Porterhouse - Seafood & Steak (已搬遷) 新店位置

Porter House森仔今次同新認識既朋友食豪dd。去到中環䔵桂坊食飯。今次選左一間高級西餐廳🍴：Porter House先說下個環境。餐廳位置其實真係非常方便，位於䔵桂坊既加洲大廈既七樓。而整座大廈和餐廳格調也是滿高級的。餐廳內部裝潢滿有格調和氣氛，營造到蠋光晚餐般，燈光暗暗的，同時枱和枱間隔得較遠，方便客人談天，而不被聽到。另外，座位亦坐得舒服，讚👍🏼說回食物的質素。當天餐湯是龍蝦湯。龍蝦湯蠻有龍蝦味，同時口感好滑，應該是用了上級的忌廉，造成此順滑的口感。此外，湯中亦有幾件龍蝦肉，不錯👌🏻👍🏼另外亦附上了各款的餐包，有黑糖麵包和法式軟包。不過，森仔對麵包興趣不大，所以也沒有什麼評價。頭盤係veal and mushroom carpaccio。此為包括牛仔肉薄切，配上芝士及鵝肝慕絲等。味道不錯👍🏼，而造法有一點分子料理的感覺。森仔覺得幾特別，可以一試！Seared Hokkaido Scallop係另一道前菜，包括了帶子和意大利🇮🇹火腿。用上特製既醬汁令到兩種食材溶為一體，帶來新的味道👍🏼👍🏼帶子好好食！森仔覺得當天最好食的，一定係Grilled USDA Prine Beef

Delve into the vast choice of different cooking and cuts forreal meat eaters and you won’t be disappointed. Good if you intend to sharedishes with your friends or hosting parties. The tomahawk is particularlymouth-watering with lots of sides to go with and full-bodied wine to pair.

Nice decor and the staff are very friendly, who made a few recommendations to us on the food selection and wine matching.  After all, we decided to  try the tasting menu (since this is the 1st time we visited this restaurant), both the food and presentation were very good.  Definitely recommend for booking! : )

Located in the iconic California Tower in Central, We recently went there for lunch, were very happy with the variety of lunch sets I had the sirloin steak with medium rare, it cooked perfectly and delicious and the service was very good! We will definitely be back soon!

Good services and friendly staff. Decent decorations. A nice place for private lunch or dinner gathering. Also good for business luncheon. Good steak and wine, one of the highly recommended steak houses in town. LKF preserves its unique culture for having such a high quality restaurant at California Tower!

Had dinner with family. ! The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.Service was awesome too! Very accommodating, will be back definitely!

Went there last month and it was a very good experience. Went there for a team dinner with my co workers and boss.Suitable for Vegan too ! very nice service for children too. I had a dinner with my family (a group of 5 people) at Porterhouse last week. Our relatives came to visit us from Canada, hence, I brought them to try  Porterhouse (I had lunch several times with my friends and colleagues at Porterhouse before, this was my 1st time to have dinner there).  Nice restaurant, nice environment and good service.  We enjoyed our time there sooooo much!  They have a great tasting menu with perfect wine pairing.  The food is delicious and the portion is just perfect for

Probably my favouraite steakhouse in Hong Kong. Staffs are frienldy and courteous and we loved the ambience of the place. The menu offers a variety of all the favourites! 

My friend and I really enjoyed our dinner at Porterhouse. Service was excellent. The restaurant is spacious but the lighting ambience was a tad too bright. For starter we share the Beetroot salad and seared Hokkaido scallops....amazingly tasty! Then we shared the popular 14oz Australian Ranger Valley rib eye.......super tender, juicy and very tasty. This restaurant is highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

剛過去的週末，和朋友到中環約會。朋友超喜歡這間餐廳的氣氛，裝修豪華，坐得十分舒適，而且地點就腳十分配合週末好心情食物選擇夠多，當然份量也不錯，大家也超飽! 最愛外脆內嫩蟹餅，食到心心眼。不過食物有點濃，食完少少口渴 

上星期六和朋友來到中環蘭桂坊這個氣氛一流的餐廳!MANU上有很多食物選擇，我和朋友都吃得飽飽的離開。侍應生的服務也很好，都帶著微笑的。這是一個和朋友聚會的好地方~我們享受了一個舒適愉快的午餐

The restaurant is located in the beautiful building California Tower in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. Went there for dinner and then went again for the Sunday brunch. Both experiences were very good. Food is good and the environment is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I especially love the Sunday brunch. There are a lot of variety and its great for family gathering. I will definitely go again.

We had amazing brunch with friends last Sunday there, music not too loud, nice deco and the food is super good (lobster, meat, salad, veggies...). Environment is kids and babies friendly - I highly recommend this restaurant for family brunch with friends! The only thing I would suggest is to extend a little bit longer the brunch time til 4.30 pm maybe to avoid to rush.

.期待左好耐好耐既一餐，有時候都要獎勵有下自己，去食下好野。今次黎到蘭桂芳，搵到依間高樓底加上豪華裝修既餐廳，無論氣氛定係舒適度都係無得輸既。.餐廳內主打porterhouse，姐係牛既前腰脊，又稱為紅屋牛排，同埋分左紐約客同菲力兩邊，菲力係比較大塊既。佢既porterhouse都有好多選擇，有唔同時間既dry-aged同wet-aged，連牛肉種類同飼料都清楚列明。.今次叫左個spainish ‘Los Norteños’ prime, dry-aged左60-90日。餐廳提供左多種醬汁重有五種頂級岩鹽。味道方面牛味好濃，帶有小小芝士味。叫左medium rare，熟成度好準確，牛排帶有好多既肉汁，肉質係超級嫩。加埋杯紅酒，真係好完美既一餐。
