日本料理是我最喜歡的食物之一,不過近期吃得太多刺身,想要轉變一下,便來到吃日式燒烤。燒馬來西亞大蜆(8隻)$79,蜆肉鮮甜,還帶點海水鹹味,夠新鮮👍海鹽燒皇牌牛舌$49,沒有燒得過火,牛舌不會靱,只用少許鹽就帶出鮮味。日本霜降和牛串$59,和牛有點嚼勁,味道不錯。燒山賊雞翼(三隻)$39,以七味粉為調味料,雞翼皮脆肉嫩,入口還有肉汁。燒芝士響鈴兩卷$19,香脆的響玲,包著流心芝士,一脆一軟,亦剛亦柔。青檸梳打$38,酸酸甜甜,吃串燒一流。泰式鹽燒烏頭$138,和在泰國食肆所吃到一様,以鹽粒烤焗,魚肚內有大量香矛,烏頭肉質鮮嫩,鹽味帶起了魚的鮮味。
