朋友們話同我慶祝生日, 其中一個朋友話想食西班牙菜, 之後佢哋就suggest食呢間, 我就梗係舉腳贊成啦因為我都好想試好耐架啦!!!😋我其中一個friend要七點先放工, 佢就話呢間啲cocktail好好飲, 叫我同另一個friend邊飲邊等, 我地六點零已經黎到, 點知已經勁full, 因為原來happy hour係去到七點半...咁我地就出左去兜幾個圈..佢晚飯分咗兩場, 一場係六點至八點, 一場係八點至十點, 我哋就book咗第二場, 但係好好彩地七點就話有位!一入到去就叫左幾杯Cocktail, 唔記得咗個名係咩, 但永遠都係我啲friend叫既就好飲, 自己叫既就係好藥水😩Starter叫左個tuna tartare, 好好味!!佢出面個兜仔好脆, 食落好refreshing!Main course叫左個龍蝦飯share, 佢一黎到我覺得, 咦, 點解個湯咁稀既, 會唔會好淡? 但食左第一啖之後就忍唔住係咁食!! 因為佢個湯好似lobster bisque咁係好濃味架😋然後每一粒飯都煮得啱啱好軟硬度, 再配埋個龍蝦湯食係好正! 佢嘅龍蝦肉煮到啱啱好, 唔會過靭, 好味呀!!

我生日男朋友帶我去食好滿意❤️野食好特別好好味食材靚，即使普通食材都煮得好特別員工又nice環境舒適最後仲一齊唱生日歌好warm要加價啲，啲野食又抵又唔收加一灣仔好西！

Restaurants from the Pirata group never fail to impress me! The optimist serves Spanish cuisine. Came here for birthday celebration with friend. Love its vibes and interior. 🪴💚超靚嘅藍綠色裝修💙📸之前睇到電視介紹之後一直都好想來今次終於約咗家姐一齊去，因為如果book夜晚黑嘅話好難book枱，而且夜晚黑 光線太暗 都影唔到靚相所以我哋一致決定下午大概5:00呢啲時間去，我哋去到之後意外見到全場都冇人剩係得一台，職員表示呢個時間晚市都未開始我同家姐都食咗嘢所以都唔係好肚餓，所以淨係坐低飲杯嘢，佢嘅飲品意外地平到出奇，而且係並沒有+1服務費，咖啡嘅味道我覺得一般，但係呢杯西柚梳打就好好飲，非常解渴而且睇落都好靚如果唔係下午嚟嘅話我諗我應該坐唔到呢張咁靚嘅窗邊位另外佢酒吧位置嘅座位亦都非常之漂亮整間餐廳嘅設計令人感覺非常舒適，亦配有花花草草作為陪襯，職員態度非常好，又有型又靚仔🤵🏼‍♂️，不過全部職員都係講英文嘅～如果唔識英文嘅話應該會比較難睇得明餐牌📍The Optimist灣仔軒尼詩道239號地下至2樓

之前食過The Optimist 嘅dinner set, 朋友話不如試埋個brunch set, 二話不說就約左個期來試下. Starters 分凍盤同熱盤, 個份量不少, 好彩我地skip左早餐, 否則starters已經可以KO我地. 西班牙風乾火腿芝士拼盤和沙律, 味道清新, pickles 同olive 係絕佳開胃小菜. 熱盤亦都同樣豐富, 我最鐘意煙肉蛋薯仔, 熱辣辣又香口.Main course 我地就order左rib eyes 同lobster rice. lobster rice, 成隻龍蝦浸係飯度, 啖啖龍蝦肉, 鮮味無比, 朋友食得超開心, d飯索曬龍蝦的精華~Rib eye叫左7成熟, 肉質嫩滑, 搭配埋特製芥末醬, 味道更加提升左. 仲有甜品Flan, 可惜飽得濟無影相(奇怪的因果關係🤣). 今次已經第二次幫襯The Optimist, definitely係我心水餐廳. 希望不久嘅將來有新菜單, 又可以同一班friends再食餐勁.

🥂✨Amazing Spanish Birthday Dinner✨🥂Good vibes, nice food and great service 💯💯💯由入門口係打電話同我confirm booking嘅靚女姐姐，到坐低叫野食，詳細介紹嘅靚仔哥哥，到用餐過程不時關心我哋嘅幽默哥哥，可以話成個過程都好開心同舒服，完全無尷尬或者溝通上嘅問題！🤍- Broken eggs “Huevos Rotos”有得食有得玩🤣，流心煎蛋+Ham，最底有一片片又脆又香嘅薯仔片，食前要「攪勻」，店員會好貼心問，洗唔洗幫你，而且影相仲會等你準備好先整👍🏻- Gambas “Al Ajillo” 橄欖油蒜味蝦雖然一開始見到成碟都係油，好驚會好油膩，但蝦肉爽口，好香，再加埋啲蒜頭+辣椒，真心好惹味，唔會食到成口油✨✨✨- Juicy Lobster rice 龍蝦焗飯一上枱勁濃厚嘅龍蝦湯味，雖然係飯但有risotto嘅感覺，飯顆飽滿，顆顆都有龍蝦嘅味，真係成隻龍蝦嘅精華都係晒入面🤤🤤🤤不過美中不足嘅係龍蝦肉有啲「霉」，不過以煮法嚟講可以理解！仲有龍蝦膏，完整度都仲保持到👍🏻- Flan 焦糖布甸超滑，蛋味濃👍

今日難得閒約左3個8婆黎呢度chill 下🤩呢個地方打卡一流，可惜我哋掛住食嘢，都冇影到相添，因為嘢食實在太好味啦，份量又多，要密密食都食唔晒🤣呢度既Brunch 包左3個starters, 分量按人頭計Main courses 就1人揀一款，開頭覺得都幾貴$400 位，但見到食物嘅時候，就覺得抵返晒🤣因為份量真係多到食唔晒，大家睇相就知，食完starters 已經有七成飽😅 d starters 好好味，好開胃，相信大家睇相已經流晒口水Main 我哋就揀咗龍蝦西班牙飯（2人份量），牛扒同魚，各有特色，牛扒五成熟，煎得剛剛好，龍蝦就10分爽口新鮮，賣相同味道都一流，好值得一試，魚我就覺得一般，冇乜特別。最後仲有dessert, 個Brownie 不得了哦，好多脆脆係入面，口感一流，又唔會太甜好完美既餐，不過份量就嫌太多，食唔晒有點浪費，唯一美中不足就係，餐廳規定必須按人頭點餐，如果可以四個人點三個餐咁就啱啱好啦😅

Got to say what I like best about this restaurant is its warm and lively ambience. Super friendly staff and impeccable service. The food is amazing! I like the environment! The staff is friendly. The lunch menu is great! Lobster rice is highly recommend! And the desserts are great.  I will come back!!
