2019年3月21日收工出左尖沙咀食飯。都幾難搵。諗住好多人。點知有乜人。佢話唔知有咩折。所以就冇左右買一送一。坐低口渴就叫左兩杯益力多沙冰先。都幾好飲,又唔會太甜。我朋友話好味,但對我黎講太辣。燒蠔,又燒得幾好,又抵食!好普通嘅雞翼,豬軟骨好硬。又咸。個肉串又貴又唔好食。個番薯好似冇燒過嘅咁。因為食好多肉,所以叫個菜。冇特別。如果你鍾意玉桂味,呢個菠蘿啱晒你。個蝦唔新鮮。超級唔抵食。蜜糖墨魚丸冇蜜糖味。芝士焗生蠔。如果俾我揀,我會揀蒜蓉焗生蠔多個芝士焗生蠔。

泊了車在K11附近,和朋友逛逛街,逛到累了,忽然間很想吃日本串燒,走到寶勒巷,有好幾間日本料理,拉麵、炉端燒,想casual一點的,找到這間串燒小店。見到他們的招牌才知道,因為要行入一點點的,裝修有點像pub。畢竟午餐遲了吃,不是太餓,我們點了蠔和貴花蚌,牛舌,當然少不了手羽和粟米,這些食串燒必點菜式。貴花蚌也頗大隻,鮮甜,燒得剛好。蠔也是鮮味的,也十分Juicy, 唯獨是蒜比較多,有點兒喧賓奪主。雞翼有少少辣味,越吃越想吃,拌酒最好。他們的牛舌很大塊,燒得比較亁身的,但却沒有筋,也是送酒的好東西。

今日嚟咗呢間喜膳燒, 特別之處是他們有特別的醬料去燒製他們的串燒, 首先叫了主菜,燒羊架羊架大大件,上菜時侍應員會將一件熱石放喺你枱面確保你的串燒保持溫度,羊架肉質鮮嫩又夠大件,再加少少肥帶出羊架的鮮味,接著來有特製雞翼,雞翼分量不太大,但是味道非常可口,特別濃味, 跟住再叫了燒牛脷,燒雞心,同埋燒厚切豬頸肉,燒牛脷份量剛剛好,肉質彈牙,食到牛脷的層次,燒雞心細細粒,但係彈牙脆口,非常惹味,跟住就係燒豬頸肉厚切,非常之厚,豬頸肉彈牙不油膩,蔬菜類不常叫,所以叫咗一隻矮瓜,用小矮瓜切成四片去燒,味道唔錯! 最後差少少飽,再叫多咗一隻燒鮮貴妃蚌,貴妃蚌鮮嫩可口非常新鮮肉質爽脆。

蝦肉好鮮好彈,蝦頭都食埋,都有幾多蝦膏
整體黎講環境幾舒服,食品種類好多好齊,同埋上菜都好快,而且燒野技巧都好多,無咩OVER COOK ,同埋用料都好好,但價錢就唔算特別平啦。不過一分錢一分貨,香港地淨係搵間坐得舒服既串燒店已經唔易了,仲要有咁多野揀,所以都算唔錯

除咗海鮮以外,相信大家都知道熊貓最鍾意食牛肉。所以難得嚟到食串燒,一定要嗌牛肉啦!我分別叫咗兩款牛肉,安格斯同埋日本和牛。兩款都幾好食,不過個人推介就覺得安格斯更加好食。

魚入面都鑲佐好多香料,同泰式魚做法一樣,令魚肉有一種香味。
魚肉唔會燒得太耐令到肉質變鞋,火喉岩岩好。正

可能當日早黎,都唔算多人,又加上枱同枱之間個間隔都幾闊落,野食質素又唔錯,所以都食得幾開心。
下次可以同班FD 黎試下其他海鮮

今天來到這間位於寶勒巷的小店,進店才發現面積不大,但七時左右已有過半數桌子入座了我們首先點了個泰式原隻燒魷魚,魷魚十分新鮮,只要輕微炭燒一下已經能將鮮味帶岀,而且口感彈牙然後每人點了一隻蒜蓉燒大扇貝,大扇貝有半隻手掌般大,吃到啖啖肉再點了芝士磨菇釀雞翼。一上桌已聞到濃厚的芝士味,香口得來不會過燶,推介!最後我們以燒菠蘿作結尾甜品,菠蘿面應該塗上了蜜糖去烤,吃起來先甜後有菠蘿的微酸,作為甜品來說不會太膩
