To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道新開唔會咁多人,所以星期二嚟食,點知晏晝兩點都要等20至25分鐘先入到去,最好味係酥皮叉燒包,內熱外脆,值得一試,但其他食物就普通,叫咗古法糯米雞,滿心期待,但勁難食,唔知點解糯米雞好多一大塊好勒嘅豬肉?腸粉,蝦餃同牛肉,我唔覺得佢係咩米芝蓮,同出面酒樓嗰啲無分別!我同男朋友兩個人坐係六人枱嘅入面,迫到要出面個四個人要企出去我哋先入到去坐,得一杯茶無人斟茶都要收茶錢,我唔明點解會咁多人食囉,一定無下次!!我覺得唔值,係因為價錢唔值&唔值得等咁耐之外,唔值得頒個米芝蓮獎俾佢!
