location 夠 convenient,食物 variation 不太多但亦不太少,OK合格啦。味道:沙律、海鮮、肉排同甜品都正正常常,即係唔會話好好味,但又唔算比一般同等價錢 buffet 難食。無新食店既話可以再嚟。

The starters were decent, we had the beef carpaccio and baked beetroot. The rib-eye was a bit disappointed. I can tell it was a nice piece of steak. However, it wasn’t cooked accordingly, too charred and therefore bitter taste in every bite. And the jacket potato wasn’t cooked all the way through.

French Onion Soup 向來是小編喜愛的湯款,愛其甜美搶味。店員首先送上一碗脆脆麵包粒,然後才在食客面前倒入溫熱的洋蔥湯。湯汁雖然依稀透出洋蔥的氣味,但味道明顯不夠穏實。洋蔥份量不多,並呈一絲絲鬆散的狀態,再加上欠缺一塊既沾滿湯汁,又佈滿芝士的多士在場添味,評價只屬中規中矩。

至於主菜,小編要了一客 Old-aged Beef Burger。麵包在沾滿漢堡扒的油份後,份外香口。漢堡扒製作厚身,經過長時間熟成後濃縮了牛肉的肉香。以要求的 medium 火喉而言,漢堡扒比預期煮得熟透,未有誘人的肉汁溢出,幸好口感仍能保持鬆軟。整體而言,這是一客不俗的漢堡,只是值不值百多二百元就見人見智喇!

Once we got off the lift we were welcomed by a friendly staff and she took us to a table which I had reserved earlier that day with this app. The restaurant is spacious and “bright”, which is a nice comment because I hate having to use a torch to read the menu. The Spanish gold medal rib-eye steak caught my eyes but it was sold out so I ordered the US prime rib-eye instead. I couldn’t tell whether it’s better or worse than the gold medal steak cos I haven’t tried it, but it’s Delissssh! Judging from the price, the Spanish steak would taste even better but I just cannot believe any better steak exists in this world when I was having the US prime. It was cooked exactly how I like my steak - medium rare, it was juicy, it was tender, it was flavourful, it was well seasoned. It was heavenly!

Another dish we had was a wagyu pasta, I forgot what it was called but the “noodle” was very “wide” like triple the width of linguine. My guess is because of its shape, the sauce was able to sit on the pasta when you take it from the plate to your mouth so every bite comes with deliciousness. The pasta itself was cooked to the right tenderness too, well done!

It was a “quick” dinner for us so we didn’t take wine or have dessert, nor coffee afterwards. But we did see the chef talking with other customers and managed to have a little chat with him, that was when I was told that the Spanish steak has a limited supply and won’t be restocked until days later.

All in all, that was a delightful experience and I would recommend anyone who likes steaks or pasta to pay a visit. I myself would most definitely come again for an even better steak.

P.S. bread was of high standard also. It was served warm, break sticks were crispy and the butter or cream that came with it was something different, good different.

To celebrate my nephew birthday we have booked this restaurant from app. and entitled 50% off.Restaurant located at the heart of LFK - on the 7/F of California Building. Except the tasing menu, seafood counter & drinks not entitled 50% off, everything on the menu got discount.


We start with the soup “Beef consommé” that is clear crystal beef soup with a small piece of oxtail & a black truffle ravioli. The soup is full of beef flavor and not too salty. The black truffle ravioli for sure a special and delicious add on to the soup. I wish more pieces of oxtail in the soup cos it’s really tender & yummy! 😋😋😋


Then we share the appetizer which is “Wagyu Beef Carpaccio”. The beef is so tender and mix with some salad veggie and the quail egg....perfect match! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻


After that we wait for around 20 mins and the surprise come! We have ordered the “Australian Ranger Valley Cattleman Chop, bone in” (Wagyu M5 400 days Grain-fed 1100g). I can’t believe my eyes actually 😱😱😱😱 - that is really huge and looks like an axe! It tastes so good, medium rare and the edges are well grilled which are crispy and juicy!


We have ordered another main course that is “Colorado Lamb Porterhouse” but compare with the steak in front, we only finished half of it.


With that 50% discount the dinner is for sure worthwhile but even I need to pay in full price I still think this restaurant is worth to go!

The Cattleman Chop is something you can’t missed!

It’s a very quiet Sunday but the buffet spread remains great. Excellent salad selection - roasted pumpkin, cucumber, mushrooms, shredded carrots, beetroot, leaves. Seafood was fine if that’s your things. I had some oysters, they were tiny. The crab legs were too troublesome and the shell was limb. The carvery selection was good. I been Porterhouse for lunch few times but quite long time ago, I remember their steak was amazing and the presentation of dessert was great even they are part of set lunch menu.Recently I went again and I have ordered medium cook of my steak, I was so surprise as my steak was overcooked and a bit dry, and the portion was quite small but I have to add $108 supplement for it, it was totally disappointed.I had informed the waitress about it but she seems not really care and didn’t reply anything.A

We went there for business lunch. We all ordered rib eye for main course. The food was terrible, the rib eyes were as tough as leather. The medium rare steak was very done. When I asked the server, he said becoz it is grilled, and the fire was uneven. The middle part should be fine ....... what the hack is that? I should tolerate the overdone steak becoz of your chef is unable to control the uneven fire?Eventually , the whole table of our guests were not able to finish the rib eye as it was too

Eventually , the whole table of our guests were not able to finish the rib eye as it was too tough and with lots of tendon, the knife was not able to cut it off. We hv to ask the manager out to tell her the food was Terrible. Shockingly, she just said why not ask her out earlier? Hello! We talked to your staff already. Anyhow, she did not show much sorry and just said will review their food.

Mates, sorry to say this openly, the restaurant was totally a ripped off. Don’t go! Only one regret, we did not take pics for the horrible rib eye.

It’s a great venue to celebrate special event. Steak must try and have a good choice of wine. 4 choice of salt to go with the steak. Managed to get a table on thanksgiving night. Service is good. Would recommend and visit again.

今晚的麵,造型比較凌亂,但不影響其味道,幼細的麵條吸盡醬汁,看來乾身,入口汁水豐富,配合車厘茄子及新鮮蟹肉吃,簡單就是美。

USDA Sirloin 優質牛扒切成兩件,煎至 medium rare,正好配合肉質,入口鬆軟綿密,Porterhouse 果然是牛肉專家;蟹爪新鮮肉彈,味道香甜好吃。

做得非常輕盈,完全沒有一般芝士蛋糕的膩感,香酸味濃郁但討好,激活胃納,本來已經飽飽,剎那間感覺可以再重新開始。

全程蟹宴,可配支意大利白餐酒,美酒佳餚,完美配搭。

Porterhouse 樓底高,又可靠窗而坐,感覺開揚,蟹宴雖不至帶來驚喜,但烹調恰到好處,吃得就是舒適,價錢合理,值得考慮。

Not sure why this place has such high praise. Service is alright, but food is really just mediocre. For set lunch, I added a supplement to order the rib eye, it was utterly disappointing. I was not expecting Peter Lugers or Intercontinental steakhouse, but this thing that came out looked like it was made by a diner joint, or steak and shake (for my American readers) or a local HK place maybe with a name like "牛排大王" (King of Steaks) or something. My friend ordered the beyond burger and specifical

My friend ordered the beyond burger and specifically told the waiter that she cannot have butter, yet the buns were drenched in butter. I guess there is a reason why no reservations was needed at peak lunch hour.

而家有啲Apps可以五折食貴野,真係好!我哋叫咗個普通嘅凱撒沙律,邊有一陣好心但係上面,有幸福的感覺!菜十亾分新鮮,但係若果芝士嘅份量可以多啲就好啦 跟住我哋叫咗塊面Rib eye同埋三文魚塊牛扒嘅味道非常濃郁,而且肉質非常送院,而隔離嘅客船作為配菜亦非常之配合,令整道菜有更加昇華的感覺至於個三文魚嘅味道還可以,不過不失,以這個價錢來說性價比不高而最後嗰個意粉就冇乜特別,但以飽肚來說還是一個錯的選擇最後我甚為欣賞這個甜品,因為佢唔單止有檸檬它的味道,更加有薄荷葉混成的醬在上面(黑色個啲xD)令到這個味道非常豐富,是難得的一個甜品👍🏻
