I was in TST East around lunch time Wednesday, and decided to try Fujiyama 55 as it's been in business for a few years, and I haven't had a chance to try it out. It was the first time I had the Tsukemen, where the ramen is served separate from the soup. I ordered the extra pork flavor dipping and regular (as in tenderness) cook noodle.
