Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺角嗰間次次都好多人,今日行開高登,順路去深水埗間新鋪,終於有機會試吓米芝連星級餐廳係咪真係傳說咁好味新鋪大好多,不過我都特登六點半去,因為七點打後真係要排隊,裝修唔錯,清潔衛生,但服務就唔好諗會好好,D伙計周身唔得閒,食完就走啦!招牌叉燒飽..真係得!叉燒唔肥,醬汁野味可口,表皮唔似酥皮,似麥西哥包,但入口都幾好陳皮牛肉球 – 一般,陳皮味唔夠,但實的的有口感咸水角 – 掂,一炸好就上枱,即叫即制就有呢樣好,脆呀豬潤腸 – 好食,皮薄用料正,不過三條腸粉中有一條好似發育不良咁潮州粉果 – 可接獲古法糯米雞 – 唔識欣賞,因為無火腿同冬菇 (古法?),唔夠香,不過糯米柔軟易入口﹝試吓美X嗰啲你就知我講MUD﹞,OK有水準,價錢平,但米芝連星級就見仁見智,不過我肯定會再去,因為我都未試過總店,又睇吓係咪傳說中咁好味

陳皮牛肉球 – 一般,陳皮味唔夠,但實的的有口感

咸水角 – 掂,一炸好就上枱,即叫即制就有呢樣好,脆呀

豬潤腸 – 好食,皮薄用料正,不過三條腸粉中有一條好似發育不良咁

潮州粉果 – 可接獲

古法糯米雞 – 唔識欣賞,因為無火腿同冬菇 (古法?),唔夠香,不過糯米柔軟易入口﹝試吓美X嗰啲你就知我講MUD﹞,OK
