芥蘭好似菜心苗咁大條,好好食。飽魚冬菇就無乜特別... 度度都係咁既制法。

雞煲
用片皮雞既雞殼切件整。d雞肉唔會"un"。

蟹肉湯面
d面真係好好食,好彈牙,無皂水味... d湯清得黎又夠味.... 正正正!其實食到呢度已經非常飽,但係食左一啖之後真係唔抵得要食晒佢。

生果+紅豆糕
生果有西瓜、哈蜜瓜、蜜瓜同菠蘿,全部都好甜
紅豆糕無乜特別,但係都係好食既...

呢餐飯食得好開心,$600一位都係值得... 服務同食物質素都好好。

since it was chinese food so i suppose i'd attach the entry into this restaurant coz no ballroom setup here.weddind dinner of a friend, m a frequent diner of this hotel but not so far the chinese retaurant (entree club member)food was average, i heard of this famous shell thing but it wasnt at all impressing i must say. for a 5* hotel, it could reali improved but of course depends on the price i suppose.anyway, the wedding was fabulous and the hotel was cooperative. everyone enjoyed their night

本月双親自美國回港,到有全球十大食府之称的唐閣食午飯.  首先點了龍蝦魚翅灌湯餃,皮薄多汁,龍蝦爽口鲜甜,餡料味美.  黄耳鲜蝦餃,餃皮晶瑩剔透,蝦仁鲜爽嫩滑,可惜黄耳有的配搭不當之感.   鳕魚金魚餃,形似小魚可愛惜目,鳕魚肉鲜嫩爽口.并随有點一點一點的脆口感覺,細問之下原來師傅特別加入了蟹籽,提昇餡料的鲜味之餘更加强口感.一流的配搭.   上湯豆苗,用湯水勾芡,有的可惜不是我想要那種.   雲飩稻田面,皮薄餡靚,有別扵坊間.   蛋白杏仁茶,有杏仁味不過不失.   服務生个个都很好,但是就心事重重.

XO醬泡龍蝦球:好惹味,連配菜露荀都好好味...我罕有地食晒
清蒸東星斑:蒸得好滑呀...掂~
鮑汁花菇花膠扣海參:味道都幾好~~
清雞湯百靈菇時令蔬:呢個我覺得味道太清勒,所以比左好多老公食~
金菇火鴨絲燒伊轱 :其實食到呢到都好飽下啦,不過一樣食得晒~

鴛鴦伴美點:係蛋撻仔同桂花杞子凍,的的骰骰容易食...yummy~

感覺好似一圍酒席咁,仲會分埋餸 ,雖然每樣份量都唔算多,不過食下食下又好飽喎...味道雖然唔算好大驚喜,不過亦不失十大食肆之名...而且細妹之前係呢間集團工作有張貴賓會卡,一問之下呢個月做緊推廣,7位以上有8折,所以折實之後都係$3550咋

Given that we got 40% off the entree club menu (500 per person), generally the menu is value for money. To begin, we ordered Chrysanthemum Tea. Halfway thru the dinner, I found a tiny Cockroach in my tea cup. Arguably, the restaurant should not be held wholly resposible for this cos the cockroach came with the Chrysanthemum which was sourced from suppliers. I had a gathering with some of my old university classmates in this restaurant for dinner.The environment and ambience were excellent. We were given a table in a quite corner with a nice window view of the busy TST traffic. We feel very comforatable with the environment.We ordered a set menu with 6 dishes, sharkfin soup and dessert. I had a gathering with some of my old university classmates in this restaurant for dinner.

The environment and ambience were excellent. We were given a table in a quite corner with a nice window view of the busy TST traffic. We feel very comforatable with the environment.

We ordered a set menu with 6 dishes, sharkfin soup and dessert. The food quality is OK. I cannot say the food was bad but definitely not surprisingly good either. This is the standard quality any person would expect for an ordinary HK restaurant.

The service is just average lagging behind most 5 star hotel restaurants I have been to. I do not anticipate them to be excessively nice or caring but it was a bit odd to be greeted by their mask-like faces. Economy class flight attendants do a better job than they do.

I was recently lured into joining their Entree Club by paying nearly HK$2000 for the membership. The membership gave us a 20% discount for our group of 9. The menu we ordered was originally for 6 people but we asked them to expand it to a portion for 9. As you see from the photo, the portion for each guest was microscopically tiny. Even the smallest-size lady in our group complained about this. And the bill was not small at all. For the same amount of money, no restaurant in HK will give you such little food. Yet, the quality was not outstandingly good.

So, if you do not mind spending more money than you should, this restaurant is somewhat worth only 1 visit to experience the comfortable ambience.

早前join了朗廷酒店做會員,2-3人來唐閤有6折,於是便相約同樣為食的朋友前來食lunch。因為有6折,大家也豪一點:龍蝦菠菜餃($33/隻),餃皮夠煙韌,龍蝦爽鮮,不肥膩,不過細隻兼貴。沙魚骨螺頭湯($50/位),味道濃厚,膠質算重,但友人說不及金葉庭。黑醋三色椒羊扒($60/件),羊扒肉質軟淋,但黑醋汁過酸,和三色椒一點也不夾。鮮蝦雲吞道庭麵($120/鍋),雲吞皮薄餡靚,但麵太太太淋。食物味道整體唔錯,環境服務都高級,折後每位$150,若不是66折就梗係貴啦!

上湯浸豆苗- 豆苗老了點﹐可以好一點。

因為有生日蛋糕送﹐我們沒有點甜品。生日蛋糕是芒果慕士蛋糕﹐蛋糕真才實料有新鮮芒果﹐不過現在不是芒果季節﹐所以有點酸﹐但慕士蛋糕很幼滑﹐不錯的。

haven't been to this place for a dim-sum lunch for some 2 yrs.Went there on a Sunday, however, it's seems not delivering what it had been.Enviornment - as good as before, decent distance between table, quiet environment.Food - not as tasty as before - still good quality. haven't been to this place for a dim-sum lunch for some 2 yrs.

Went there on a Sunday, however, it's seems not delivering what it had been.

Enviornment - as good as before, decent distance between table, quiet environment.

Food - not as tasty as before - still good quality. And I found portion is shrunk.

Service - the mamagers' service are for sure professional. However, they had one waiter (i bet he's in training) serviving us - not very careful and can't remember what we ordered even we ordered onlt 2 items..?!

Price - not cheap for dim sum lunch, as we paid almost the same price for Intercontinental.

However, given the waiter's in-training service level plus the shrunk food portion. I dont think I will go there for dim sum in near future.

我要和客人食飯, 看到網友的食評不錯, 便帶客人來試, 也點選了部份網友介紹的菜式.龍蝦酸辣湯, 福建炒飯, 咖啡豬腩排, 焗嚮螺, 片皮鴨, 紅燒豆腐及甜品. 整體全部都好味. 因為我全程要戎口, 所以只是試了飯和豆腐, 但同事話好味.招呼週到, 如果有錢都會再來. 因為坐角落位置, 比較靜, 帶客人食真的不錯.

爸爸新曆生日碰巧是豬年的大年初三,一如以往,相約葉醫生一家歡渡佳節。一早在唐閣預留了一間private room,高貴的裝修,加上闊落的設計,環境極為舒服。一位叫Danny的經理建意我們要$6,388的12人套餐,內容豐富,以唐閣standard來說,算抵食:- 乳豬全體,和利苑有得揮,唔錯- 金銀帶子,清炒和鬆炸兩種食法,鬆炸外層似芋角,沒清炒好吃- 釀焗響螺,近年吃過最好,蒲汁和響螺粒十分匹配- 紅燒翅,有竹笙、荀絲,翅太少,一般大路水準- 清蒸大星斑仔(兩條),肉質嫩,火喉剛好- 花菇鮑片,鮑片不夠大,鮑魚味欠奉;花菇我一向不喜歡吃,無香味- 脆皮雞,中上水準,皮脆肉嫩,但驚喜不大- 瑤柱西蘭花,精緻爽脆,一貫酒店水準- 長壽麵,即雜菇撈麵,雜菇新鮮,但整體口感油膩- 蓮子紅豆沙,煲到極溶,蓮子鬆化,眾人皆讚- 壽包,劣質,好耐無見過咁細咁樣衰嘅壽包,好在有男友的Robuchon蛋糕撐場服務細心,食物精緻,眾人都滿意。在此祝爹爹身體健康,葉醫生一家就添丁發財!

上星期日同媽咪食lunch,叫了點心,飯及甜品,除了一款素餃外,其他點心都OK。飯要了他們出名的海鮮局蟹蓋飯,只是一般,汁太多。甜品(杏仁露及合桃露)也好好,杏仁露都是利苑的比較好。覺得點心是同一集團的明閣比較好。服務周到,座位舒適。

A relative hosted wedding banquet here couple months ago. He told me it's regular hotel banquet prices (like HK$8,000 per table) but the portion were really small. I barely felt full when I left. The food was okay, but not excellent. The fish dish (Tung Sing) was made up of two small fishes, which is not very classy for banquet.
