见完客想揾个地方坐低休息下食下野同静静地谂下Project就上左黎呢间楼上BAR原来呢间系星级BAR黎既, 做得星级BAR, 装修唔可以马虎环境空间感几大几舒服, 装修又唔会过于华丽, 几唔错叫左个Homemade既Baccala ravioil望落个样似系意大利云吞个一类既食物摆盘几靓, 唔会太多花巧野食落味道都唔错, 外皮厚薄适中, 带点口感职员服务主动有礼, 唔会过于骚扰, 可以静静地享受一个人的午餐

朋友喺中环返工,都有在周边附近出没,佢提议话去间优质嘅西餐厅食晚饭,我当然系赞成啦。餐包配橄榄油都几清新,如果提供埋balsamic vinegar一齐点会更加丰富口味,亦都会开胃D。前菜点咗炸鱿鱼share嚟食,炸得好香脆,加少少青拧汁食好清新,点个aioli酱食就会多一个层次感,虽然黑蚊蚊(墨鱼汁)有D吓人。我嘅主菜点咗蚬肉意粉,蚬嘅份量都唔少,口味较为清淡,意粉烹煮时间掌握得好,呢个档次嘅餐厅,都唔expect会食到D过淋嘅意粉。朋友食咗炆煮羊腩,我唔食羊肉所以无试到。

西餐都有分好多种嘅,今次就嚟食意大利菜,觉得餐厅氛围几型格,去到咁啱仲有liveband听,令人觉得好enjoy。食物我地其实都唔系好识点菜,于是就叫职员推介店内的主打菜式。最后我地决定点一款前菜、一款汤、牛扒,再加甜品一齐share两个都够食。前菜:Cuttlefish 见到一碟泡沫首先要打卡,朋友介绍话分子料理呈现方式就系讲sauce打成泡沫。我小心翼翼啲试食一啖,味道好fresh,好清新。汤:Spark Seafood Chowder Soup有一个好特别嘅紫菜脆片,配上鲜甜绵滑嘅汤,好enjoy。牛扒:10oz USDA Prime Rib Eye一开始睇个样真系唔识食,不过职员都好Nice会教我地食法同顺序。讲牛油和牛骨髓涂在牛扒上,食落香浓,味觉会有不同层次,几特别。Spark Tiramisu最后就系甜品。以前都系食杯装嘅Tiramisu只觉得甜腻。呢个SparkTiramisu系最后都要比到惊喜我,甜而不腻,仲加上爆炸糖,即刻勾起细个嘅回忆。觉得每个菜式都好又心思,靓得嚟又好食。
