Art Menu上的食物都是規定的,5道菜,每位$500,從cocktail 到甜品,其中主菜及甜品更是藝術之作!先來Yuzu Drop,沒有太花巧的設計,以Bacaradi black rum做主,混入柚子酒,橘子味及酒味頗濃,對不慣常喝酒的來說,這杯入口有點濃。

主菜是羊架,若不吃紅肉,也有選擇,但要於訂枱時查詢及預先告知。意想不到主菜的份量十分大,羊架以香草碎裝飾,5成熟的羊肉夠軟腍、肉味濃,即使不淋上紅酒汁亦夠滋味。

吃過份量十足的羊架已經7成飽,但甜品是不能缺少的。是我最愛的蘋果批啊!作為art dishes之一,看出餐廳的心思,除了主角蘋果批,還有幾款同樣以蘋果製造的甜點。

最後係比較男子氣的啤酒菠蘿生蠔,這個配搭車媽媽最為喜愛,幽幽的槐花香氣加上我喜愛的香甜菠蘿,為生蠔帶來複雜的味道,入口微微的槐花味,然後香甜的菠蘿味,最後便是勁鮮甜的生蠔味道,口感層次是最為複雜的一款很特別。

接下來這道菜Seared Scallops頭頂一片蜜糖烤火腿香脆可口,配以肥厚鮮甜的北海道帶子鮮味已十分突出,再配合底下的香口醬汁成仲事更為美妙!

本身這個Art Menu的主菜係Lamb,Olive,Butternut Squash,擺碟美得像藝術品一樣的羊架份量超巨,可惜的是車媽媽未能好好品嚐,而餐廳亦都歡迎我轉其他主菜很貼心。

我的主菜轉成香煎三文魚扒,同樣地巨大肥美的三文魚扒呈現在我眼前。

煎得皮香肉嫩的三文魚吃下確實嫩滑多汁魚脂豐腴,沒用上什麼調味只有輕輕的海鹽已充份表現出魚的鮮香味,伴碟的南瓜件看上去極像黃金糕吃下亦都香甜無,吃罷這魚排真的爆滿足。

最後甜品係Apple Turnover,這個蘋果批賣相已像一幅畫般美麗,不止外貌得體吃下也十分出色,蘋果批焗得香脆可口,內裏的蘋果蓉肉桂味不算太過濃烈,車媽媽媽不喜肉桂的都將他全數吃光,另外還有清香的青檸雪葩及十分香甜焦糖醬,成件事都充斥美感吃得我十分十分滿足喔!

建議先由芒果菠蘿那邊吃起,生蠔本身新鮮肉爽又 creamy,配搭酸甜交錯的芒果菠蘿味,或是冰爽清新的紅莓雪葩,都十分合襯,是道出色頭盤。

羊架原定熟度是 Medium,下單時侍者會再三確認,需要較熟的可以說明。喜歡嫩口的我當然跟照,出來效果果然嫣紅嫩滑,但又完全沒有血水;加上香草外層及濃郁醬汁,滋味十分美好,份量又足,食肉獸肯定能100%滿足~

不吃羊的,在訂位時說明一下情況,餐廳也會樂意更換為春雞/三文魚/鱈魚(視乎貨源);當晚所見,朋友的春雞也是皮香肉嫩,而且份量也是十足!

First time to make reservation through openrice, surprisingly smooth! They serve normal set on Valentine's Day, which great! I ordered trio oysters and ribeye steak! Oyster was very fresh and yummy! The ribeye steak was a little dry but they have a black lava salt which really goes well with steak! Also the caramel pear for dessert was very refreshing! Nice place and food for lunch in central!

Been tried their brunch around sep 2015 n taste extraordinary but standard drop significantly after try another round and a la carta in lunch afterwards the same year. Don't bother to back after 3 visits.....finally comeback in feb 2017 for lunch. Realized the menu has raised the price and order 2 course meal, tartar n burger. Feel like taste has changed and burger beef is surprisingly good. End up $270 include tea per person but you paid what you get. Recommend to visit for lunch.

年卅晚收一點,就book咗近近哋黎個long lunch。經某website book,睇過menu諗好曬食乜。去到發覺menu有少許出入,都不是大問題。頭盤加錢轉咗3隻生蠔,唔錯!Main 就點咗 ribeye medium rare, 男友點了ribeye medium。一切落去覺得好難切,亦比一般 medium rare 較生... 好失望... lunch set 選肉眼扒要額外加$108!讚的地方就係salt 有多款選擇!彈的地方就係lunch set無包餐茶!年卅晚lunch set同 weekday lunch set一樣價錢。呢餐每人平均要$400.50,以呢個價錢食個lunch仲有好多其他選擇!好喇,食完諗住行去摩天輪下嘅年宵,行到IFC時(不幸之中嘅大幸)肚痛要去廁所... 我和男友腸胃都比較敏感,他還比我敏感,但只有我出事。究竟係生蠔還是 medium rare ribeye 出問題?

一行四人,黎過late lunch 一點鐘,少啲人,方便吹水同講八卦野,四個人都係點左蠔做前菜,非常精緻,三隻蠔,配上唔同source,由於餐牌無介紹,服務員又無介紹,唔知咩黎,但非常美味我就點了burger,两個朋友點了rib eye,另一個點了魚,睇落去非常美味,至於我既burger,medium rare,肉嫩又香,個包有微暖,非常soft最出色係個甜品,釀梨,入面有少少花生醬,個底有芝麻碎,並有雪糕伴碟,仲有脆米,味道好夾會再去試多次

最出色係個甜品,釀梨,入面有少少花生醬,個底有芝麻碎,並有雪糕伴碟,仲有脆米,味道好夾
會再去試多次

I've been a pescatarian since I was a child and it wasn't until two years ago that I decided to give meat another try. It only took a bite of a dry-aged US prime porterhouse steak (fillet) to convert me. I still don't like eating poultry or pork, but gone are the days that I order fish at a quality steakhouse.A lunch at Porterhouse by Laris will set you back $198 for two courses and $228 for three. An additional $98 is charged for the striploin and $108 for the ribeye. Side dishes are $68 each.

My colleagues have long been suggesting this restaurant but it seems that it is really a popular spot for private gathering/party which I can only give it a shoot recently.The first welcoming view got into me was a mini cocktail party in the table near the entrance. Gosh! That was really heaven if I can continue my afternoon with a drunken mind!The decoration was elegant and stylish. Food was nomnomnom....And really friendly service. The decoration was elegant and stylish. Food was nomnomnom....
And really friendly service. I was kind of silly when the pumpkin soup was served first, there were only slices of zest and nuts in. I was freakin out which kept thinking was that molecular cuisine. It turned out those ingredients worked really well with the soup!

Apart from the appetizer, my Protopterus was crispy outside and moist inside (though I desired Salmon at first). One thing I really appreciated was their seasoning herbs which were freshly picked in their plots.

However, it was really annoying to have the electronic music as background. We just kept on saying "Hello. What the heck you are saying. Can you pardon please?" Please change the music! It spoils everything you creates.

we had a nice dinner there at a Tuesday night. the place is spacious, the tables are arranged nice, service was way above the usual in HK. The food was good too, I'm not really a steak fan, but my girlfriend is and she enjoyed it. Side dishes and condiments also very good.But there was one thing that almost killed the whole thing: the music. they had techno music playing loud all evening. Why? it totally doesn't fit the class, style and atmosphere. we asked to at least turn the volume down, but

BrunchSalad barNice selection of fresh quality salads and sliced meats. There are also some assorted baked bites pizza slices, meatballs etc which were standard. Brunch

Salad bar
Nice selection of fresh quality salads and sliced meats. There are also some assorted baked bites pizza slices, meatballs etc which were standard. There was also a nice mac and cheese.

Seafood bar
Decent selection and what there was was very fresh. Coffin bay oysters, snails, prawn cocktail, house cured salmon, white wine mussels all very good. I would return for this.

Mains
Rib eye- this attracted a surcharge, I found my cut to be on the chewy side, too greasy and lacking that beefy punch.

Burger- This was ok but a little bland, the taste mellowed by the avocado purée. Needed to add sauce to give it a punch.

Desserts
The spread looked great but it was disappointing. Tried every cake and they were all distinctly dry and underwhelming. Green tea mousse and chilli chocolate mousse fared better.

This is my go-to-place for steak in HK. Value for money and some of the best service in the city. I always get the CANADIAN GRASS-FED RIBEYE. just can't go wrong. PRAWNS are good. SIDES are awesome. WINE LIST is interesting and well priced. Unfortunately the grill CRAB LEGS are always over cooked. SERVICE is great. One of the few places where if you are not happy with your food, they'd happy replace the order or take it off your bill if you don't want it anymore.

不嬲都知道california building 既餐廳樓底好高, 會令到一入去餐廳有種特別高級既感覺, porterhouse 都唔例外 ! 我地一早訂左位, 因為人多, 所以比左最後既一個corner 我地坐, 係window side, 感覺上好似一間房仔咁, 其實只要拉埋curtain 就會變成private area, 有一邊係safa, 成個 食野既 area 好靚, 好舒服 !!! appetizer 我叫左呢個係椰菜花salad , 好好食 !!!!!!! 份量一D都唔小, 仲有用蜜糖炒過既walnuts, 甜甜地好香口, 好好味 !! 椰菜花都經過處理, 係熟既, 但又唔會淋唒, 帶小小爽口, 同有種煙煙韌韌既口感, 好特別, 加埋其他salad 菜食, 好野味可口既一個前菜..同埋, 好飽肚 !! Main course 我叫左salmon fish, 係煎加grill既, 上面再有BB露筍, 同下面有煎薯絲 ! 好多時煎三文魚扒都會好乾, 但呢到既出期地咁juicy, 直頭係會切一下都會有汁流出黎咁juicy !!! 分享比朋友食, 大家都話呢到既三文魚扒好好食,

 椰菜花都經過處理, 係熟既, 但又唔會淋唒, 帶小小爽口, 同有種煙煙韌韌既口感, 好特別, 加埋其他salad 菜食, 好野味可口既一個前菜..

好多時煎三文魚扒都會好乾, 但呢到既出期地咁juicy, 直頭係會切一下都會有汁流出黎咁juicy !!! 分享比朋友食, 大家都話呢到既三文魚扒好好食, 
unexpected 咁juicy ! 同滑~ 

唔好睇塊扒好似唔太大件, 但...因為好厚肉, 所以好飽, 我真係食左大半就食唔落...好可惜, 今次完全食唔落dessert

Porterhouse Signature Burger, medium well with full of cheese, so heavy but yummy.
Grilled Herb Chicken, delicious, full of herb smell but it didn't cover the chicken taste, very nice
Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon, salmon skin is crispy and the salmon is soft and juicy, nice too
