知道新開唔會咁多人,所以星期二嚟食,點知晏晝兩點都要等20至25分鐘先入到去,最好味係酥皮叉燒包,內熱外脆,值得一試,但其他食物就普通,叫咗古法糯米雞,滿心期待,但勁難食,唔知點解糯米雞好多一大塊好勒嘅豬肉?腸粉,蝦餃同牛肉,我唔覺得佢係咩米芝蓮,同出面酒樓嗰啲無分別!我同男朋友兩個人坐係六人枱嘅入面,迫到要出面個四個人要企出去我哋先入到去坐,得一杯茶無人斟茶都要收茶錢,我唔明點解會咁多人食囉,一定無下次!!我覺得唔值,係因為價錢唔值&唔值得等咁耐之外,唔值得頒個米芝蓮獎俾佢!

我們叫了蝦餃、糯米雞、四季荳餃、馬拉糕、燒賣、粉果、叉燒包、煎蘿蔔糕、油菜、金銀蛋瘦肉粥、叉燒腸和豬潤腸。

蝦餃 - 不是舊式的蝦餃、肉餡主要只有蝦和蝦糕、好在外皮幾煙韌、而且大細剛好、但不是我喜歡的舊式蝦餃。
糯米雞 - 大大隻、如自已一個人食、真係幾飽肚、餡料幾多、而且肉汁入味、都算幾好食
四季荳餃 - 自已唔多喜歡欖菜味、只試了一少口便放棄了;但辣椒女話都幾好。
馬拉糕 - 幾鬆軟、味道幾香、很傳統的味道、唔錯唔錯。

煎蘿蔔糕 - 一條條蘿蔔條、包含在蘿蔔糕中、加上適量的臘肉粒、味道當然出色、如可以再煎脆一點就更好了。
油菜 - 幾翠綠、但沒有什麼特別。
金銀蛋瘦肉粥 - 出奇的好味、粥底很香皮蛋味(不是其它食店用白粥做粥底)、用料雖然唔多、但煮得很綿、很合我口味。
叉燒腸 - 腸粉拉得很滑、而且煙煙韌韌、雖然叉燒還是偏瘦、但味道出色、如再叫、可能蝦腸會更合我口味。
豬潤腸 - 豬潤蒸得剛好、唔會太熟變韌、又唔會有血水、值得讚。

見之前很多食評寫到這裡這樣差、食物又唔得、怎樣怎樣唔好、不如自已親自來試試才知真假!


當然這裡的侍應態度真的有點問題、而且食物可以追了幾次後才到、這真是值得認真改善改善一下!

人手有點兒不足,服務員都忙到不得了
抹枱,落單等要求都要叫兩三次才有人跟進
枱面抹得不夠乾淨,抹完還有一小截米粉黏在枱上

食物方面,點了:

1. 豬膶腸粉,可以肯定不是即叫即拉,因為腸粉的温度只有微暖,可能跟我們比較晚入座,接近收鋪時間有關.豬膶份量適中,粉底偏厚,比較可取的是腸粉豉油味道較得不錯

2. 古法糯米雞,從切口睇得出是一大條糯米雞切件再包荷葉,小店講求效率無可厚非.餡料方面斤兩十足,有瘦肉,膶腸,滑雞件,冬菇.味道也調得不錯,有荷香味.

3. 豉油王炒麵,份量很細,不過材料方面算足,蔥段韮菜加上少量肉絲,炒麵本身比較淡口,要配豆瓣醬吃才夠味

4. 燒賣王,雖然手機的相不見了,但燒賣王絕對值得推介,手刴的肉碼特別有咬口,一吃就分得出跟一般茶樓的分別.

5. 酥皮叉燒包,得奬食品,好多人打包買走,其特色就係墨西哥包面,這種做法在國內茶樓其實早已流行,添好運做得並不特別出色,尤其係叉燒餡唔夠多,食落好似食咗浸風落肚咁

6. 山竹牛肉球,本晚至劣,牛肉球淋到一夾就斷開兩舊,而且無乜牛肉味.

7. 欖菜四季豆肉鬆餃,味道太淡,而且餃身沾在蒸籠邊,茶樓的蒸籠是頗污糟的,店方應該要小心避免.

8. 蝦餃,很傳統的風味,蝦跟豬肉的的比重剛剛好,澄粉也很煙靭

總括而言,添好運深水埗分店的味道只屬普通,實在無必要專程去試
另外,女友對添好運的評價可圈可點,佢話"添好運都拎到米芝蓮,咁點心居都得啦"
深水埗分店睇嚟要加把勁喎.

我哋一行三人大概晚上06:00到達福華街分店,見店內只有一半客人,我們共叫了八種點心:
1) 陳皮牛肉球 $12 >>> D肉好"淋",不但冇陳皮味,就連牛肉味都冇,真係唔知食咗D咩!!勁差 (真係不願置評)
2) 欖菜肉菘四季豆餃 $12 >>> 內餡都好豐富,但係完全冇味道,係咪冇落鹽呀老細????
3) 潮州蒸粉果 $10 >>> 好普通,可能同街邊食嗰D有得比(哈哈)
4) 香滑馬拉糕 $10 >>> 冇驚喜,整得好過佢o既大有酒樓在,駛咩喺度食...
5) 酥皮焗叉燒飽 $12 >>> 個皮OK,個餡汁多個叉燒之餘又"甜"到癲!!
6) 沙茶牛肉脆春卷 $12 >>> 皮都夠脆,但係個餡淨係食到一"PAT"嘢!真係唔知咩嚟!!
7) 鮮蝦腸 $17 >>> 個粉皮好厚,而且仲係"暖"o架!一D熱氣都冇... 咁都得???
8) 花雕杞子蒸滑雞 $12 >>> 有"怪"味,應該係壞咗o架!我食一啖就吐出嚟,我個朋友仲跨,佢即食即吐o添!同收銀個姐姐講,佢仲話:"我哋d雞新鮮o架喎!"(最後呢碟冇收錢)

總括嚟講極之極之失望,簡單一句: "冇樣好食" ! 我想問佢點攞"米芝蓮"呀????不過我個朋友話旺角總鋪真係好食好多好多,咁我都會比機會去旺角鋪試一試,但呢間"福榮街分店"真係"完全唔掂",本人意見 >>> ""慳番D錢,可以不試"" !

仲有,個個侍應都好忙,但唔知佢哋忙D咩!!如果評分最低係負5分o既話,我一定會比足負5分佢哋囉!

結果檯檯人鼓燥兼媽媽聲!
換左煎旦牛肉反..真係完全凍..唔識講..
燒賣千呼萬喚..阿姐又話有跟到..跟緊等等..結果最後冇黎..取消走人!!

PS: 埋單走人時係門口見到班呀姐已經換哂衫討論去邊度食宵夜..

即係頭先幫我跟燒賣係己經冇左回事..
仲有..好奇怪..d呀姐傾電話時竟然躲係我後面個窗廉到傾..但不時又申個頭出黎
"裝".乜事呀?你覺得我見你唔到??好鬼竄lor..你都唔係係個客面前走入去窗廉後面ga?
總之..覺得d呀姐做野完全唔知想點..又唔知自己做緊乜..個個有健忘症咁!!

今日就系食左呢5樣點心, 冇樣讚得落, 由坐落去到食完呢5樣野, 用左將近一小時, 可想而知佢的速度系幾禁快, 下次即使唔使排隊我都一定唔會試, 因為真的冇下次. 用呢D程度的點心想留住客人, 我真系想講句, SORRY, 有D野一次就夠喇, 唔好當人地的味覺有問題.

可惜呢度的味道唔可以俾零分, 如果唔系有我一定揀.

早幾日睇食評見到佢地既分店新開, 星期五放工即去試下, 睇下會唔會少人D, 唔使排隊.果然去到唔使排隊, 但入面都坐到接近全滿, 睇黎好快又要排一輪先食到.叫左4個點心: 花雕杞子蒸滑雞: 滑係滑, 食到有花雕味, 但亦都有雪味, 可以不試. 蝦餃: 皮薄餡靚! 唔會話食到厚厚既皮, 而蝦都彈牙同爽口! 蘿蔔榚: 粉多左D, 多D 蘿蔔絲同臘味會好D. 酥皮焗叉燒包: 最後先出場既酥皮焗叉燒包, 皮脆而包又軟熟, 係少左D餡, 無檯必叫, 下次再黎都只會為左呢個叉燒包.服務方面可能仲未run得熟, 都見有入錯單, 上錯食物既情況.

叫左4個點心:

蘿蔔榚: 粉多左D, 多D 蘿蔔絲同臘味會好D.

酥皮焗叉燒包: 最後先出場既酥皮焗叉燒包, 皮脆而包又軟熟, 係少左D餡, 無檯必叫, 下次再黎都只會為左呢個叉燒包.

服務方面可能仲未run得熟, 都見有入錯單, 上錯食物既情況.

這間點心店在旺角很出名, 昨晚行經石硖尾, 見到這新的分店, 入去一試o粉果非常唔掂, D粉果皮澄麵, 從未如此爛溶溶過, 根本失去澄麵原有的韌度和彈性, 好可怕的垃圾o 我無ORDER蝦餃, 但是若然蝦餃都是用同樣的粉質造皮, 就後果堪虞, 便不知所謂o燒賣, $18, 又貴又唔好食, 咁貴的燒賣連蝦毛都無條o牛腸唔夠熱, 牛肉又唔足料o八點半就無晒蒸飯同糯米雞, 不如早些關門, 係深水步太子石硤尾個區, 係夜貓人士的活躍區, 你咁早就乜都無, 不如早些收工啦!係個叉燒包有少少特色, 味道一般o

Just went to this Michelin dimsum shop at yaumatei yesterday, but after faced that long long queue and could only give up. Forgot about its new shop at Shamshuipo due for opening on 27May (i.e. today), but fate drove me here some how yet after my full lunch at another restaurant. Just went to this Michelin dimsum shop at yaumatei yesterday, but after faced that long long queue and could only give up. Forgot about its new shop at Shamshuipo due for opening on 27May (i.e. today), but fate drove me here some how yet after my full lunch at another restaurant. Nevertheless, facing the long queue and out of curiosity, I still sat down to try and make this (hopefully) first report of this branch shop.

For those who were scared of its long queue in yaumatei, this new branch shop should solve your trouble, given its around 100 seats just on the ground floor, not to mention the second floor apparently also belonging to it but not yet opened at the time of my visit today. Yet, a short queue still existed outside waiting for numbers to be announced, but I was lucky enough to go straight in without waiting. Guess why? I was just on my own and was apparently the only one asking for just one seat!

Despite my already full stomach, I tried beef balls, ma-la cake, and steamed chicken pieces, all having not been tried by me previously in its old shop. Staring at others' crazily many orders (apparently because of the still low prices), I couldn't help to order 3 more: pig liver steamed rice rolls, crispy bbq pork buns, and a new dish pork steamed dumplings. All 6 dim sums keep the similarly high quality as that in the old shop, but frankly the quality may not be as high as those in 5-star hotels, but given the price, they are really money-for-value.

Perhaps it's the first day, service is still to be finetuned, e.g. tea refilling, sauce ordering, etc. But overall, it should be graded good, esp. in view of it being just its first day into formal operation. The solemn (if not black-faced) lady (who used to stand at the entrance to control the people flow at the old shop) is now assigned to here, but rather than standing at the entrance, she is now within that much larger branch shop, commanding the order and instructing all.
