食及maincourse, 亦有海鮮，基上去佢有既主菜都叫晒，當中佢地重點推介既baby pork其實真係幾好食，但份量太小！他們推介新到鮮蠔，但味道好一般，完全稱吾上好食，下次吾會再order喇。唯一大家覺得比較好食係baby pork, seafood platter, 但有朋友食完海鮮盤番去肚柯，真係吾知關吾關事。酒方面有兩枝，一枝白，一枝海鮮盤送的有氣白酒，都係一般，但要$420枝，麻麻地抵飲！

是夜放工便相約同區工作的朋友到蘭桂坊附近的Spark Bar & Restaurant食西餐。聽就餐廳是CAllstars 有份，所以不少飲料也是香港金曲名，很特別！不過明天仍要上班，我們便不飲酒精飲品了。首先上碟是店員推薦的Pan seared Tuna Tataki ，份量真是很多，而且都是厚切，食起來啖啖肉。加上吞拿魚柳煎至半生熟，令魚味更逼出來，加上有黑椒粒圍邊同炸乾蔥絲，更是惹味。另一款Portobello Mushroom上碟是更是香噴噴！大蘑菇一切開會感覺到很多汁，更有芝士拉絲。而每一口都充滿菇汁，加上鋪滿芝士和惹味醬汁，味道很豐富，是當晚我們最喜歡的一道菜！主菜我們一開始便選擇了Lobster Risotto ，因為店員說當天會有波士頓龍蝦供應，於是我們便留了一份。意大利飯燴上龍蝦汁，再釀在到龍蝦裏面，龍蝦有半隻份量，意大利飯煮得剛剛好，軟硬適中，保持稍微有咬口的感覺， 再加上鮮甜的龍蝦汁，單是食飯已經覺得很惹味！ 而且龍蝦意大利飯混和不少龍蝦肉，波士頓龍蝦鮮味十足，加上啖啖肉的口感，很豐富！另一個主菜我們選擇Duck Confit, 鴨髀先油封過，所以表皮有烤香脆，鴨

一路都有聽過朋友介紹呢間C AllStar有份開嘅餐廳，咁啱今日喺中環放工，下晝打去睇吓夜晚有冇枱食飯，又比我book到。喺蘭桂坊等埋朋友一齊行上去雲咸街轉角位，餐廳就係一幢商業大廈嘅4樓。一入門口已經感覺到間餐廳嘅格調，有傳統西餐廳嘅暗燈光，枱上面有燭光，帶女朋友黎一流。佢仲有個Band show area，聽講C AllStar間唔中都會來表演。侍應非常好服務，見到你煩惱緊揀咩嘢食佢就會行埋黎推介。餐廳一開始送上餐包，仲有一碟香料同埋橄欖油，餐包點橄欖油同埋香料之後食，有微辣嘅感覺非常特別。揀咗侍應推介嘅兩款法國生蠔，一款係Lambert，另一款係Specia de Claire。生蠔嚟到嘅時候餐廳建議我地先食Lambert，兩款生蠔嘅size差唔多，食落去非常新鮮甜美，一啲腥味都冇，後者相對前者比較有海水味，比較鹹，我個人都係比較喜歡前者。之後我哋叫咗個都係侍應推介既雞脾菇批同埋帶子carpaccio，係類似帶子刺身沙律嘅一道菜。雞尾菇批批皮好薄，食落去雞脾菇感覺似雞肉同瑤柱嘅混合品，非常過癮。個雞尾菇批仲會有煎嘅雞脾菇，一道菜可以食到兩種唔同嘅煮法。至於個帶子刺身就味道比較淡，
