Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男朋友屋企附近竟然開左添好運!!旺角果間老早想試但講左戌年都冇去只因見到條隊巳怕怕..聽講分店排隊情況冇咁凶狠.可能係新開張關係la.就一於去試下!!8:30去到果然得几檯人排隊..拎84號飛4位..前面83號飛同後面85號飛都係4位..好啦~等左一陣..有張4人檯..阿姐冇嗌number反而走過黎問我係咪4位..係就入得前面83號飛那家人立刻望住我..為免比人打..緊係同阿姐講佢叫漏number..阿姐佢問"你地邊個黎先?"嘩!!!呢d問題你竟然都問得出??我就話我84..住83.你話呢?好啦..等左一陣..又有檯..拎85飛那個C奶不停咁博大霧走入去坐..我緊係出聲la..阿姐又係問同一條問題""你地邊個黎先?"火都黎埋!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!咁拎飛黎做乜呀!!好!入到去tick點心先(未黎齊人)..tick tick 下..突然有隻怪手拎左我支筆完來隔離檯無筆!!全問餐廳得我一支筆??好!忍你!等左一陣隔離檯tick完佢都冇比返我!我問拎走我支筆個呀姐拎返..tick左兩tick..停低考慮緊的時侯..又一售手sip埋黎搶..係"搶"走我張點心紙!!!!!

完來隔離檯無筆!!全問餐廳得我一支筆??好!忍你!等左一陣隔離檯tick完佢都冇比返我!
我問拎走我支筆個呀姐拎返..tick左兩tick..停低考慮緊的時侯..又一售手sip埋黎搶..係"搶"走我張點心紙!!!!!!!!!!!!!!乜野事??唔比諗野???
是但快快趣tick完入單..等左10年d野終於黎..
等左咁耐..一定係即蒸熱辣辣啦?? NO WAY!!!!!
春捲..好麻麻..唔熱完全食唔到沙茶牛肉..
油菜..獨沽一味生菜冇得揀亦冇諗住比你揀..菜呢家野..冇得評論la
招牌叉燒飽..呢個真係ok!起碼夠熱!
叉燒腸..唔熱又厚皮又黏埋一堆..豉油唔知係咪好貴比兩滴!!完全唔符合比例
蘿白糕..呢個都好食..唔會好粉..
蝦餃..先唔評論大小好唔好味..但爆哂口都無理由拎出黎比客呀!!
蒸雞..好味丫但太太多油了
牛肉..真係好難食!!
又凍又硬又實又唔比"口急"汁人..
問佢拎..丫一聲又冇左回事..10分鐘過去終於問到..但竟然吱兩滴(真係兩滴)

睇到眼都突埋!我真係唔知係咪d豉油醬汁貴成咁..
冇排骨飯又唔早響..問佢又話"一早冇啦!!"一早冇入單時你又唔講???
結果檯檯人鼓燥兼媽媽聲!
換左煎旦牛肉反..真係完全凍..唔識講..
燒賣千呼萬喚..阿姐又話有跟到..跟緊等等..結果最後冇黎..取消走人!!

PS: 埋單走人時係門口見到班呀姐已經換哂衫討論去邊度食宵夜..

即係頭先幫我跟燒賣係己經冇左回事..
仲有..好奇怪..d呀姐傾電話時竟然躲係我後面個窗廉到傾..但不時又申個頭出黎
"裝".乜事呀?你覺得我見你唔到??好鬼竄lor..你都唔係係個客面前走入去窗廉後面ga?
總之..覺得d呀姐做野完全唔知想點..又唔知自己做緊乜..個個有健忘症咁!!
