平時見呢間都幾多人食,一於試下先。叫左個牛筋腩河$62,同炸蝦餅試下,$68,4件。嘩,一見到碗粉,真係好大碗呀。,仲好多料添!牛腩係一大片厚切,牛筋好淋,好味,都有成4大舊筋架。蘿蔔都係大大舊,3舊,雖然唔係糖心,唔係話特別淋,但起碼冇渣先。至於個蝦餅,雖然係好脆口,即炸,仲好大舊。但係食落冇蝦味,仲要個質感淋到一個點,唔講唔知自己食緊蝦餅添。呢間味道都唔錯,仲要大大件,上菜又快,下次可以再黎試多次。

屯門美食也不少,各式美食幾句幾乎都能找到,喜歡這家別具風味的越南菜,特別是生菜包,肉糜新鮮入味,包著生菜一口咬下去脆脆的青菜味,特別清新可口,還有生牛肉湯河,也是非常喜歡,湯頭鮮美,喜歡可愛的香菜,令整碗湯河都特別惹味,牛肉嫩河粉也有勁道,好好吃!

行左成個屯門市中心好似都唔知食咩好,行到上頂樓睇尼間鋪既menu戈陣,見到有個生菜包,好似好正好清新咁,就坐低左叫黎試下。平時食生菜包都係韓燒餐廳戈種生菜包,未食過越南版本既,所以好期待。因為因為成個餐既野都應該唔洗煮咁耐,所以都唔洗等好耐佢就上菜。一眼睇晒就真係肉碎、粉皮同生菜,好簡單不過第一個感覺就係覺得3樣材料個比例唔係好合理,因為個生菜得幾塊,其他野都比較多,所以好似會包唔晒咁,唯有有幾次係就咁用粉皮包肉碎食,先可以食得晒3樣野。不過食尼個生菜包都食到周圍係,因為d肉碎會一路食一路跌,不過食既過程都好有趣,最重要都係好好食。

一眼睇晒就真係肉碎、粉皮同生菜,好簡單
不過第一個感覺就係覺得3樣材料個比例唔係好合理,因為個生菜得幾塊,其他野都比較多,所以好似會包唔晒咁,唯有有幾次係就咁用粉皮包肉碎食,先可以食得晒3樣野。不過食尼個生菜包都食到周圍係,因為d肉碎會一路食一路跌,不過食既過程都好有趣,最重要都係好好食。

米紙卷份量好多,沾個個醬汁成樽放係枱面,中意落幾多就落幾多,個醬汁調得好味!酸甜度剛剛好!

豬頸肉唔會硬,食落仲有少少肉汁,配埋的菜同米紙,唔會太難咬,不錯!

會特登搭飛機去越南街邊食 Pho嘅我, 喺香港食過好多間都似模似樣,但過後便知龍與鳳! 因為同大家講過無數咁多次食拉麵丶食粉麵, 最重要嘅係湯底! 今次點咗個火車頭湯河,上面嘅生牛肉丶牛丸等等,全部都不過不失, 而最重要嘅湯底, 喺香港算係味濃,唔係走清淡嘅路線,食完要隔一個鐘,口渴就代表裏面全部都係味精, 即係做假丶垃圾。。。 但放心,今次食呢一碗 pho,完全冇呢個感覺, 我仲差不多飲曬全部湯! 提提大家,侍應會係放低碗 pho嘅時候同時放低一碗芽菜, 要立即將牙菜放入熱湯裏面浸,之後先慢慢加青檸丶辣椒, 食完成餐飯都總係覺得爭咁啲嘢, 就係正宗嘅越南河粉,應該用一隻好薄嘅鐵匙羹食, 唔知點解,但就係呢隻鐵匙羹好有越南嘅味道!除咗 pho,我哋叫咗兩個小食,比較值得推介嘅係粉卷,為咗外觀,香港絕大部分食店都會將佢一分為二, 但咁樣就會令到 dip 魚露嘅時候變得太咸,而且魚露嘅度數,亦即係價錢,亦都好容易穿崩 ( 越南魚露可以好貴㗎!) 最後要講下份量,呢度嘅份量算係 ok, 女士食完應該會有八分飽,男士就可能需要再點多一個小食, 大家記得食得曬先好嗌,唔好做大嘥鬼呀!

昨天下午食了一個越南餐在屯門WTP,P是越南文pho的意思,感覺價錢很抵,值得推介。 午餐都是以set lunch形式,平均價錢都是50至60元左右,選擇很多,如胃口好的話,亦都可以作很多添加。豬耳扎肉手撕雞湯河,好大碗,配菜有芽菜青檸香葉,湯頭亦很清甜,端上時熱騰騰,在這冬天的時候食再適合不過,扎肉有三片, 很厚身,手撕雞也很多,材料很豐富。菠蘿蝦仁扎肉炒飯,有一點泰菜的感覺,份量也很大 ,兩個人share,每人有起碼多過一碗。餐廳的服務也挺好,反應很快很有活力,十分滿意的一餐。

今日天氣凍啲揀咗間越南餐廳食午飯地方有室內及室外正值商場大堂是音響我哋坐咗係出邊都覺得好嘈😢座位同座位之間都好逼我諗都係而家一般餐廳嘅弊病😵☝🏻香茅豬扒湯河夠熱,分量亦多湯底唔係牛骨湯底,有啲失望,唔係正宗越南湯河,豬扒都有香茅味,都OK ☝🏻雞肉沙嗲串燒蔬菜串燒凍,失望雞肉串燒加醬料都幾好味👍🏻☝🏻軟殼蟹芒果紙米卷好大份量,抵食!味道正常,不過軟殼蟹嘅炸皮略厚☝🏻生薑桂圓熱飲,夠晒熱!招呼一般,有待改善!

這麼好吃的越南菜一定要讓大家知道!!之前一直不是很喜歡吃越南菜,因為覺得太寡淡了,但是囍越改變了我對越南菜的看法!中午和朋友一起,點了番茄牛肉越南粉,一份墨魚餅,烤豬頸肉和炸的越南春捲。先說說番茄牛肉粉吧!湯底非常非常濃郁好喝!能吃到非常多的大塊牛肉,燉的都非常酥爛,入口即化。還有新鮮的大塊番茄,相當解膩。烤豬筋肉肥而不膩,陪著生菜和粉絲,蘸著特質醬料,真的是一本滿足!炸的越南春捲比普通透明皮的春捲要好吃很多!口感非常豐富!墨魚餅很Q彈。午市三個人點了這些都沒有吃完!真的即好吃又管飽總之是一家不可多得的好店!
