今日難得閒約左3個8婆黎呢度chill 下🤩呢個地方打卡一流，可惜我哋掛住食嘢，都冇影到相添，因為嘢食實在太好味啦，份量又多，要密密食都食唔晒🤣呢度既Brunch 包左3個starters, 分量按人頭計Main courses 就1人揀一款，開頭覺得都幾貴$400 位，但見到食物嘅時候，就覺得抵返晒🤣因為份量真係多到食唔晒，大家睇相就知，食完starters 已經有七成飽😅 d starters 好好味，好開胃，相信大家睇相已經流晒口水Main 我哋就揀咗龍蝦西班牙飯（2人份量），牛扒同魚，各有特色，牛扒五成熟，煎得剛剛好，龍蝦就10分爽口新鮮，賣相同味道都一流，好值得一試，魚我就覺得一般，冇乜特別。最後仲有dessert, 個Brownie 不得了哦，好多脆脆係入面，口感一流，又唔會太甜好完美既餐，不過份量就嫌太多，食唔晒有點浪費，唯一美中不足就係，餐廳規定必須按人頭點餐，如果可以四個人點三個餐咁就啱啱好啦😅

To celebrate my friend's new chapter of life in running her own business,  I have booked this restaurant through the Openrice app so that we did not spend time on queuing. We were welcomed by friendly staff who have kindly introduced the menu items. I must have walked pass this place more than 10 times. It looks so interesting looking from the outside. Finally I got a chance to meet up my cousin in Wanchai and tried it out. 朋友專程為我慶祝生日, 預早book定The Optimist 食brunch. 去到等左一陣座位安排, 侍應即時遞上兩杯Prosecco當餐前酒比我開開胃. 上到二樓坐係窗口位望到街景好好feel. 侍應好有心機好熱情介紹menu上各款菜式, 值得加分! 好快先上冷盤同麵包, 麵包塗上乳酪醬好好食, 冷盤Parma Ham沙律同芝士亦令人好開胃. 跟住到sharing starter, 個人非常鍾意Broken Eggs Huevos Rotos, 侍應上碟後會親自操刀切碎攪勻, 薯仔蛋火腿嘅配搭香口又惹味. 燒藍蝦亦都大大隻, Mushroom Croquettes 味道都唔錯. 主菜叫左炭烤雞同肉眼扒, 烤雞除左炭香味仲好juicy好滑Rib Eye medium level剛剛好肉味香濃無得彈到侍應送上甜品時會有樂隊出場彈結他伴唱生日歌, 呢個係比較驚喜嘅地方食完甜品仲可添飲白酒同好友繼續傾計, 好完滿的一餐生日飯

Got to say what I like best about this restaurant is its warm and lively ambience. Super friendly staff and impeccable service. The food is amazing! I like the environment! The staff is friendly. The lunch menu is great! Lobster rice is highly recommend! And the desserts are great.  I will come back!!

Came here for birthday dinner with friends. Love the service here, especially the recommendation of “secret drink menu” from the manager, and the delightful birthday SURPRISE 🙈 Food wise, the beef cheek was tender and suckling pig was the boom! Definitely be back again!

I love the decor of the optimist! It’s very pretty and it’s spacious! I went with my girl friend, we ordered the semi buffet, with unlimited salami, chorizo, cheese and other appetizers etc. My favorite is spicy chorizo! Makes me happy coz it’s unlimited haha. 今年首季香港餐廳周只揀了 Optimist 一間，也許因為疫情好轉，優惠不及上回多。  $198/位的特別餐單項目豐富，基本三道菜外另加兩款開胃前菜；尤其最化算是相比平日周末 $348/位的 weekend brunch 收費平一截，但與 weekday set lunch 平日午市套餐相若無幾。 Fresh Bread 餐前麵包給予客人第一印象的餐前麵包，新鮮樣靚，外脆內軟。接下來小吃與凍湯一齊到，巧遇深綠與鮮橙顏色的對比配搭，賞心悅目，帶來陽光氣息，遙望窗下街景，心情愉快。 Padron Peppers 炸小椒皺皺地的青椒仔，炸過之後加粗鹽，西班牙北部非常流行的小食，皮薄薄，唔辣的，簡單得來又幾好味。Gazpacho 西班牙凍湯平日慣飲熱湯，冷湯變成新意，因為主要材料是蕃茄及甜辣，所以顏色鮮艷，成份亦有西芹、洋蔥、薑、雪利醋及橄欖油等，非常健康，並加了脆口的麵包粒及香草，濃稠香酸，涼而不冰。若然放在杯內，抽起脆麵包，我覺得就如現在大行其道的健康蔬果飲品。  Spinach Salad 菠菜沙律菠菜沙律以風乾蕃茄、果仁、提子及 Apple puree 蘋果醬、橄欖油調味，集甜、脆、酸

最近揀左呢間位於灣仔嘅The Optimist同朋友慶祝生日，撞正restaurant week， 可以食到個非常抵食嘅lunch set($198 pp) 😋 餐廳環境係非常典雅嘅歐陸風格，門口有張非常適合打卡嘅買枱，但由於我地係食set嘅關係，就無得bk果張枱，但都襯無人嘅時候影左幾張相📸我地個set係包左Starter, Main course同dessert. 加多$148仲可以有個free flow drink, 任飲紅、白酒同prosecco 🍷每款酒嘅味道都唔錯，個人覺得係值得加嘅。✨Selection of cold dishes其實呢個cold dish platter 應該係regular brunch menu先有嘅，但好搞笑地佢上錯左比我地，而我地又冇發覺😂成個platter主要有ham, salad同cheese, 味道方面就唔算特別出色，不過不失咁。✨Starters for sharing呢個同樣都係regular menu嘅，食到呢度我地都仲未發覺佢上錯左😂幾款starters 分別係grilled prawns, mushroom croquettes
