見評分高以為幾好,成個星期前訂位,當晚7點幾到,見有好多位未有人坐,但偏偏被帶到去盡頭的枱,雖然都是海景位,但張枱明顯是後加,因為無沙發位兼且頭上無燈,連menu都睇唔到╯﹏╰,點左個燒肉,根本睇唔到熟未,要求換位,點知侍應哥哥俾左支電筒仔我照,有位都唔俾人換,後來勁到放多2支蠟燭俾我,當然都無乜作用,真救命,個景幾靚都大煞風景,講下食物先,食左個燒和牛,得數塊,味道ok但感覺同牛角無分別,扇貝龍蝦唔知乜乜,份量少到難以置信,一個牛肝菌芝士pizza,番茄醬味太濃,唔太好味,甜品普遍,最後仲要吹人埋單,其實我用膳唔夠2小時..

叫左兩個dinner set share 食:一個Italian tasting menu;另一個Japan tasting menuitalian set既starter :藜麥蟹肉沙律配牛油果伴溫室青瓜麻麻地,唔太好食。如果落少d藜麥同少d青瓜味應該會好食好多囉。Japan set既starter:刺身&壽司拼盤整體黎講都好新鮮唔錯,不停回想起日本既味道(除左舊藍鰭吞拿魚之外,但香港黎講都唔算差架啦,都可以收貨既)、壽司上面既黑松露亦好重味😍。除此之外,佢既賣點就係水晶壽司,即係圖入面壽司上面塊透明花花膏。不過,我同男朋友都唔太識欣賞,所以咬左啖就扔。Italian set既頭盤:自家製卷意粉配海鮮、辣椒、黑水欖伴新鮮蕃茄醬開頭以為係一條條既意粉,點知原來係類似貓耳朵通粉,但比通粉更彈牙更堅韌更有口感,好特別,值得一試。味道微辣,個汁好似有d似金寶牛尾湯。Japan set頭盤:虎蝦天婦羅,芝麻醬伴波菜天婦羅炸得好鬆脆,而隔離個波菜唔講真係以為竹黎😂本身我好憎食花生芝麻醬,不過佢呢個溝過黎,比一般中式花生芝醬無咁重花生味且甜d,又d傾向胡麻醬咁。Italian set既主菜:燴牛面

整體黎講都好新鮮唔錯,不停回想起日本既味道(除左舊藍鰭吞拿魚之外,但香港黎講都唔算差架啦,都可以收貨既)、壽司上面既黑松露亦好重味😍。除此之外,佢既賣點就係水晶壽司,即係圖入面壽司上面塊透明花花膏。不過,我同男朋友都唔太識欣賞,所以咬左啖就扔。

Italian set既頭盤:自家製卷意粉配海鮮、辣椒、黑水欖伴新鮮蕃茄醬

開頭以為係一條條既意粉,點知原來係類似貓耳朵通粉,但比通粉更彈牙更堅韌更有口感,好特別,值得一試。味道微辣,個汁好似有d似金寶牛尾湯。

天婦羅炸得好鬆脆,而隔離個波菜唔講真係以為竹黎😂本身我好憎食花生芝麻醬,不過佢呢個溝過黎,比一般中式花生芝醬無咁重花生味且甜d,又d傾向胡麻醬咁。

Italian set既主菜:燴牛面珠肉配南瓜茸,黑松露片及雲吞
有成5-6片黑松露片,可惜無乜黑松露味。至於舊巨型雲吞,我認為才是此菜既重點。入面充滿好香好濃味既黑松露忌廉醬,簡直係人間極品
但係下面舊牛面珠就認真麻麻啦,口感軟而溶化,但似普通牛腩。

Japan set既炭燒肉眼伴鵝肝配金平准山杏仁照燒汁

呢個好食過牛面珠好多,total有6舊,入面仲有3個不同既熟度,大約分別係:70%,50%同30%。最好食一定係最生果舊,超滑超紋戈🙊另外,塊排超juicy,好少可會有排多汁成咁
鵝肝呢就外脆內軟,入面豆腐咁軟,好重油脂味。由於我本身都唔食內臟,所以我都唔知舊鵝肝算唔算靚。

Japan set既甜品:綠茶焦糖焗蛋配紅豆雪榚
個焦糖焗蛋食唔到綠茶味,除左面頭有d位過燶以至極苦之外,其實係好好味,整得好滑又好似mousse。而紅豆雪榚麻麻地。

食在黃昏時,本應如此,可是我們平常的無秩序溝通方式作祟。然後呢?我搞錯相約時間及地點,奔走之下,日已落。不過更慘情的也許是友人,要自己無無聊聊待著,雖說是個誤會,但還是對他感到抱歉了。  以前到過Aqua,不過就是要上一層的Bar,而非這次的餐廳部分。Tramonto d' Estate - Sunset Menu,再次看到黃昏二字又忍不住抱歉感覺。然後友人一直說著不要緊,但明明入座時間為晚上六時至六時半……言歸正傳,兩道菜晚餐 $448+10%(位),三道菜 $498+10%(位)。甜品部分,若然選的是甜品拼盤,則可寫上自訂祝福語句,可先作安排讓對方有個驚喜。  先上的餐包籃款式十分多,當中的無花果麵包教人最為喜愛。甜得帶點清香,麵包外層脆口,但內裏鬆綿不乾韌。而黑橄欖包的香氣味道亦不俗,同是外乾脆,內香稔,而這次去掉甜意,添上橄欖香味。隨籃附上的不是酸忌廉,而是蒜香蛋黃醬,酸酸甜甜的奶潤感,並帶陣陣蒜香,不得不愛。  餐點還未上桌之前,先呷一口清新。Aqua Signature Cocktail - Aqua Queen及Mocktail - Mango Mania $88(杯)。

  先上的餐包籃款式十分多,當中的無花果麵包教人最為喜愛。甜得帶點清香,麵包外層脆口,但內裏鬆綿不乾韌。而黑橄欖包的香氣味道亦不俗,同是外乾脆,內香稔,而這次去掉甜意,添上橄欖香味。隨籃附上的不是酸忌廉,而是蒜香蛋黃醬,酸酸甜甜的奶潤感,並帶陣陣蒜香,不得不愛。

  雖說Aqua整個是西餐廳的樣子,但其實也有日菜款式供應。我們選的第一個頭盤為日本野菜天婦羅伴黑松露麵豉紫菜絲汁,賣相是意料之內的精緻。室內冷氣頗大,油炸食物還得在剛上桌時趁熱儘快吃,才能嚐到最佳狀態吧。炸皮不厚身,緊附於食材之上,未會如坊間常見的甩皮甩骨。略帶酥脆,因為食材全為蔬菜,食時感覺比較少負擔。旁邊的黑松露麵豉紫菜絲汁配搭罕見,松露香氣鮮明,鹹中帶甜,濃度恰到好處。

  藍水晶蝦配魚子片、布袋芝士及煙燻風乾車厘茄要另加$88享用。清晰易明的菜名,沒有多加Gimmick吹噓,上桌的,亦是最為真實的模樣。藍水晶蝦作底層,甜香不腥,細嫩順口,配以厚層奶潤感重的Burrata Cheese也不會過膩。魚子片風乾車厘茄攜來煙燻香氣,鹹甜酸鮮齊集,沒有特別搶風頭的一點,來得和諧。

  讓人難以抗拒的燴牛面珠肉配南瓜茸、黑松露片及雲吞。說到Raviolo,不是一碗的意式雲吞,而是一大大一件的隱藏版美味。一刀切下的一剎,沒有想過會有源源忌廉餡溢出,邪惡的香潤感不斷重擊著。此時,不要忘卻坐底的厚厚燴牛面珠肉,那是只用叉子輕壓便會化開的腍綿。肉香仍存,濕綿可口,沾上甜清南瓜茸,以及伴著薄香黑松露片同食,比較清新柔和。

  意大利小麥粒配扇貝、龍蝦、花椰菜汁及甜酸蔥片 +$128,比較清新的一道,滿滿的食材可見是毫不吝嗇的,感覺繽紛多采。煎至表面帶焦的扇貝肉腍香甜美,略帶彈性,不黏牙。龍蝦肉亦是水分豐富,甜美不改,嚼感充足。意大利小麥粒富有彈性咬口,粒粒分明,跟淡清花椰菜汁甜酸蔥片同食,不單調。

  Aqua甜品拼盤
,可寫上自訂字句的朱古力牌子還未解封,字被我藏起來了。拼盤賣相擺盤有條理,造型新穎,就是拍照時有點兒困難,而桌子小,擺放也有點麻煩。一份甜品拼盤共有五款甜點,若然不喜歡也可單選Tiramisu或有不同口味的Creme Brulee。另外還有一款是要加錢點選的櫻花金啤梨冰配柚子乳酪奶凍,比較特別的款式。

  心太軟要趁熱吃,也許我們拍照什麼的耽誤太久,沒有澎湃的場面。朱古力餡只是微微的暖身,開始變得稠黏難流,好在甜而不膩。蛋糕外層略為帶脆,頗香口的,乾濕程度剛中,也就更少膩感。法式焦糖燉蛋表層灼至薄脆帶焦,入口味甜而濃香。下層燉蛋部分不算太甜,還有輕輕的薑味,細滑奶潤。

  Tiramisu以小玻璃罐奉上,細滑的Mascarpone不會太甜膩,如像泡沫的輕盈。友人說酒味甚濃,我覺得是一般程度,說是頗香的。當中夾著點點甘苦並重的朱古力,亦為其一亮點,吃起來不會單有甜味。

  話說甜品拼盤上的款式不知道是有定律還是會不時更變,友人就說著希望有檸檬雪葩。果真出現了,原個檸檬挖空,內裏盛著的是檸檬雪葩。酸勁十足,完全合我心意,雪葩細緻,冰感不重,吃起來順滑得多。最後還有閃電泡芺,對半切分,於切口位填上大量的粗朱古力切粒。帶微苦的朱古力粒剛好是我喜歡的味道,保持乾爽,食時不會漿口。不過泡芺就太過稔身,受水氣影響,變得軟綿綿了。
  感謝友人相約,真的很久不見了,還得感謝當日的耐心等候……還有那份隨口提到就爽朗大方相贈的實用小禮物,最近會物盡其用的了:^)

Lucky enough to sample the Sunset Menu with a friend at the one and only Aqua.  Apart from the fabulous views which never disappoint (at least, not so far!) the service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble - even borrowing pashminas to counteract the effect of the airconditioning after travelling across the water from HKG Island on what would be the first of some really hot days.
So, up first were a couple of cocktails - Mango Mania which was not as tasty as I was expecting but I've been all "sugared out" with too many sweet fresh mango juices in Vietnam and Cambodia in the past!  Still, this was pleasant enough.  The 2nd one though was a real surprise as apple and grapefruit (or was it pomelo?) were dominant and refreshing.  Accompanying these were a few sushi bites and while sushi is something I can normally live without these were tasty & appetizing.
For starters, I chose the parma ham with Datterini tomatoes, Buratta cheese & balsamic vinegar; my companion had the spinach rolls with homemade sesame sauce.  We were not disappointed although the sesame sauce was quite rich for my palate.  The parma ham was not the chewy stuff you sometimes find in restaurants - just as well!  The tomatoes and buratta were just delicious.
For main courses, we chose salmon and beef cheek respectively - but as we were sharing this was not a bad thing!  The salmon was perfectly cooked and served with caramelized onion and a sauce made with Yuzu and sansho.  Fortunately, my culinary friend was able to tell me that Yuzu is a citrus fruit and sansho, a Japanese pepper!  The beef cheek came with a raviolo stuffed with mascarpone and truffle shavings.  There were also some mini vegetables and a pumpkin puree.  Beef cheek is something new for me since coming to Hong Kong but I'm a complete convert & not afraid to order now (as long as I'm at a very nice restaurant!).
By the time the mains were done, the dessert platter, I found, totally overwhelming!  Perhaps it's best to half starve yourself before indulging in Aqua's delights - they can be quite rich.  Being World Chocolate Day (oh happy coincidence!), there were various delights: a choc pud filled with hot choc sauce, green tea creme brulee, tiramisu and a lemon sorbetto served in a lemon.  I could not do justice to the puds but made a half attempt at the one with choc sauce as I usually can't resist something like that.  All the others were just a taste for me but oh so good!  There was an added surprise of two small eclairs on our personal plates with a chocolate message.  Eclairs of a certain size are just perfect and these were!  
Throughout the meal we spoiled ourselves with Veuve Clicquot and were served a dessert wine for the last course which was not really to our taste but we're both bubbly gals by preference.
All in all, a lovely meal.  If there are any criticisms then they're only to say that the furniture at Aqua is looking a little tired but once the sun goes down & Hong Kong lights up, all is forgiven!

You can "eat" the amazing harbour view but not the food.Luckily got a table on Saturday night without reservation. Searching for food via open rice and show loads of positive review so decided to give a try. The atmosphere was great and the view was amazing. Can not complain a thing it. But the window-side table are too close to next so we asked to move to the round table with more privacy. However the food was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere was great and the view was amazing. Can not complain a thing it. But the window-side table are too close to next so we asked to move to the round table with more privacy.

However the food was a huge disappointment. We order quit a lot for two people as we were both staving.

To start with:-

Organic spinach rolls with homemade sesame sauce and smoked sweet corn soup with prawns and yozu flavoured Spring vegetable, they were the best dish I had from the restaurant.

Hamaguri clams gently steamed with sake garlic and ginger:- it was okay but nothing stand out as it was a bit bland and a bit sand in it.

Ama ebi (sweet prawns ) and hotategai ( scallop ) sashimi, it was disappointed!!!! As it wasn't fresh and it had the frozen taste. I couldn't have it at all after had the first piece of each so have to ask the waitress to take it back. Have been told by the waitress that the chef said that it was fine and nothing wrong with it. Didn't complain any more with them as when we decided to ask the waitress to take it back we just wanted them to notice. But the restaurant were nice as they didn't charge us at the end for the dishes.

Stone grilled wagyu beef sirloin and crispy garlic chips with three sauce:- again disappointed. Have been told we have to grill it ourself on the table which I found it a bit wired but then thought its okay maybe it could be fun so we decided to go for it. The beef doesn't taste like wagyu at all!!! It wasn't oily and it didn't look fresh with the colour. It again look like they have just took it out from freezer and force it to defrost. When we grill it, it basically got stuck on the stone as there are no oil coming out from the beef. We finished the whole dish as it was the most expensive dish we ordered but then if I can choose again, I will rather go and get rib eye steak and grill it at home myself.

Scallop and lobster with Sardinia fregola cauliflower moose and pickle shallot. - we both had a piece of lobster & scallop and couldn't take another piece. Again it wasn't fresh and it was from the freezer.

Total cost was $21xx without being charge for the sashimi. It was way overpriced as the food quality was below average. I understand mainly people were here for the view but with the price customers pay, I believe we deserve much better quality of the food.

Didn't even go for dessert while I'm always upset with dessert. We end up left and go elsewhere for dessert.

The service was great, all the staffs are polite and friendly.


It was my first time but probably be the last time there. Will never come back again.

仲有就係,waiter們服務好好。每次起身佢地都會細心地幫你即刻摺好餐巾,我女友感到非常不好意思呢!

洗手間好整潔乾淨,用毛巾抹手,佢話沒有半點嘔心臭味的感覺

To finish we had the dessert platter which is a feast for two people!
You get to personalize a messasge on the dessert platter so I chose supersupergirl on the go!
On the dessert platter, there was: chocolate eclair, lemon sorbet, tiramisu and a chocolate lava cake.

一進場就見到兩層樓高嘅全落地玻璃維港景色,已經加晒分,餐廳裝修唔錯,服務都幾好,我選擇嘅係Sunset Dinner $498一位3 course ,食物推介:頭盤天婦羅配以黑松露醬,有驚喜👍🏻,主菜推介肉眼牛扒,甜品揀咗full set拼盤,可寫上生日祝福語,慶祝生日情調一流,值得推介

That View of Hong Kong's Harbour -
I took some Sunset photos of here too. To me personally, Aqua can be a touristy spot for diners, but during recent years I actually found the food here to have majorly improved. They serve some of the best Lobster or even Vegetarian pastas in town.

Cristal Blue Prawns Tartare, with Burrata Cheese, Dry Smoked Cherry Tomatoes, Caviar - (+HKD $88)
The smokiness was actually quite strong, the burrata cheese runny. The prawns were thickly diced and the portion was bigger than I envisaged. Lovely Course with a good balance ~ 8/10

Vegetables Tempura, Seaweed, with a Black Truffled Miso Cream Dip -
Looking cute with the Basket Presentation. I was surprised there were no prawns or seafood in the tempura dish, but ultimately I enjoyed the veggies and mushrooms, shishito, lotus root, and that truffled miso paste was very likable, to the point we dipped bread into it to mop it up ~ 8/10

Lobster & Grilled Scallops on Sicilian Fregola Pasta. Cauliflower Mousse and Pickled Shallots - (+ HKD $128)
The Portion was bigger than I thought, you can see quite a number of well caramelized scallops and the lobster meat weren't stringy at all like at many places. Interesting they paired this with Fregola pasta too, it is the right call indeed traditionally with seafood, as many other restaurants pair it with risotto rice or Orzo pasta instead. ~ 7.5/10

Stewed Beef Cheek with Truffle Raviolo & Pumpkin -
The Cheek was tenderly cooked, and once breaking up the raviolo pasta released some creamy cheese which lubricated the beef even more. Truth be told a lot of places do Beef Cheeks nowadays but many of them are too stringy dry, but the version here tonight was done well. ~ 8.5/10

Dessert Platter for 2 People - with Customizable Written Message
I was dining with a Friend so it wouldn't have been 'I Love You', 'You Are Gorgeous', 'May the Force be With You', etc. I chose for them to just write 'Happy Sunset' lol, which was the theme behind this Dinner Course! With a Creme Brulee, Chocolate Lava Cake, Chocolate Eclair, Italian Lemon Sorbet, a quite alcoholic Tiramisu, and some Fruits on the side... I have had this combination before and knew that it was dependable, especially that Sorbet and the Tiramisu. ~ 8/10

We were actually Surprised it was more than Full House here -
Sometimes I come for drinks and it is not always packed, but this night I saw people still arriving in to eat dinner or for drinks way after 10:30pm. Although there are many new restaurant openings in Hong Kong right now, I actually have always appreciated the Food Quality provided here vs Pricing point. It is presentable, tasty, reasonable, with a killer view of Hong Kong side. Most of all it isn't fussy and pretentious, and as mentioned above their Pasta dishes here are actually very spot on and smell amazing. For only $498 for 3 Courses before the supplementary add-ons, this to me was great value for money... Don't call me a cheap date though, one certainly doesn't want to marry someone who won't calculate the base costs before the Rule of Diminishing Returns kick in.. !

香橙燋糖白鱈魚人配白蘆筍伴黑水欖醬,鱈魚柳煎得皮香肉嫩,魚皮濕濕黏黏的,味道香濃,每絲魚肉都充滿立立令肉汁,好閃亮啊 ﹗水欖醬襯托出魚柳清淡帶甜味道,微弱而今蓄。最後添上香橙燋糖橘皮既味道,有趣趣,擦出火花。居然有緣食到我最愛既時令白蘆筍,每年得幾個一兩個月食到乍 ﹗特級清香甜美,香氣薰芳,令人念念不忘,爽口鮮嫩又帶軟軟棉棉,無比濕潤,淘醉到不能自拔。

燒皇帝蝦伴菠菜紅洋蔥崧子仁配胡椒汁,巨形黃帝蝦煎得金黃惹味,蝦肉散發出濃濃鮮蝦香氣,入口爽彈有勁,新鮮既印證!沾上秘製胡椒汁,食味精采非常美味!菠菜及紅洋蔥同樣不能忽視,發揮到淋濔盡致,香甜爽嫩多汁之餘,還帶出食材天生清爽甜美味道,不用太多加工或添加,簡單就是美 ﹗最後用香口脆卜卜崧子仁作結,感動。

We booked a table at 18:30, we arrived on time and being assigned with a window seat
The view was so beautiful. After that, we started to decide what to eat. We have chosen a 3-course sunset menu and a waygu beef fried rice. While waiting for the dishes, a basket of bread has been served, they were all tasted so good!

The 3-course sunset menu includes:
1) Organic Spinach Rolls with Homemade Sesame Sauce - We love the sesame sauce so much!
