We first ordered a Rose Apple Martini and a Lychee Mojito.
The martini was so-so, but the mojito was exceptionally good. We both agreed that it tasted a lot better than the other mojitos we've tried. Loved the pieces of lychee inside the drink and overall the mix was refreshing. It wasn't very alcoholic, whereas the martini was.
We then ordered Pad Thai and Green Curry with Chicken as our mains.
I LOVE the pad thai. I've had a few pad thais recently at other restaurants but this is definitely my favourite. The egg 'net' is creative and adds to the presentation of the dish. There were three prawns and they were larger in size compared to the ones at the other restaurants. I'll come here again if I ever needed to satisfy my pad thai crave.
As for the green curry, the smell of coconut filled the air as soon as the dish was placed at our table. This would be a bit deceiving as the curry itself was actually really spicy for a green curry. (I wonder how spicy the yellow curry or red curry will be..)
For dessert we ordered Mango Sticky Rice to share.
This was tasty as well. The mango was fresh and the coconut sauce was very rich. The dish would have tasted more unique had they used black sticky rice, but I'm satisfied with it as it is.
Overall a nice meal and the service was very attentive.

泰國來的Mango Tree,這芒果樹剛進詮在九龍的圓方商場Element開設了分店,餐廳佔地面積比銅鑼灣更大,裝飾及擺設更花心思。餐廳中央的圓柱改造成大樹模樣,與店名呼應。牆身以手織木紋膠片組成,充滿泰式風味。而更吸引人的是這裡擁有超過一百八十度的維港美景,坐到落地玻璃窗旁用餐,迷人的景致盡入眼瞼。剛開業了一星期多,碰著聖誕節及除夕夜,也都滿座。相信在這裡看著維港倒數,氣氛亦會不錯。先來點杯無酒精的飲品Lychee Smash,$70,以荔枝、青檸及薄荷葉調製而成,味道十分清新。Crispy Rice Crackers served with minced prawn and pork,peanuts & fresh coconut dip,香脆米餅配蝦肉醬,$88。自家製的蝦肉醬帶著椰味香甜,加上花生碎及豬肉碎粒,吃下帶點口感,作前菜小食挺不錯。Thai Shrimp Toasts,deep fried shrimp toasts with sweet chili and cucumber sauce,泰式蝦多士,$118,只限圓方分店供應。扁身的蝦多士炸得金黃色,但多士未夠香脆,
Lobster and Galangal Soup,hot and sour soup with fresh lobster,shallot,lemongrass and galangal,酸辣泰薑龍蝦湯,$248,只限圓方分店供應。以一小個瓦煲奉上,龍蝦湯味酸度十足,辣味不少,更冬蔭冬差不多,但就鮮味得多。
Roasted Cod Fish Curry,grilled cod fish fillet with light red curry topped with kaffir lime leaves & fresh coconut cream,椰汁紅咖哩烤鱈魚,$228,只限圓方分店供應。鱈魚表面微烤後帶點焦,肉質嫩滑油潤,紅咖哩椰味較重,甜香中滲著少許檸香。
Fresh River Prawns in Clay Pot,river prawns baked with Thai herbs,pepper corns & glass noodles,砂煲粉絲河蝦,$238。河蝦先用蒜頭、蔥段等來焗煮,再加入粉絲及雞湯,粉絲吸收了蝦的精華及雞湯味,質感沒有太濕太腍。

As recommended, we tried BBQ Pork Neck, Curry Crab, Roasted Chicken, Fish/Crab Cakes, Tong Yum Kun. I would say it's defintley above standard. The selection of meat/crab is of high quality and sauce combination and ingredient are impeccable.
My favourite part ie Dessert, the Mango Sticky Rice (one of their signature dishes) should not be missed. The best always come last - home-made ice cream (Lychee) is the best finale of my meal.
Love the view, Friendly Service, Authentic Thai food.... Will definitely come back!
