黎到潮州茶館食飯,又點少得潮州打冷。我地先叫左滷水鵝肉拼盆($148)。坊間鵝肉買少見少,大部分餐館嘅菜式都會用鴨肉代替。鵝肉肉質更為細緻有咬口,亦都帶獨特嘅清甜肉味,再加上滷水醃得入味,食到唔停口。滷水豆腐、墨魚片、蛋等等全部水準都屬中上水平,係值得再encore之選。

一家四口都係上班一族,屋企好少有湯水飲,尤其係杏汁豬肺、胡椒豬肚湯等等工序繁多嘅湯水。所以出街食飯,我地都特別中意叫啲屋企較少飲到嘅湯,今次就選擇左鹹菜豬肚湯($128)。豬肚完全無羶味,又足料。唯一係胡椒味都幾重,怕辣嘅人士可能就要再考慮一下,但個人認為辣辣地,感覺更加驅寒。

我同媽媽都十分喜愛芋頭,雖然已經好飽,都叫左一碗福果芋泥($38)齊齊分享。百樂嘅芋泥係我食過有史以黎最足料嘅地方,每一啖都係滑溜香濃嘅芋頭蓉。從紮實綿密嘅口感,已經食得出絕對係真材實料地將芋頭打成蓉。炒芋泥嘅過程絕不簡單,稍為慢少少已經會燶底。呢一碗小小嘅芋泥,已經盡顯師傅工架,亦為我地嘅晚餐寫上完美結幕。

呢個杏汁白肺湯不得了,好 好 飲,其實本人就唔太中意杏仁個陣味既,不過係我唔中意個陣味既前提下,我都覺得佢好飲,大家可以想像到佢係有幾好飲😋🤣 個湯好濃,一d都唔水,好香杏味,湯底係好香濃既豬骨味。一褒分到6碗,每碗都有一舊豬肺,而家愈黎愈少酒樓會做豬肺湯,因為比較難洗得乾淨,又唔值錢。建議大家黎既話真係可以試下!

近年愈來愈多人食秋葵,標榜好健康,媽媽指定要嗌呢碟秋葵炒牛肉。我個人對秋葵無咩特別偏好中意唔中意,百樂小館呢味菜都炒得唔錯,牛肉夠林,秋葵又多又爽口,不過未食過秋葵既人要有心理準備🤔 佢係外面係爽但入面係滑山山,仲有d梓係入面,呑落喉嚨有一種死唔斷氣好似有條絲吊住係喉嚨既咁,我個人係唔反感咁樣既texture既,但未食過既大家要留意翻啦🤗

總括黎講,呢到既餸係好食既,環境係nice既,最最最值得試既一定係杏汁豬肺湯🤤,但食物份量偏少,性價比唔高,同埋最重要係,上菜慢,唔爆場都上得咁慢,d餸續個續個咁上枱🤦🏻‍♀️ 食飯就緊係想一次過上曬食得開心d啦。

已不只一次光顧此超水準的餐廳,每次都有驚喜,今次先試小食包括:鮑汁鳳爪和潮式炸蘿蔔,店員還推介,紅白酒promotion,首杯每杯$10當然不可能錯過啦,紅酒配合潮菜簡直一絕。酒質也極之配合,完全不是一般超市的行貨。當然必試的就是他的滷水雜錦拼盤,水準保持,之前試咗杏汁白肺湯,今次就試一試那個胡椒豬肚湯,極重椒香而豬肚完全沒有腥味。當然潮菜必食的主菜點了荳醬蚊嫩雞,端出枱時香氣撲鼻,賣相一流,部長介紹完後即席為我們拆肉,雞本身肉質柔滑配合荳醬和紅酒一流,另外沙律燒乳鴿也極之可口,最後沙荼牛肉炒河,完全表現廚師的手藝。潮式甜品order 了多客有些是一齊分享有一些是一人一碗,包括:杏汁蛋白竽泥、薑汁湯圓和椰奶桂花糕、花生湯圓,就大家一齊分享。大家都很享受這晚出色的潮州菜和甜品。再加上一客功夫茶,就是一個完美的句號。

已不只一次光顧此超水準的餐廳,每次都有驚喜,今次先試小食包括:鮑汁鳳爪和潮式炸蘿蔔,店員還推介,紅白酒promotion,首杯每杯$10當然不可能錯過啦,紅酒配合潮菜簡直一絕。酒質也極之配合,完全不是一般超市的行貨。當然必試的就是他的滷水雜錦拼盤,水準保持,之前試咗杏汁白肺湯,今次就試一試那個胡椒豬肚湯,極重椒香而豬肚完全沒有腥味。當然潮菜必食的主菜點了荳醬蚊嫩雞,端出枱時香氣撲鼻,賣相一流,部長介紹完後即席為我們拆肉,雞本身肉質柔滑配合荳醬和紅酒一流,另外沙律燒乳鴿也極之可口,最後沙荼牛肉炒河,完全表現廚師的手藝。潮式甜品order 了多客有些是一齊分享有一些是一人一碗,包括:杏汁蛋白竽泥、薑汁湯圓和椰奶桂花糕、花生湯圓,就大家一齊分享。大家都很享受這晚出色的潮州菜和甜品。再加上一客功夫茶,就是一個完美的句號。

最後我們點了很多甜品,這是其中一款,芝麻味很香,連不愛吃甜品的我也吃了兩粒呢!

整體來說,百樂是很適合跟家人一起吃的潮州菜,有好的食物,也有理想的環境,而且價錢也合理! 以後跟家人晚飯,百樂可以說是必選之食店!
