最近食得太多韓國日本野食,食到有啲膩,屋企最近又食唔到住家飯,所以好想揀d餐廳偏中式而且可以同白飯一齊食於是同朋友約左去lee間潮州菜既餐廳,去到已經覺得裝修好特別,因為一去到餐廳係商場內比較開揚,唔似好似一般餐廳有牆包住覺得局促入到去侍應即刻放低兩碟仔小菜,然後比menu我地揀晚餐食咩同一般潮州菜一樣,餐廳小菜會有酸菜不過唔太多餐廳會放多於一道小菜,例如腰果白飯魚,白飯魚仲係啱啱炸脆,成碟熱上,暫時印象幾良好lee碟滷水鵝肉拼盤用黎撈飯真係一流,所有材料都好入味,尤其係我超鍾意食滷水鵝肉,睇色澤都知道煮左好耐好入味,而且肉幾嫩同埋熱上,至少清左一半黎送飯然後就到我地今日既主菜豆醬焗田園春雞一睇已經好去撼,熱辣辣全雞上煲,豆醬隻味道幾特別,好重薯仔味侍應仲會幫我地剪埋隻雞,雞肉都一樣好嫩好入味,送飯一流最後我地坐左好耐傾計都無趕我地走,總的來說,lee餐係一餐價錢客觀又可以坐低傾計既好餐廳

不嬲位於美麗華商場內既餐廳都唔錯,由於位置方便,都經常光顧,不過,呢間潮式餐廳就第一次光顧,就一於試下環境都可以,不過我地坐張枱近走廊,好多人同職員出入,又會有好多熱盤推黎推去,如果有小朋友就唔好坐呢類枱,有d私隱度會好少少既枱,可以選擇嗰d。潮州凍黃油烏頭魚一向都不是太喜歡食凍既魚,呢條魚因為係凍食,所以會比熱食腥,不過個汁非常之咸,可以掩蓋魚既腥味,肉質都不算梅,不過不失黃金炸雙棗聽個命就知道堅啦,食落味道尚算不錯,外皮炸得好香,入面既料好有口感,有少少爽,又有少少彈牙,唔錯川椒雞最好味都係呢個菜,川椒味好香濃,雞都算滑,份量就不算好多整體感覺不錯,環境可以,食物質素ok,不過份量不算多,每人預一個菜都唔覺飽,點多幾碟先夠。

最好味都係呢個菜,川椒味好香濃,雞都算滑,份量就不算好多

溫度驟降,除了打邊爐,我想到的就是羊腩煲和熱辣辣的豬肺湯。但身處尖沙咀一時三刻實在想不到那裡有這些餸菜,幸好女朋友提醒我美麗華廣場的百樂小館便有!《杏汁白肺湯 (4位用) $168》奶白顏色而且有很重的杏仁香,入口更是杏味香濃,當中帶有豬肺的肉甜。《滷水拼盆 $148(雙拼後再加每拼20元、以價高為膽)》- 拼盆中有滷水鵝肉、滷水五花腩肉、滷水墨魚片、滷水豆腐,當中我最喜愛滷水鵝肉,因為相比下比較入味。《雜菌炒牛仔粒 $78》夠香口,每件牛仔粒都彈牙有嚼感,而且有牛肉味。見新推出了《羊腩煲配生菜一碟($298)》於是點了一客。原來份量不少,我倆都怕食不下。枝竹掛汁,馬蹄爽口,羊腩炆得十分入味嫩口,配上南乳更惹味。最後點了《杏汁桂花糕 $38》作甜品。

209 笑 vs 4 哭,本來諗住一定好好食帶住高期望來,結果令人好失望。仲要係男朋友靠睇食評揀,我都唔想打擊男友的眼光所以當日冇乜表態我嘅失望。先講佢嘅煎蠔餅我都唔覺得啲蠔仔好新鮮。叫咗條桂花魚食落口又唔係好嫩口。嗰碗白汁杏仁豬肺湯又甜又鹹好怪味。再加個手撕雞又調味得好普通。男友話佢屋企樓下一間普通酒樓都整得好味過佢。我從來唔寫食評,因為少過200字唔收貨覺得好煩。但我覺得百樂小亭評分言過於實,實在唔想其他人中招所以一定要表達下。我只係可以將4哭變成5哭對290笑我都知道冇乜用。不過我真係懷疑290裏面有幾多個係打手。我哋成日靠OpenRice揀地方食嘢,好多時好多人讚嘅去到都真係好好味!例如Goonebe Chicken, 泰逍遙等。仲要埋單兩個人都要差唔多$600。絕對唔值呢個價錢!佢個環境設計亦都唔高檔。啲枱款式唔一致唔啱格調。似係靚少少嘅大排擋。唯一想讚嘅係佢嘅杯碟個真係好靚。

《潮式北蔥羊腩煲(跟唐生菜一碟) $298》
好久沒有吃羊腩煲,見到當然要試試,原來是這裡的時令菜式,賣相相當吸引,光看羊腩煲的醬汁已經令人垂涎欲滴,輕輕一夾已感受到羊肉的腍軟,入口極腍滑,羊肉又香又入味,真要配上幾碗白飯。還附送唐生菜,煮一會已經吸滿羊腩煲的精華,真的讓人吃到食指大動,更有驚喜的是羊腩再配南乳醬,別有一番風味。

《杏汁桂花糕 $38》
最後上來的甜品都幾特別,是上下两層折然不同 的味道和質感,配起來都幾得意,甜度剛好不會膩。(本身只有三件,但店員友善地多送一件給我們)

百樂小館帶給我不少驚喜,下次再來試試別的菜式。

食得飽飽仲想食飯後甜品,伙記推介下就叫了杏汁桂花糕($38/3件-),簡簡單單但賣相討好的甜品,二種不同的顏色而畧帶啫喱狀的賣相,味道頗似大菜糕但不算太甜,頗適合秋天乾燥的天氣。其實頗喜歡這商場食肆命名為食四方,名字簡單又有意思。


食飽飽又可以在商場閒逛濕平才返歸,感覺不錯。

今日約左家人一行四人去飲茶,因為父親大人喜歡食潮州菜,所以選擇到這間餐廳試下!茶位$15,前菜小食$15,另加一服務費!餐廳環境寬闊,可惜侍應不夠人手,叫左好多次加水,有些直行直過扮睇唔到,有些應左轉頭來,就永遠不來最終要發老脾先肯加水,食左成餐飯先加得一次水,頂!15蚊一個茶位架,好蝕囉扣分講返食物方面,水準係不錯的,可能每樣細細碟,不經不覺點左十款點心:糖醋伊面面煎得香脆爽口,加上糖同醋味覺有層次,分外醒胃雪山叉燒包皮脆内軟,餡料豐富,好好味話梅炆豬手豬手酸酸甜甜的,食落不覺油膩,而且炆到好淋好入味,糯米煎大腸煎得大腸皮香脆,裡面的糯米還保留了軟熟情度,不會過乾過硬,而且糯米餡料豐富,有花生臘肉等,好有口感油酥餅比較遜色,可以不點!咖哩魚旦豬皮魚旦大粒,彈牙爽口,豬皮好入味好淋,好惹味桂花糕有美麗華會員咭送的,下面白色係杏汁,上面黃色係桂花,可惜杏汁味道搶過桂花味,不過整體都好食的

豬手酸酸甜甜的,食落不覺油膩,而且炆到好淋好入味,

糯米煎大腸
煎得大腸皮香脆,裡面的糯米還保留了軟熟情度,不會過乾過硬,而且糯米餡料豐富,有花生臘肉等,好有口感

油酥餅
比較遜色,可以不點!
咖哩魚旦豬皮
魚旦大粒,彈牙爽口,豬皮好入味好淋,好惹味

桂花糕
有美麗華會員咭送的,下面白色係杏汁,上面黃色係桂花,可惜杏汁味道搶過桂花味,不過整體都好食的

細個係大陸玩時,老爹經常會叫乳鴿俾我食,所以一直都好中意食,今次就叫左2隻黎食!呢隻食落皮脆肉嫩,肉亦唔算少,同唔會過咸,非常出色!凱薩沙拉好新鮮,食落酸酸甜,不錯~

一直都係潮洲菜 geh big fans~ 今日同朋友嚟食呢個百樂^^ 坐低之後就上左D snacks, 花生個個好好食, 配酒就正啦~之後就比左一round功夫茶我地, 實在係好唔錯! 入口有回甘,=) 好想飲下湯水所以就叫左胡椒豬肚湯, 胡椒好多, 飲完個身即暖番~ 豬肚好好食, 好淋身同冇怪味~見到menu有個得意野係乳鴿salad就決定食佢啦! 嚟到真係好surprise,salad 好fresh可以一減乳鴿 too oily geh feeling. 乳鴿皮脆肉嫩, 好正! 另仲叫左個菜, 有苦瓜, 豆啊, 白合等等, 不過就油左DD... 再叫左個胡椒豬骨煲, 入面GE湯依然好飲, 豬骨D肉好易就咬到, 而入面仲有D西芹, 都係好好味, 又唔會太咸! 最後食左個紅棗糕, 好QQ! 紅棗味好夠^^
