sabatini, 一個每隔數月便敲響我記憶的餐廳. 今次係朋友不斷的邀約, 終於再試sabatini.星期六的下午, 一個悠閒的開始, 到訪sabatini的確是一個好選擇. 先來一個parama ham + 哈蜜瓜, 香草蕃茄仔, 煙三文魚, 甜pepper... 仲有狗骨型的麵飽, 好香, 好軟, 正! 最好味當然係parama ham, the best i have tried so far.之後係主菜, 羊架, 五成熟, 剛剛好, 有紅紅的肉, 但沒有太多血水滲出. 有陣陣的燒烤香味, 內軟, 又沒有太多的"so"味. again, 最好味的羊架....接著, 當然係我心愛的tiramisu 和new york cheese cake, 不用多說, 好好味啦!最後, 一杯cappacino, 為今天悠閒的午餐劃上完美的句號.

星期六的下午, 一個悠閒的開始, 到訪sabatini的確是一個好選擇. 先來一個parama ham + 哈蜜瓜, 香草蕃茄仔, 煙三文魚, 甜pepper... 仲有狗骨型的麵飽, 好香, 好軟, 正! 最好味當然係parama ham, the best i have tried so far.

之後係主菜, 羊架, 五成熟, 剛剛好, 有紅紅的肉, 但沒有太多血水滲出. 有陣陣的燒烤香味, 內軟, 又沒有太多的"so"味. again, 最好味的羊架....

接著, 當然係我心愛的tiramisu 和new york cheese cake, 不用多說, 好好味啦!

最後, 一杯cappacino, 為今天悠閒的午餐劃上完美的句號.

炭燒貨色,一定唔會失色.燒羊架今時今日得兩支.外層烤得帶有必然引死人的炭燒味外,皮層還帶點脆口.切下,五成就唔成.絕非"信佢一成,雙目失明.".肉質很嫩很juicy
.只係羊味唔多夠,要吃到骨邊的肥膏位,才能吃出個騷味來.這些會否是紐西蘭貨色?

靚女個Seabass,數粒Mussels在面,有少少點石成金之感,淺嘗一舊,不得了,鮮嫩得無話可說.同我年前在London某海鮮餐廳吃過的一樣.

吃罷頭盤,兩個主菜之後,亦係到左歡樂今宵之甜品時間,亦係女仕們趨之若鷺之時間.友人應該十成飽,依然要吃埋甜品才能寫上句號.男人老狗,吃芝士方為上策.

個人雖然愛吃芝士,但份屬外行,只吃得出水牛,車打,同騷得要命的羊奶.愛得膚淺,芝士有幾款比你揀,例牌有crackers伴吃,吃罷幾款,味道不大濃.人人也能接受.

終於入到最後直路之甜品段柱,單睇個陣簡直洋洋大觀.有生果,各式糕點,雪糕等等,當然最主要,就係甜品中的Tiffany--Tiramisu.等同女方收到男方送上的粉藍色盒子,用絲帶包住,真係見到未拆,已興奮.友人打趣道
你唔比入面係A貨黎架?!)

去到呢個地步,食慾比性慾往往令人失去理智,明知已去到極限,依然不肯放手,完全唔理後果.朱古力慕絲很濃,很滑.一口士多啤梨一口cream,甜到入心.至於個Tiramisu又真係幾得,酒香剛好,起碼對我呢個唔多好甜品的人,吃到兩件的食後感.再來個朱古力雪糕,已經什麼也吃不下了.

一啖English Breakfast tea後,整個三小時之時間,亦已經去到尾聲,快樂不知時日過.呢套長達180分鐘電影,毫無冷場.大量拍手位.比Da Vinci Code更加精彩絕倫.單係個女主角已經輕易打低今日的Audrey Tautou.

如果要講下服務又真係好有效率,吃清光不消十秒,即有人來收碟.食物Refill頻率高,呢兩樣係基本.拿部身上iPOD出來比些相朋友仔睇之時,有個侍應走過來搭訕

埋單做埋老細,最緊要吃得開心.生日快樂,身體健康,越黎越靚.

PS:六年幾五百幾個食評,自助餐/Brunch(唔計任點任食)食評,加埋都唔知有無十個.呢一個,算係近年罕有之一.當中無記錯,也曾為出過貴酒店的咖啡室的午市buffet劣評.

PPS:近日做緊個黑松露promotion,有興趣者可一試下此等吃得下肚的黑鑽石.

但氣氛優閒得多,沒有生蠔吧前的企鵝式人流,更沒有甜品counter前的PTU式衝鋒陷陣,離開周日床上.中午吃到tea time.的確是一個一周期間,辛勞工作的獎勵.

Sabatini周日或可直行直入.一個來電訂位,也是對此等高級餐廳此基本禮貌.就算翠華也未必比你直行直入嘛.Dresscode近乎零,眼見有食客,身穿英格蘭主場三號,也有著住件AC米蘭Lotto年代十號,果個,係咪雲巴士頓?
環境無話可說地浪漫,如果夜晚來就更上一層樓,中午的話,又的確差一點,拿住隻碟走來走去,何來浪漫可言?

這個$388未加一的周日Brunch,包一杯氣酒,Antipasto,主菜一個,甜品任吃.坐低無耐,先送一人一杯很Fruity的
Sparkling wine,作為此美好假日的序章.其後再送來開邊龍蝦乙隻.凍食龍蝦,另有一番滋味.蝦膏色水雖然唔吸引,但好鮮甜.龍蝦肉很亦很爽甜.熱身過後,出去揀頭盤.

Antipasto方面,很多選擇.絕無冷場,如番茄水牛芝士,朝鮮薊,魷魚沙律,椰菜仔,紅黃椒,茄乾,蛋餅等等.全部炒埋一碟的話,都咪話唔嚇餐人.個人最愛朝鮮薊,番茄水牛芝士.紅黃椒,仲有魷魚沙律.全部都好新鮮.尤其個水牛芝士同魷魚.前者一向愛吃,後者感覺清新.

本來在這類場合,唔想吃生蠔.加上北半球生蠔時晨未到,
唯有淺嘗兩隻,蠔size細,味道充滿頗濃的金屬味,肉質偏爽.但係無海水送,兼唔多新鮮.不過已比出面很多酒店自助餐的生蠔好得多,離台三呎已聞其腥,未出發,先趕客.
反而在生蠔旁的蟹腳,肉很鮮甜.凍蝦亦然,蝦膏又係顏色曖昧,味道又係甜得要命.

風乾火腿如柏爾馬火腿等,還有莎樂美腸等.砌成一堆回去席上,吃得豪邁.這時候,並不要哈蜜瓜伴吃.淨吃已能吃出美味來,個人一向唔多喜歡哈蜜瓜.Parma Ham一向淨吃,從不覺得搭上哈蜜瓜,會在食味上有咩野升華.

這個Antipasto,來來回回,吃到差點忘記主菜...

there are business lunch on the weekday. there are four different prices ranged from $178 to $270. you can choose pasta, main course or pasta and main course. all set include "appentiser on the table" or daily soup, one dessert from trolley and coffee/tea. there are many choices inthe main course and pasta. for the appentiser, we sure choose the 'appentiser onthe table'. there were parma ham with melon, cherry tomato and cheese salad, grilled bell pepper salad, smoked salmon, a very large sausage, etc. the parma ham with melon is really excellant and highly recommended. other salad are also very fresh. I am already half full after eating the appentiser.

my grilled sea bass is excellant. fresh and oily. my bf 's lamb chop is also very good. tender and juicy. but it is little bit small. (haha...)

i chose tiramisu and my bf chose new york cheese cake as dessert. the tiramisu is really the best in the town. the cheese cake also gives me surprise. it is just as good as Mandarin Oriental.

the lunch finishes with a cup of cappincino. tastes also very good.

it is indeed very worthy for money. we use hang seng platinum credit card and had 10% off. only $500 for two ppl. i checked the menu. only parma ham with melon costs $200, the sea bass and lamb chop also cost over $250 each. unfortunately, i have to take leave to enjoy the lunch again.

it's my long time friend's (known since 4)birthday. sure i must think of some wonderful place to celebrate occasion. finally i picked this -- not only top place locally but internationally renowned for decades.the decoration is foreign & homely. atmosphere is cosy, easy & friendly instead of grand & serious found in some top notch restaurants. the waiters friendly & attentive, & popping in humour at times. actually there r already cakes in buffets, but i want to give surprise to my friend,

the decoration is foreign & homely. atmosphere is cosy, easy & friendly instead of grand & serious found in some top notch restaurants. the waiters friendly & attentive, & popping in humour at times. actually there r already cakes in buffets, but i want to give surprise to my friend, thus request them to prepare for her a small cake with her name written on it. & they r kind & helpful enough to entertain my additional request & brought to her voluntarily after main course, even with lighted candle.


these r no ordinary buffets found in hotels, so one may be disappointed if looking for many varieties & usual international dishes, & the limited western dishes served also common. those used to common western dishes & cookery like some of my gal friends may also find it so so. but this is superb & exciting cuisine for those loving no cliche authetic italian taste, & wanna experience the reputable name at a more affordable price with wide range of choices than dinner time. the goodness of decor, ambience, serving & food is not explicit but needs one to feel with heart.


the buffet is divided basically into the following sections, antipasto, primi dish, secondi dish, dessert. first come the bread basket, soft roll grissini all that with olive oil & balsamic vinegar (*cough* pls dun ask me the age). water served is san pallegrino, not too mineral & easy to drink. for the most outstanding section i wuld choose antipasto. good many choices, interesting, special & authetic. forget oysters, they r fresh yet rather tasteless. it's italian ones that give nice surprises. i especially like dried red chili in oil, not hot but sweet & chewy. there is a pear (it doesnt look like fig with seedlings inside & texture ??) perserved in red wine also v special. the preserved multi colour bell pepper also sweet & fresh. mozzarella my favourite cheese wont be disappointing at all as well as matching tomatoes refreshing. among mixed meat platter of ham, salami, dried beef etc, of course parma ham is the best. colour bright red & attractive, slice intact & generous not bits & pieces, soft & not too salty. goes perfectly with melon. well, i thought 2 different kinds of melon r used. the first cantaloupe provided for a limited time at beginning is rounder, smaller, lighter colour yet fresher & better. shortly it's replaced by normal ones with more 'jok' taste. then there r artichokes, varied mushrooms, squid, salmon, quiche, scallops etc worth trying. sorry no beef carpaccio or lobster (lucky u) during my visit.

the first & second dishes r more or less like others described. primi r good but cant compare with antipasto. incl soup, sashimi toast, grilled food & 2 types of pastas etc. i suggest u juz taste abit if not one with hugh appetite. worth mentioning is grilled salmon cooked nicely, with slightly burnt coat & centre raw, showing chef cooked his food with heart. & pastas made al dente. tomato sauce fresh & white sauce creamy. for secondi of course i chose lamb chop medium rare after doing my homework, which happens to be best among choices available. even captain praise my choice after ordering hehe. 2 kinds of mustard available, french & english, with latter more hot. my friends choosing otherwise like steak seems not so lucky as dishes more ordinary. wohoho


the hotel is famous for its desserts esp tiramisu & they r delicious as usual. if one said this buffet not value for money, juz look at fresh mixed berries provided of blue, black, rasp, strawberries etc which cost tens of dollars in supermarkets for small packets esp rasp-. because of cold weather, we ordered hot tea right at beginning so no coffee to go with petit fours.

很不錯的環境, 有Live Band可是歌聲不是太響,不會影響交談. Reciption 的女服務員態度很好, 反而餐廳裡的waiter們普普通通, 只對熟客獻殷情. 食物的味道是沒話說, 原想order 8oz的澳洲和牛可惜賣完了, 只有10oz的, $9xx. 食物一定要是最好的, 所以還是叫了.當然沒有失望, 只是份量還是多了點. 另外的沙律拼盆可以試一下很多不同的東西, 颇有心思. 蝦天使麵也是水準之作, 好味好味.甜品不是太有驚喜, 不過要求的生日牌全準備好了, 還有live band唱生日歌, 和即時拍一張照片送一張賀卡. 最後的結局當然是Happy Birthday.

I had been in this restaurant serveral times but only during dinner time.

蜜瓜parma ham - excellent (still miss it)

Linguine - 比一般食到o既煙韌有咬口,原來單單用tomato煮都可以咁好味o嫁o播!

燒牛仔扒配淡水蝦及燒白露筍–幾様都是當晚的特別介紹,有骨牛仔扒用炭火燒很有肉味, 肉質鮮嫩,淡水蝦的肉質很鮮嫩,蝦羔味道濃郁!非常美味!

依度個三人live band好掂, 高中低三人合唱, 從未聽過咁好聽, 唱Despardo好掂, 佢地好風趣,最適合情侶o黎食飯!

Service真係冇得彈,非常滿意!當晚Sabatini係full house,但service依然好好,而上菜亦會因應客人情況加快或減慢;上每一道菜o既時候亦會對所配o既酒略作介紹,manager亦會間唔中問下我地comment~fine dining莫過於此。

真係一分錢、一分貨!雖然依間意大利餐廳係貴d,但係真係值回票價!如果閣下喜歡食意大利菜,依度真係可以諗諗!我最喜歡就係依度o既lunch Buffet ,只係星期日先有,三百蚊多d,但係除了主菜,其他野任食,所有材料都是從意大利入口的,生蠔唔係大隻,但好肥美同生鮮,蠔係細隻好食過大隻!意大利火腿加蜜瓜,又係好好味,意粉真係超正,係我食香港咁多地方最好食o既意粉,佢只係一碟意粉+ 芝士汁/意大利蕃茄汁,已經好好好好味!就算係麵包都好好味,入口鬆軟,牛油又香,或者點橄欖油&黑醋都好正!頭盤我就勁喜歡羊架!女友就話魚都好正!價錢的確係貴,所以隔好耐先o黎食,不過少吃多滋味,日日食龍肉都會唔好食啦!Haha....

所有材料都是從意大利入口的,
生蠔唔係大隻,但好肥美同生鮮,蠔係細隻好食過大隻!
意大利火腿加蜜瓜,又係好好味,
意粉真係超正,係我食香港咁多地方最好食o既意粉,
佢只係一碟意粉+ 芝士汁/意大利蕃茄汁,已經好好好好味!
就算係麵包都好好味,入口鬆軟,牛油又香,或者點橄欖油&黑醋都好正!

頭盤我就勁喜歡羊架!女友就話魚都好正!
價錢的確係貴,所以隔好耐先o黎食,
不過少吃多滋味,日日食龍肉都會唔好食啦!Haha....

28/5(日)媽咪bday,一行4人黎呢到慶祝,今次再黎食,緊係食番上次試唔到既款式今次唔要橙汁,要左汽酒今次試曬3款麵包,其中麵包棒最好味,不論配湯/點汁salad最like醃蕃茄乾同紅黃椒parma ham+melon依然係perfect match生蠔今次新鮮肥美左cream sauce意粉依然又香又濃郁又有咬口今次既湯係蕃茄湯,好濃郁既蕃茄味,比上次既豆湯好好多意粉counter隔離既魚生都好好味,配埋香草汁,蕃茄汁同橄欖油,好正今日主菜有羊,牛,魚同藍青口,上次食過羊架好正,今次試下牛仔肉,比上次男朋友食既牛扒差,得2小片好似豬肉咁既牛仔肉,雖然肉質尚算嫩滑,但賣相奇差,下次都係要番羊架穩陣d甜品除左Tiramisu係必食之外,今次試左紅酒燴無花果同雪糕,strawberry味有好多菓肉,正,重有一隻strawberry tart都好正重有試左各種cheese伴克力架Overall,大家都好滿意呢餐,雖然呢餐唔平,但媽咪食得開心就更貴都值得

今日主菜有羊,牛,魚同藍青口,上次食過羊架好正,今次試下牛仔肉,比上次男朋友食既牛扒差,得2小片好似豬肉咁既牛仔肉,雖然肉質尚算嫩滑,但賣相奇差,下次都係要番羊架穩陣d
甜品除左Tiramisu係必食之外,今次試左紅酒燴無花果同雪糕,strawberry味有好多菓肉,正,重有一隻strawberry tart都好正
重有試左各種cheese伴克力架

Overall,大家都好滿意呢餐,雖然呢餐唔平,但媽咪食得開心就更貴都值得

昨晚來了吃晚餐,選了自助頭盤,十多項選擇,其中以帶子和Ham最好吃。主菜要了羊架和海鮮扁意粉。羊架一流,肉質鮮嫰,外面燒得香脆可口。意粉不大對我胃口,番茄新鮮,但不是我最喜歡的意粉煮法,而且我覺得硬了少許。甜品點了Tiramisu,面層芝士美味,但餅層不夠濕潤。總結來說,質素高,但價錢也過高。Amaroni 的意粉和Tiramisu都比它好吃,但價錢比它實惠得多;不過,為了它的羊架,將來應該會再來吃brunch buffet。

It was my birthday and my bf and I went there for a dinner. The food was great and I ordered a baked lobster.I was lucky that there was Australian lobster. It's so juicy and full of meat~~~We had a bottle of wine and 3 grappas in the end plus 1 cappacino! They gave me a piece of birthday cake and the lovely band sang me a birthday song and Wonderful Tonight!We are already planning to go there for dinner again! 我其實係成年前食過..不過記憶猶新我無食過大家講o既sunday brunch. 只係食過兩次dinner, celebrate結婚週年.我本人好鐘意, 可能我係女人o既關係, 我好鐘意佢果種歐洲餐廳classic o既環境(唔知算傳統定古典), 坐o係度成個人都好浪漫舒服加溫暖.有string band,佢會每張枱都行埋黎o係你面前唱歌,你仲可以點埋你首主題曲(求婚就一流).食物好味唔在講, 服務都好好, 不過呢d都係expected. share食的話佢會o係你隔離分好晒咁多份先上,所以咩都可以share但又唔會"麻煩".

有各種Anipasto,cold cut,每樣試左小小,不過唔係我杯茶,試過就算~生蠔試左一隻,新鮮爽甜但唔夠肥美~最好味當然係parma ham+melon,一鹹香一甜美好滋味,我encore左幾次,真係愈食愈想食,簡直好味到停唔到口~重有蟹腳,我無食,因為怕麻煩,不過我男朋友話好鮮甜喎~

另外,每人有半邊baby lobster,都係好鮮甜

意粉counter:
分別叫左cream sauce同番茄,兩個都配炭燒鱸魚,我地特別欣賞個cream sauce,好味到呢,我未食過咁好味既pasta,意粉有咬口得黎個sauce又香又濃,我其實好想encore,但真係好飽,之後好後悔無encore到,蕃茄汁對比之下就普通得多

湯:
得一款,已經唔記得係咩湯,只係記得係唔知咩豆湯,印象中唔好飲,不過男朋友覺得ok

主菜:
我地叫左羊架同牛扒,我覺得個羊比牛出色,叫五成真係黎五成,無overcook,配上芥辣,外脆內軟,又juicy,正正正~牛都ok,有好香炭燒味~配菜個烤新薯都好好味

甜品
當然唔少得Tiramisu,我得登留肚食既,口感濕潤,芝士味同埋酒味既平衡都恰到好處,平時我係唔鍾意食Tiramisu既,但都encore左2次~焦糖燉蛋食左2啖,唔好味~cheesecake是軟身既cheesecake,唔係我杯茶,我比較鍾意new york cheesecake~朱古力3款各試左一半,都好好味

其實重想試各種芝士,雪糕同生果,不過太飽,無力再戰

埋單八百幾,雖然食lunch黎講有點貴,不過實在值得一試,我同男朋友都好滿意,我飽到第2日lunch先食到野

我決定左遲d同班fds再去食過~

替人補祝生日, 又有兩位朋友被我引誘, 五個人就黎吃兩個半小時的brunch.來RG 吃日本菜和去cake shop 就多, 吃意菜還是第一次, 指示牌有點點不足, 但其實也不難找的.裝飾睇ad 就睇得多, 現場睇真係好正, 我們坐在近甜品長桌的一角, 未食先看甜品, 胃口也不難增加.麵包有一片片的, 有啡紅的圓包, 也有麵包棒; 麵包棒暖暖的也脆, 點上olive oil+醋好好吃, 不過最後為了甜品, 放棄了沙律如KC 所說選擇相當多, 顏色相當鮮艷, 質素當然有水準, 最好吃是紅椒和黃椒, 個人不下吃了三四個round.菇類也甜, 反而蛋餅麻麻無咩特別, 個人而言味道也不太好. 油浸辣椒乾差實不辣, 味道和賣相佳, 但最後也無力翻炒.生蠔沒有吃, 反而魷魚和巴馬火腿哈密瓜也起碼吃個夠本, 幾乎無次到前菜檯也encore, 一鹹一甜滿足哂舌頭.莎樂美腸也吃了兩塊, 和沙律伴著一齊吃就最好, 忘記橙橙色的醬汁是什麼來, 酸酸的幾醒胃. 意粉之前在RG吃過, 水準不錯, 今次再次再吃, 先吃忌廉螺絲粉, 好creamy, 好重奶味, 螺絲粉好有咬口, 扁麵也好, 但配上蕃茄汁沒有那樣香

意粉之前在RG吃過, 水準不錯, 今次再次再吃, 先吃忌廉螺絲粉, 好creamy, 好重奶味, 螺絲粉好有咬口, 扁麵也好, 但配上蕃茄汁沒有那樣香.
燒腸幾香口, 肉類沒有吃得太多; 湯就材料幾多下, 不過驚喜欠奉.
Main course未來之前, 橫豎有時間, 吃少少芝士, 四款各有特色, 個人還是愛用cracker伴著吃, 朋友卻愛上杏甫肉.
Main course 有牛羊魚, 加$300 還可以有Lobster.
Chef Roast 是炭燒雞, 另有鱸魚, 水準其實不錯, 不過和Lamb rack 和牛扒實在比下去.
最好當然是羊, 真的皮脆肉嫩, 汁液得似保存, 而且有三件足肉, 法式芥辣似乎是較好, 英式芥辣較辣, 應會蓋過羊味. 牛扒也好, 炭燒香味和牛味, 雖不能吃得太多但也吃了一小件.
最後還是一輪甜品衝刺:
生果以草莓最好吃, 長長瘦身的雖不是來自東瀛, 但也算甜, 不知是來自哪裡? Blueberry 又吃了少許.
甜品不可不吃的當然是Tiramisu, 也有我最喜愛的Blueberry Cheesecake...前後都吃了兩件.
creme brulee也吃了一個, 什果凍又一個, 芒果Mousse Cake又小小, 當然也有吃左幾個果tart... ...
餐前飲品是侍應推介一杯Italian coffee, 好香咖啡味, 但和一般星仔咖啡店又有不同. 味道不錯的.
埋單唔係我埋但我俾多一份錢, $400食物質素真的和一般buffet 高幾班, 冇錢去Sabatini吃晚飯就可以黎食個brunch, 實在是值得推介.
一班人來吃有著數, main course 可以share, 樣樣都試到. 侍應夠多又醒目, 我們躊躇想吃喝什麼也會專業地介紹, prompt and nice service.

後記:
1. 吃到中段見到克勤和淑儀, 都幾友善, 都唔介意走前和我們合照.
2. 飽得滯要行去天文台參觀, 順便行去MK 訂我的定焦鏡, 今期已經負資產但好高興.

昨日celebrate男友生日,去了Sabatini試佢的Sunday Brunch.餐前有sparkling wine for 開胃,很sweet,易入口。Appertizer有buffet加半隻baby lobster,d生蠔真的很肥,很大,味也很鮮,不過我極懷疑d oyster係我肚痛的罪魁禍首!Baby Lobster也很鮮,個waiter仲攪錯左話個lobster可以任叫,我地就叫多左兩隻lu!Pasta也很好食,個白sauce很香,有al dente的感覺。反而main course相比下很普通,叫了羊架同三文魚,中規中舉。Dessert的Tiramisu真的很好吃,有酒香但不會太澀。另外佢的Blueberry chessecake同Cream Brulee都很好,很軟很sweet。雖然好好食,但我同男友o個個下午都呵到九彩,真係呵到脫水。由於我地兩個O個朝都冇乜食野,所以好大機會係Sabatini食左唔乾淨既野。下面都有朋友話試過食完唔舒服,我覺得餐廳方面要檢討下la。更好食既野,但原來係唔乾淨,就算幾出名都冇用la。仲要係我特登請男朋友去celebrate生日的,大好節
