Opened by ex-dim sum chief at Four Seasons and ex-chef from a Chinese restuarant, a long queue is a usual scene of the place. At almost 1/3 of the price, the menu offers a range of similar dim sum served in Four Seasons, but surely with no expensive ingredients used, but the small portions allow numbers of trials over the menu 酥皮义燒包Freshly made with the crispy top, the roasted pork was tender, juicy, accompanied well enough with the crispy topped soft bun 腸粉average though, not silky smooth enough

酥皮义燒包
Freshly made with the crispy top, the roasted pork was tender, juicy, accompanied well enough with the crispy topped soft bun
腸粉
average though, not silky smooth enough, didn't offer much surprise
馬拉糕
With a tint of sweatness and softness, quite a delight
蘿蔔榚
The flavour was good but too soft it couldn't hold together, still the best is always the homemade one
咸水角
Tiny with thin crust, not as oily as the usal ones, yet the filling was bit scanty.
炸春卷
Thin crust wrapped enough filling with veggie, quite nice
糯米雞
This was surprisingly good, not oily, the glutinous rice remained its chewiness, the filling just right.
mango pudding
Though not my favourite, did try a bit and finally finished most
The service was alright, with such a crowd, clients' concerns can still be addressed, with such a price, if one simply wants a dim-sum treat, it's the place, but it may lack the usual culture of 'yum chai'
