諗住星期五去書展!!!所以就做左d搜察!!!見到openrice有咁多好評!!就黎左試!!!lunch time!!好多人!!不過好快有位!!叫了叉燒燒鴨飯!!叉燒燒鴨飯:::::叉燒唔係食開既蜜汁!!!好少食到既味道!!!!好好味!!!燒鴨 唔錯皮脆!!多油!!甘香!!!不過食得多好易肥!!!

見到openrice有咁多好評，一於同去完書展後前來試試。首先，再興的店舖不大，如果少人來的話，多數要搭枱。好彩今次唔洗，但坐在冷氣機隔離，好似有D滴水，環境一般。叫了一個叉燒燒鴨飯，叉燒幾好食，而燒鴨亦都唔錯，雖然份量唔多，但以$22來講，算是不錯的選擇，而且即叫即到，服務態度算是可以。另外，值得一提的是，入面有提供燒汁比食客，落幾多自己話事

Cameby Wanchai, know there this Joy Hing Roasted Meat in the middle of Wanchai but never had the chance to find it. was suppose gona get a burger but then by chance bump into this really famous Joy Hing. 上次來試, 剛巧復活節假期關門休息, 失望而回。這天到附近聽talk, 再來試試。叉燒很好吃, 瘦肉也不會"鞋", 腍得來有嚼勁~~~腩仔也不錯, 肥瘦適中; 但燒鵝則稍為遜色, 普通貨, 皮不夠脆~碟頭飯加多2條菜會比較討好 (我是不是要求過高了? 哈哈), 沒有的話唯有加碟油菜好了下次再來試乳豬! 最喜歡便宜又好吃的東西了!

例湯$6叉燒鴨飯$22呢餐係第二輪，因為冇‘肚餓’做調味品，所以更加可以試真章西洋菜湯好濃味，多湯渣，飲唔到味精味唔記得張揚要肥叉，致令奉上嘅係瘦叉，心諗實冇咁好食啦咦…唔係喎，好食喎，咬落唔韌，肉質有彈性，雖然佢係瘦叉，一啲都唔柴皮，醃得好入味，食到有豉味，瘦嘅都好食，肥嘅就唔駛講鴨皮都有啲啲脆，肉唔係好夠味，都係以前嘅（波記）好食

乳豬叉燒雙併飯 -Char Siu - is ok this time but not the best as it can be.Roasted Sucking Pig - the skin was really chewy and not crispy! Underneath it was entirely 100% fat without a single bite of edible meat. *This is my deliberate bait review - I'm trying to lure Genekao816's of 老苔目 fame and her/his annoying 'keep fit' but don't eat 'any fat' replies - watch this space.

今日天朗氣清, 係灣仔放學, 見好耐無去過再興食野, 就順路行過去食個lunch. 一點幾午飯時間人唔多, 正如企枱阿哥講"食飯就入黎呢, 埋便大把位". 叫左個肥义雞飯. 唔洗一分鐘就有得食. 义燒唔肥唔夠淋, 味度尚可. 雞係翼位, 但偏瘦及唔滑. 燒味既豉油好似仲係以前咁好味. 今次唔知係我唔好彩定佢地真係差左 ... ??? ok臉係比個豉油. 如果D义燒次次係咁, 就真係唔洗再去囉, 通街都係呢D貨色.

久違了的再興叉燒，感覺比上一次差咗少少。叉燒賣相不算肥美吸引，雖然叉燒外層仍舊燒得很香，但中間的肉質紋理單調，絕不是以往的「地拖叉燒」。切雞味道不俗，口感頗滑，或許因是雞脾的緣固吧！是晚的例湯是西洋菜湯，西洋菜欠奉，湯水淡而無味，質素並不理想。

Finally found a place with spotty jellyfish so tried it, they are literal softer than the usual ones.The jellyfish was mixed with a crunchy melody of julienne carrots, celery and cucumber in sesame sauce.The sesame sauce is not very heavy.Apart from jellyfish, also tried the chicken liver, it was oven cooked to dark colour, and the side were crunchy and inside it was velvety smooth.

三月上旬‧晴關於再興，我今次想說的其實是...雞腎！在灣仔練習後，在附近吃麵。席上有人說在這裡買條叉燒來「加料」，沒有異議，只是要求其加了廿蚊雞腎。叉燒是好吃的，是日不知朋友對斬叉燒的說了什麼，斬來的都是帶筋的位置，甜美爽口，肉質雖然不是十分稔滑，但已很好吃。雞腎浸得夠身，稔又入味，吃起來糯口的，很好吃，買來下酒，就剛好。雞腎廿蚊三副，不便宜。當然叉燒更貴，一盒加埋要55蚊，在別處是差不多兩斤叉燒的價錢了。

是日公司小慶功,飲紅酒配燒味,認真一流燒乳豬皮脆肉嫩,肉汁又多肥豬肉位唔係搭左好多落去 (幸好)喜配黃芥辣~~味道一流蜜汁叉燒肥瘦適中且非常入味試吃的海蜇很受同事歡迎,賣相雖差,但很爽滑的口感,值得推介

A dish here is really delicious. And, it is cheap. There is a value.Especially, the compatibility of the roast chicken and ginger is good.The employee's service is also good, and the recommended shop.However, there are to our regret a lot of holidays.This shop is no problem because it makes a profit even if it takes a holiday.However, I propos･･･　Make the store beautiful if it makes a profit!

由於周日下午要睇seven, 原本想食勝手, 夠晒順路, 點知honey遲到...橫掂都係, 不如行遠少少,慕名去再興試試佢地的名物叉燒飯~~呵呵2點幾關係, 唔駛等位即入, 坐都未暖老闆娘已經問我地食咩, ok, 就黎個叉分蹄同叉鵝啦, 加碟菜同汽水, happy~可能肚餓, 好快食晒2碟飯, 但其實叉燒係幾好食, 但同其他分別不大, 又唔駛專程來試喎?but 現場真係好多人買燒尾, 客似雲來~總結: 味道是好的, 但唔係非試不可個隻, 比個ok你啦

因有事出一趟灣仔，臨去之前SEARCH左有咩好食,,見再興咁多笑笑口，咪去試下囉,,去到門口好多人叫外賣，入到去，都預左環境迫，要搭枱都尚算乾淨,,個呀姨即刻走埋來問我地食咩,,我叫左叉雞飯，男朋友叫左燒鴨燒肉飯,,佢冇落單，即刻大叫,,有人埋單又係咁,,,22﹗28﹗不過又冇漏單錯單，幾勁喎,,,野食唔算差，又唔算特別好味囉,,,不過22蚊算係咁啦=]叉燒幾爽口，亦幾入味，雞就一般啦,,,男朋友的燒鴨都比食開的入味,,燒肉個皮夠脆=]佢D 燒味汁任淋，唔怕佢落太多或者太少,,唔錯唔錯^^但係坐唔耐，因為一食完佢就收你野，不過有客又來又走，都唔好意思坐咁耐,,,
