The French petit pains and croissants were fabulous, aesthetically and olfactorily. Served warm with a pellet of well-prepared butter, the bread has a beautiful chewy crust with a beautifully soft interior texture.

The USA Prime Hanger Steak was cooked to perfection and to a precise medium rare wellness, which means that the center is still pink and slightly cool to the touch, while the outer layers are beautifully seared to a crispy,
caramelized crust. This balance of temperatures and textures is what makes a
medium rare steak so appealing, as it preserves the natural flavors and moisture of the meat without sacrificing the depth and complexity of the flavors. Apart from steak, the garnish is phenomenal. The carrot paste stands out the most. Put it into the mouth, and find your taste buds ambushed by surges of flavours inextricably intertwined with the sweetness of carrot and the umami of Oden. With the inevitable swallowing after a long rollercoaster trip inside the mouth, the aftertaste gives you an exquisite sensation.
One of the sides dishes was French beef tartare. The dish is appreciated that it is both elegant and approachable, with a
simple presentation that allows the flavors to shine through. The beef is expertly seasoned and prepared, with a clean, fresh taste that is reminiscent of sashimi. The portion size is
also just right, allowing diners to savor the dish without feeling overwhelmed.
The desserts ended the whole dinner with a perfect stinger. The gelato, chocolate mousse cake and the mango orchestrated a concluding piece of music with a smoothing melody harmonized by jazzy, relaxing chords. Please forgive my lack of words to describe them.
