Ever since I saw the post on social media, I know I have to pay this place a visit😊

So, apparently this is a sister brand of Kikanbo Ramen but instead spicy ramen, they focus on beef ramen.

I ordered their signature beef ramen with an extra egg. The broth is a tad oily but I don’t really mind it, cos it’s so rich and yummy, I also like the beef. The texture is great and tender and I like how beefy it is😋 I wish they can make the noodles a bit harder, cos it’s a tad soggy.

Next time, I need to check out their spicy beef noodles and coriander beef noodles☺️

It has been opened for over 50years. This is my first time visiting this place recommended by our friend. To my surprise, I have a very good dining experience here. Eventhough we just went there for breakfast but I can see from their venue and food quality and of course after chatting with one of the owners, this place is worth to come again if you are around that area. It‘s cozy and comfortable especially sitting outside in the patio. They grow many colorful flowers around. Maybe they are right at the intersection and we are in a rush hour timing, the traffic there is quite busy, many cars in & out around that area. Anyway, back to the restaurant, they provide free parking with big parking lot at the back. The place is very clean & tidy. Restroom is big and clean with electric bidet (first time I see it installed in a 茶餐廳). The food is good, hot & tasty, not salty at all. The unique dish 煎雞尾包 is popular. Outside the bun is crispy, inside is soft and hot… Yummy! Service is good & friendly. Price is reasonable too. It‘s easy to go by car if you drive but still you can get there by minibus or bus. They do charge corkage fee for HK$50 a bottle but no charge for cake cutting if you bring cake there. They do accept Octopus card on top of Cash. A reminder here is that they don’t open for dinner time, usually close at 6pm everyday. Other than dining in or taking away, they do sell some other stuff like chinese sauce, paste etc… Flowers and some organic vegetables too.

amazing vibe with live band in the house🪘 Recommend the Scallop Curry, Octopus, truffle Naan and their tea. Surprised at how much they make seafood in terms of taste and texture, a great match with the rich and flavorful coconut base curry and the sauces provided 🥰 ❥❥ pistachio kulfi has surprised me a lot. never thought of such a ginger 🫚 flavoured ice cream. and peanut butter flavour by the side (however this is slightly too sweet for me )

Dinner there last night and experienced a very terrible time BBQ Ribs - whole ribs just boiled and apply a sauce on top, no any sign of grill and the only match the term BBQ maybe is the sauce Pizza - just like a frozen precast one in supermarket and re-heat, the base are totally hard Pasta - so called home made but also no sign on it, just boiled and then stir with the sauce, frozen chicken cut in cube, all size is the same which is hard to chew with Risotto - normal and is the best item Whole restaurant are in full house and all staffs still provide me a reasonable services, so no complaint to them at all

Strolling through Sheung Wan on a lazy Sunday, my mate and I couldn’t help but be drawn to a striking, bright orange façade on Hollywood Road 208. It turned out to be an Italian restaurant, and the bold colours lured us in. What a fantastic choice that was! From the warm, attentive service to the lively vibe, this spot left a lasting impression.
Our meal started with the Prosciutto E Melone, which was absolutely divine. The sweet rock melon paired beautifully with the salty San Daniele ham and tangy balsamic reduction, highly recommended! Next came the Burrata, which was smooth, creamy, and full of flavour, with black garlic and Jerusalem artichoke chips adding a unique touch. The Sardine Caesar Salad was a pleasant surprise, with fried sardines adding a twist that worked perfectly alongside the crisp romaine and horseradish. Recommended by the staff, the Arancini Ai Funghi is a must-order for cheese lovers! Gooey mozzarella paired with earthy mushrooms and truffle mayo made it a cheesy dream. The Spaghetti Carbonara was another highlight, a classic done right with egg yolk creating a rich and authentic flavour.  Of course, we couldn’t resist trying their pizza, and the Quattro Formaggi did not disappoint. The delicious  blend of cheeses was rich and creamy, exactly what you’d hope for in a four-cheese pizza.  As we were finishing up our dishes, a waiter came over at just the right time, thoughtfully asking if we’d like to see the menu again for desserts. We decided to each try one, the Tiramisu was creamy, smooth, a proper Italian dessert. Unfortunately, the Cannoli didn’t stand out like the other dishes. It wasn’t bad, just a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. With such great vibes and attentive staff, we’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommended!

Craving for something fishy again😋 so I decided to pay this ramen place in IFC this weekend😊 I usually go for their oyster ramen but I wanted to try something different, so I went for their shoyu clam ramen. I thought the shoyu might overpower the fishiness of the clam but it was surprisingly good. It tasted very refreshing and like there’s kind of sweet end-taste. The chashu is very tasty but with the price they are charging, think they can be a tad more generous🤪 My overall dining experience was good, part from the chashu, think they can improve the quality of their noodles too, they were a little soggy.

a late lunch consisted of a beef burger with fries ($68), though fish / chicken / pork burgers are also available. Buns were warm (I hate cold buns) and the patty was hot and thick without being overly juicy. Stainless steel cutlery and a full bottle of water provided. The rest of the menu seems to cater to middle-Eastern and Indian palettes, will try those next time. indoor and outdoor seating, limited parking spaces.

A nice afternoon spent and enjoy the whole afternoon without disturbance. The quantity of treats were comparatively less than other afternoon tea sets.

Causeway Bay is a battlefield of HK style "typhoon shelter" stir-fried crab. This time we made a reservation at Under Bridge Spicy Crab - a restaurant with 35 years of history serving up premium seafood and Chinese dishes. ◆Siu Mei Platter Scrumptious platter with roasted goose, roasted pork, charsiu, chicken and sausage. The extra tender charsiu was a highlight, while roasted pork had a thin layer of crackling skin and juicy meat. ◆Razor Clam in Black Bean Sauce ◆Stir-fried Clams w/ Spicy Black Bean Sauce Both made with a rich black bean sauce full of umami. Huge razor clams. The stir-fried clams also came in large portion. ◆Stir-fried Crab w/ Chili & Garlic The reason why I chose this restaurant. The fresh crab in deep-fried chopped garlic and chili which was slightly spicy and flavorful, but didn't overwhelmn the taste of the crab, was perfectly cooked to the point that the meat was still moist and briny. ◆Stir-fried Choy Sum w/ Garlic ◆Stir-fried Beef Rice Noodles Packed with wok hay. The rice noodles weren't too oily, with beef slices and bean sprouts in an aromatic sauce. Choy sum tasted sweet and had a slightly crunchy texture.

Fresh Chinese perch 新鮮桂花魚 HKD$138 . . the perch is incredibly fresh . the fillet is flaky . the fillet is translucent . . white eel fillet 白鱔片 HKD$98 . fresh and sweet . . firm yet delicate . . highly recommended . . Dalian abalone 大連鮑魚 HKD$38/piece 隻 . soft and tender . not rubbery at all . fresh without unpleasant fishy smell . . Japanese scallops 日本扇貝 HKD$38/piece 隻 . sweet and delicate . . "Fish maw chicken hotpot soup base" 花膠雞湯底 HKD$298 . the chicken is huge size . generous portion . the fish maw is collagenic . the soup base is rich . . Fresh sliced beef 鮮牛片 HKD$148 . the beef is juicy,tender and soft . sweet and fresh . with a fresh runny egg at the center . highly recommended "Shrimp wontons" 雙子鮮蝦雲吞 HKD$80/6 pcs 粒 Incredibly fresh,sweet whole shrimp is wrapped inside! The filling is soooooooo bouncy and springy!! Super tasty!!Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with the franchised chain Chinese Noodle restaurant. I ordered the Cross Bridge Mixian for two(my wife ate with me). The base I went for was the sour and spicy. The waitress didn’t ask our heat level, but gave us the level 3 (1/3 mild). The flavor was good, but id prefer spicier next time. It was loaded with all the toppings listed and the noodles were cooked perfect. I would definitely order again. It came with what in America we would call Bread and Butter Pickling flavor of banana peppers. Really delicious. Ordered 3 sides; the cinnamon and caramel bread, spicy black fungus and chicken. All three were fresh and had perfect seasoning. My only complaint would be the service. The staff seemed all over the place and a little unfocused. Two people who sat after us had orders taken before us even though we had signaled we were ready.
