You can tell ingredients used are fresh and a lot of detail has been put into the preparation like cherry tomatoes skin is peeled off perfectly. Not a lot of chinese restaurants look into detail like this. I am quite impressed
Food overall is of extremely high standard, I had cherry tomatoes in basil reduction and lemon grass pickled yam bean (cherry tomatoes was super juicy but didnt really like the yam bean part), fried crabmeat and mushroom dumplings (this was really really good), wild clams stir fried with chilli jam and basil (loved this as well), BBQ chicken liver and bun (loveee livers, the liver was not dry like what I've had in other places), Tiger prawns (the fried head was the highlight, the meat in the head was really juicy), braised pork neck in black beans (sorry, i didnt take photos but the color of the pork neck was very white and you would think that not much flavor or sauce has been put into marinating it but actually it was filled with flavor, highly recommended!) and lastly the almond sweet soup as the dessert was to die for.
Im quite happy about the chairman and I think they deserve what they are acclaimed of.
