小總結:打冷看似平民菜式,但一樣可以坐得舒適食得招積。雖然今次只是淺嘗了一些家常小菜,但已經感受到廚師功架和食材質素。而且服務亦非常講究,如果想食潮州菜,「陳儀興尚潮樓」絕對是首屈一指的菜館。

鰂魚涌的陳儀興尚潮樓,裝修古色古香,雅緻舒適。坐下後,侍應送上每人二杯茶,聞到陣陣的茶香。及送上一碟餐前小食,很爽口的酸甜咸菜。20年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯,老菜脯真的很香,湯入口已飲到老菜脯的香,湯底都很甜。厚菇芥菜煲,裡面的芥菜煲到很腍,冬菇很厚,現在天氣熱飲這個湯可以解暑。鹵水拼盤,要了大腸、生腸、墨魚、腩肉、元蹄。大腸及生腸鹵得最入味。墨魚及元蹄都很爽脆!普寧豆醬煮海魚,黃花魚不是很大條,豆醬與黃花魚的味道很夾,肉質嫩滑,食落清甜!
