今晚約了後天家人一起吃飯,她住港島區,便來到位於鰂魚涌這間潮州菜。潮州凍馬友$398,馬友經過蒸熟之後攤凍,切開了廿份,方便連皮進食,馬友的肉質鮮甜美味,不需添加任何醬汁,已經非常夠味,如果喜歡濃味一點,可以加些普寧豆漿增加味道層次。欖菜肉鬆生菜包$158,肉鬆加了欖菜、松子、冬菇粒之後,口感豐富,再加上生菜包着吃,可以減少油膩感。方魚炒芥蘭$118,芥蘭爽脆可口,方魚的味道香濃,兩者配合得天衣無縫,是正宗的潮州菜。護國菜$136,這個湯羹用菠菜熬製而成,內裏的菠菜味道不算太過濃郁,湯羹內有炸過的瑤柱絲,可以帶起了這個湯羹的味道層次。

大眼雞以鹽水煮熟再冷凍,然後直接凍吃大眼雞魚飯,大眼雞魚飯可醮點潮州黃豆醬吃,有種特別的鮮味。朋友讚不絕口大眼雞魚飯,魚肉鮮嫩細膩,基本沒甚麼魚刺。
