Came here again but this time instead of beef tendon ramen, I tried their beef tendon tsukmen as it was sold out last time I was there.The noodles were thick and chewy. Didn't have a starchy after taste which was good.The broth itself was super salty but there was a faint fish taste to it. You need to dilute it with the clear broth they have on hand.There were bits of beef tendon in the soup that soaked up all the saltiness.The ramen came with a whole egg (so no need to order one). It was lovely
