收工同事諗起想食潮州菜《打冷》上網搜尋👀找到「陳儀興尚潮樓」呢間老字號潮式打冷舖係鰂魚涌開咗分店,新店的裝修保留古色古香嘅設計,壁畫作裝飾,利用屏風間隔空間,座位舒適。滷水拼盤呢度嘅滷水冇得輸,十幾年的精華喺晒度,大腸、生腸、墨魚、腩肉、元蹄,通通都滷得好入味,爽口好吃,蘸上白醋和辣椒油食,超正。普寧豆醬煮海魚野生黃花魚仔好鮮甜嫩滑,用上普寧豆醬去蒸,原來好夾。肚肉苦瓜煲潮州家鄉菜,苦瓜同豬腩肉炆得好腍,大大煲,好有懷舊味道。胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯一個潮州出名的湯品,店舖選用二十年老菜甫燉鮮豬肚,聞到好香的胡椒,啖湯帶十足咸鮮味,飲落好順喉。
