HAKU is actually a good place if you want to try Japanese Mediterranean fusion omakase! The service was impeccable and the food was superb😍 This time i tried their lunch set which is out of my expectation! You will feel that the chef used their creativity when you taste their delicate dishes!
First photo is the toro tart, it is actually very refreshing as a starter and prepare my appetites for the other dishes🙃
Second photo is the dashi/ carbinero. I really love this hot shrimp soup, it is a little bit sweet with fresh seafood taste🥰🥰I like it especially it was served with warmness and no MSG was added!!!
I especially like their Kagoshima A4 wagyu beef with pearl onions, beef jus and black truffle! The fat is just perfect enough, with rich taste and good tenderness. The black truffle actually make a good highlight of the dish😍
Be careful as they served the beef in medium rare!
The sashimi is present in a very elegant way with some smoke (I like it coz it is good for me taking fancy ig food pics🙃🙃) The chef used some sauce to highlight freshness of the sashimi which was quite innovative. However, personally prefer they add fewer flavory sauce (for me, just some soy sauce would be perfect to taste the natural flavour of the sashimi). Still the ingredients are fresh and not disappointing! Go try it😋
