I was headed to a different restaurant, which turned out to be closed, and so I randomly popped in here. The spice levels correspond to how much spice paste the chef dollops on top. It isn't already mixed in, and this is somewhat problematic as the broth is so thick it's difficult to really mix or get anything to dissolve in it. "Super spicy" isn't really spicy-- in fact, the spice is hardly noticeable.

The noodles were plentiful, and I really liked the texture (hard). The pork was kind of an afterthought. It was pretty bland. At the end of the meal, I thought it was just OK.
I don't want to suggest that I didn't like the food, because even bad noodle soup is pretty good and this wasn't by any means bad. So I had a decent lunch, very filling, with nice firm noodles. But I don't think I'd go back. There are plenty of ramen places around and this just wasn't that fantastic.
