To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間點心店在旺角很出名, 昨晚行經石硖尾, 見到這新的分店, 入去一試o粉果非常唔掂, D粉果皮澄麵, 從未如此爛溶溶過, 根本失去澄麵原有的韌度和彈性, 好可怕的垃圾o 我無ORDER蝦餃, 但是若然蝦餃都是用同樣的粉質造皮, 就後果堪虞, 便不知所謂o燒賣, $18, 又貴又唔好食, 咁貴的燒賣連蝦毛都無條o牛腸唔夠熱, 牛肉又唔足料o八點半就無晒蒸飯同糯米雞, 不如早些關門, 係深水步太子石硤尾個區, 係夜貓人士的活躍區, 你咁早就乜都無, 不如早些收工啦!係個叉燒包有少少特色, 味道一般o
