Starting with a selection of cold cuts, three starters for sharing (including croquettes, shrimps and broken eggs with sliced potatoes, ham and chorizo) and a choice of main for each person. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the main dishes, fish was tender and tasted great with the garlic! The roasted chicken was also quite tender but the meat wasn’t as flavourful as I had hoped. 遇上無論環境、食物定staff 都好完美嘅餐廳，忍唔住要認真打食評🤤 位於灣仔嘅The Optimist，有佢signature 嘅裝修，一早就成日係其他IG 見人打卡，不過今次就被安排咗坐三樓，不過環境一樣好靚同舒服，枱之間嘅距離都岩岩好，好適合一班人傾計🥰今次係朋友為咗令壽星尷尬揀嘅餐廳，因為佢會成班staff 幫人唱生日歌🤣但估唔到就成為咗我最愛嘅餐廳🥰餐廳staff 同佢個名一樣，個個都係Optimist, 好開心service 勁好，令食客都食得好開心🥰🐟Tuna tartar $140呢個Tuna Tartar 係下面墊咗牛油果蓉同好脆嘅皮托底，口感同味道都夾得好好🥰下次一定會再食！🧆Truffle croquettes $115作為黑松露愛好者，覺得呢個 Croquettes 真係好好食！黑松露味好濃，口感好滑，外層炸得脆但又覺得油膩，下次都一定要再嗌！（或者試埋ham😋)🍳Broken egg ham $144經理話呢個係西班牙特色小菜，落枱後再幫客人mix 埋蛋同ham同薯仔, 味道mix 埋好好食，本人又最鐘意食呢啲肥野，所以下次都一定要再嗌😂🐂Steak tart

Booked the Optimist for a Sunday dinner and it was packed! We arrived and were greeted warmly by our waitress, who promptly brought us the menus and walked us through their dinner selections. 這間西班牙餐廳在灣仔已經開業五年，裝修型格，一直以來口碑也不錯，所以有不少捧場客，今次相約小學同學聚舊兼吃個優質午餐，因為同學不吃牛，所以在眾多午市套餐中選了大家也認為最吸引的龍蝦餐。麵包 - 沒有烘熱的麵包，本應沒有什麼期望，想不到麵包皮入口香脆，如果烘熱後相信會更加好吃。Gazpacho （西班牙凍湯）- 少量切碎了的青瓜、洋蔥、芫茜和細小的croutons 在湯碗中，然後加入清新帶微酸的蕃茄湯，美味又醒胃。Padron peppers - 味道和一般西班牙餐廳差不多，不過不失，如果＂肥美＂一點會更好。Tuna tartare - 略為醃製的吞拿魚肉，入口軟腍且魚味豐富，細滑的牛油果蓉和吞拿魚的味道配合得很好，配以香脆的小麵包片，整體非常美味。唯一可惜的是吞拿魚並不是真正的tartare，而是切細小粒的。龍蝦西班牙飯 - 龍蝦新鮮，入口彈牙，以西班牙sofrito特色烹調的米飯，同時也吸收了龍蝦的鮮味，令整個飯鹹香和非常惹味，朋友認為略鹹，個人覺得絕對好味，如果煮得稍為乾身一點會更佳。Flan - 跟雞蛋布甸一樣香滑，杏仁碎較腍，整體不太甜，很不錯。Blueberry chees

間唔中都會經過呢間餐廳，覺得門面裝修幾靚，不過今次都係第一次嚟食入到去侍應會提醒要嘟qr code/等佢幫你輸入資料～跟住另一位侍應帶我地上樓上，原來有3層咁多入面裝修都靚Weekend brunch menu初頭以為starter係3揀1，點知原來係3樣都有！wow就咁睇都覺得好豐富開胃嘅冷盤好食嘅麵包第一樣starter: 大隻又彈牙嘅蝦第二同三樣starter: mushroom croquettes好食！！而broken egg入面嘅火腿就咸咗啲，撈埋嚟食會好啲叫咗杯cocktail, 橙汁梳打味咁，唔錯食咗咁多嘢終於到主菜！第一樣係Red Snapper，好滑！夾埋蒜頭一齊食好好味第二樣係USDA Prime Rib Eye，好嫩，唔韌第三樣係Juicy Lobster Rice, 呢個我地加大咗份量，侍應見我地食呢樣就派多啲濕紙巾俾我地，好貼心好多龍蝦肉，有整開少少殼，但都係有啲難去處理不過真係好食跟住突然有個生日驚喜侍應邊彈結他，邊唱生日歌氣氛超好，好開心最左邊: cheesecake, 個樣好似未成形，但又幾好食喎！中間：flan, 好滑！！好重蛋味！最右邊：brown

慶祝一下拍拖19年～之前食過呢間西班牙餐廳咁啱上網見到有free flow lunch set，即刻online訂檯好中意呢度既環境裝修，尤其入門口既Ｌ梳化位，簡直係打咭位Set lunch有3個價位，我地都點左$288/位90mins Free flow 可以揀red,white wine,Prosecco 前菜既西班牙蕃茄凍湯湯喺蓆前用壺注入湯碗中，酸酸地先開開胃Starter 有唔辣，反而幾香甜既小青椒紅酒汁腸個汁都甜甜地，腸就有Ｄ煙韌Tuna tartare 似日式赤身醬油漬既味道主菜點左medium既beef striploin脂肪部份散發出牛油香味，肉質鮮嫩具有嚼勁。Pumpkin seed salmon三文魚配上烤香左既南瓜籽  要讚一讚店長Louis，會主動過黎幫我地影相好sweet咁叫我地對望影，感覺好親切。食完main course 因為訂檯時remark左anniversary甜品仲比多一款～順帶一提，黎呢度慶祝生日會有幾個店員拎埋結他唱生日，好sweet ga!!　食完甜品我地仲未捨得走另外Order埋cocktails就係咁...呢餐飯食左幾個鐘開開心心咁離開

The starters were great, bread was amazing, main course was goooood, dessert was fab! came here with my girlfriends for a nice lunch. The service was great, had nice deco as well ¨̮ for starters we had soup and peppers, the soup was really flavourful and tasty 10 out of 10!

呢個餐食集團每間餐廳裝修都好有特色，加上菜式選材丶配搭丶質素、全方位都好有心思，所以愛上他們一啲都唔奇。當然，佢個free flow都非常重要。今日嚟食呢間西班牙菜。比起其他同門餐廳，呢間餐廳裝修平實卻不失格調，氣氛相當輕鬆。論抵食程度，呢間餐廳更正，因為係Starter之前佢哋會送上西班牙凍湯同海鹽青椒。所以成個lunch有成5個course。青瓜、洋蔥丶蒜頭丶紅椒碎配上濃濃蕃茄湯，呢個凍湯係好地道既西班牙菜，但飲起來感覺可以好兩極，有人覺得草青味較濃，但我就覺得好清新丶好fresh。我特別喜歡海鹽青椒，味道簡單直接，直接吃出了食物的原味道。佢哋嘅starter好出色：吞拿魚他他同紅酒燴西班牙腸，先清後濃，好有層次感。牛油果醬底配粒粒吞拿魚腩魚，兩種食材既配搭㚒到無倫，真係無得輸。红酒西班牙腸腸的口感有少少似中式臘腸，好好咬口，估唔到「臘腸」配紅酒出奇咁夾，份量少少哋唔會太飽。食咗咁多嘢先到主菜，真係好抵。今次點咗兩款主菜是茄子shuffle 同燉牛肉芝士粗管意粉。茄子雜錦好靚仔，未食先like，烤茄子中間夾了蕃茄丶goat cheese 丶松子丶青醬同乾蕃茄醬，食材簡單但每種材料做

The ambience of the restaurant is really good. There were a lot of us with birthday celebrations that day. Each and every time when the crew came serve the birthday cake, the manager joyfully played the guitar and sang happy birthday song for us. It’s very lively and bubbly as everyone in restaurant were drawn to clap hands and sing together. It was such lovely surprise from the crew and brought us, the customers together. 🎸🎶 🎂 Both the price and food are good. With $178 (and no service charge)
