📍 拉面Jo (** 只接受现金!)📍 铜锣湾 • 加路连山道3号地舖连续数年荣获米芝莲推介的《拉面Jo》,当然要来试试~店子小小的,座位只有十多个,通道只够一个人走过🧍‍♀️围着拉面师傅坐着,欣赏眼前师傅用心制作拉面的过程👨‍🍳店员说沾面是人气之选,另外还有期间限定的低温叉烧,那就试试这两个吧~辣味沾面 Spicy tsukemen ($95)沾面汤底有浓厚木鱼豚骨汤底加上自家制辣酱,以保暖瓷碗盛载,由头到尾都保持暖和状态♨️汤底浓味,有够辣🌶️🌶️拉面选用「极粗面」,弹牙、有嚼劲,也很挂汤🍜叉烧肉质嫩滑,略有厚度,充满油脂,却没有油腻感👍特制低温叉烧面 Slow-cooked pork ramen ($118)从拉面师傅手中递过来的拉面热烫、好看,而且香气扑鼻,令人食指大动🤤猪骨汤底每天新鲜精心熬制,配上具弹性、挂汤的幼身拉面,把汤头全吮入😛叉烧以66度低温慢煮,香嫩入味,但油香不重。另外,糖心蛋也做得不错喔!多种拉面配料放在桌上,可以按个人喜好加入喔!-How to eat tsukemen:-Menu: 继续阅读

One of my favourite ramen joints🍜 that I would come over and over. Their broth is one the best in Hong Kong that you could taste layers of flvour in one sip. Look at the picture and you could see a thin layer🤏🏼 of collagen. This shows the authenticity of their broth. And I love their noodle: thin with a chew and strong malt favour🌾Their tsukemen is a nice pick too. The heat keeping ability of their bowl is the best among all I have tried in Hong Kong. It was still steaming hot♨️after dipping whole bowl of cold noodle. And yes, I only do cold one as hot one is really not the same thing. Remember to add the fish broth🐟 after finishing the noodle. 🍜ONF都好耐无食拉面啦,今日就再次帮衬咗位於铜锣湾加路连山道嘅拉面Jo,相信有食开拉面嘅朋友仔都唔会对呢间陌生架啦🤩~⁣———————————————⁣🍜特制低温叉烧拉面 $118⁣F就系特登为咗呢个拉面而返嚟架啦~你睇下!叉烧份量绝不孤寒!而且配料都齐全,配埋猪骨汤加拉面,成碗面份量同视觉都好满足!⁣低温叉烧入口保持嫩滑,而且肉味浓郁,比一般叉烧好食架~⁣😍虽然佢系期间限定,但好耐无嚟都见到仲有,其实应该系keep住有得卖🤣🤣⁣⁣🍜特制沾面(粗)$106⁣O就比较喜欢沾面多啲,面质保持少少硬度,沾面汁亦都够浓郁,但唔会话好咸好浓味,所以食完个面都唔会有太滞嘅感觉⁣顺便一问,大家食沾面个阵锺意叫热面定冻面❓ O锺意食热面就系贪佢唔会整冻个沾汁,但拉面Jo个贴心位就系个汤煲到好热,食到最後都有暖暖哋☺️⁣⁣🍤虾饺子 $68⁣真系饺子入面包住一只虾,而且系新鲜虾好爽口弹牙!食落真系好@惊喜😆⁣⁣———————————————⁣好食指数:😋😋😋😋😋😋😋(10个😋满分)⁣绝对系一间会回头嘅拉面店,而且老实说铜锣湾都好无咩拉面店嘅其他选择,所以ONF都系宁愿回头食返拉面Jo👍🏻⁣🤤大家又有咩拉面店心水?不妨一齐交流下丫~⁣⁣ 继续阅读

Second time visiting Ramen Jo, I didn’t realise that they were recommended by #michelin every year since 2014! Thé Soy Sauce Tonkotsu Ramen sounds simple, but the pork broth base was no joke! Creamy, flavourful and thick while not greasy. Thin Noodles cooked to a perfect al dente. The Cha-siu was 50-50 ratio in terms of fat to lean meat. Impressive Ramen! My friend tried the Tsukumen, thicker noodles dipped into the the dip sauce which is intense and aromatic. The fish 鱼介 flavour was significant, can’t help emptying the bowl after adding broth to it and drink it up! Ramen Jo definitely remains one of the top Ramen bars on my list!
