大熱天時不想打邊爐, 就趁跟朋友相聚,選了串燒店, 坐住店內涼冷氣, 又可以喝點啤酒,何等relax~喜膳燒還是頭一次光顧, 都是經朋友介紹才知道的美食.店內環境很舒適,  座位間的隔距不太近, 不會感到局促.牆上用木牌寫住的菜單名, 十分有特色.雞、牛、豬串燒是必點的食物, 而我私心推介日本霜降和牛串、海鹽燒牛肩胛和燒雞心特別是日本霜降和牛串, 入口牛肉味道濃郁, 而且肉脂豐腴, 充滿牛油香自己整整食完一串也不夠喉.海鹽燒皇牌牛舌, 燒得不會太過火, 表面乾身但入口爽口, 不會太乾.味道剛剛好, 也相當不錯.燒珍寶大扇貝蒸扇貝最忌蒸得太熟, 大概八成熟就是最鮮味. 扇貝厚肉肥美, 加上粉絲將醬汁就精華全都吸收晒, 味道可以~貴妃蚌又是私心推介其中一款要食的, 真的超級鮮味, 而且貴妃蚌肉質柔軟不韌, 是encore之款.蒜蓉燒廣島生蠔 蠔的尺寸不算大, 入口沒有任何腥味, 而且帶有海鮮的甜味, 可見也十分新鮮.鵝肝煎到兩邊微焦, 而且油份很充足,不會煎得過熟, 配上香脆的法包, 食落入口即溶, 油脂於口內散開,甘香無比很綿口, 相當不錯.

今日係附近上完堂,就過黎赫德道chill下,見到有間串燒,一於填飽肚先落下場。店鋪不大,但勝在五臟俱全,播住波食串燒,真係爽皮到一個點。我們點了燒紐西蘭羊架,可以每人一件,唔洗爭!生熟程度岩岩好,完全接受到!沒有羊蘇味,不喜歡嘗羊的,可以試下。我點了燒鵝肝多士,比我想像中份量少了一點,但朋友試完,認為質素中上。牛肩胛、牛舌和一口和牛都不錯,廚師燒得剛剛好,把握火喉,肉質鮮嫩,保持口感。值得一提的是,串燒店會放一塊熱的石頭興住串燒,好有誠意!另外,也點了雞軟骨、燒雞皮、雞腎串。都是串燒必備!亦燒得非常彈牙,可以再試。肉汁都被鎖住。當然也要點我最愛的一口甜薯和牛油蒜蓉焗金菇,甜薯是平常食開紫色的那種小甜薯,燒得岩岩好。正!

這一夜,來到這間藏身於寶勒巷大廈內,自成一角,環境佈置滿有八九十年代東瀛風的居酒屋吃串燒。 一客三件的「蒜蓉法包」(19/3件)蒜蓉味不算太濃,不過都烘得幾香脆。 小食「涼拌牛舌」($38)的牛舌早已切成切條,麻麻辣辣的,頗為開胃,教人不知不覺間把它全部吃光。 「海鹽燒牛肩胛」($48)與「日本霜降和牛串」($59)一起上桌奉客。前者肉質稍韌,較有嚼頭,後者肉質柔軟,比牛肩胛為佳。「燒新鮮白鱔」($64)肥厚多肉,皮脆肉香,兩夫妻都大感滿意。 「燒貴妃蚌」($88/2隻)肉質鮮甜,以蚌汁伴吃,佐以蔥、蒜、粉絲,感覺上佳。 「燒蒜蓉茄子」($24)不過不失,算是在牛肉與海鮮以外的蔬菜選擇。個人覺得,這間頗有懷舊日本風情的居酒屋的食物其實是不錯的,足以証明這間居酒屋的師傅廚藝不差,不過這兒侍應的態度就只是強差人意,仍有不少改善空間。

放工約咗朋友未夠鐘但個肚非常餓又想食少少嘢先, 就諗起朋友介紹尖沙嘴寶勒巷有間食串燒好正,就入咗去食好西。間舖唔係好大間, 不過好有日本feel,見到啲客人通常係熟客多,老細已經好清楚客人想食啲乜嘢燒紐西蘭羊架   羊架燒出來絕對無羊羶味, 好嫩滑, 又唔鞋口, 十分juice😋😋👍海鹽牛肩胛 第1次食牛肩胛燒出來好有口感, 好嫩滑, 又唔鞋口, 夠哂Juicy😋😋👍霜降一口和牛  覺得鹹咗少少,不過肉質係好嫩滑, 口感好正, 同埋唔會太熟,細細件一口一件係啱啱好😋😋👍。牛油蒜蓉焗什菇 & 燒蒜蓉茄子仔 勁多牛油同埋蒜蓉,  好夠Juicy, 雖然好多時都會食到, 又唔係啲乜野特別新菜式, 不過勝在我鐘意食, 同埋Juicy唔係間間做到😋😋。

勁多牛油同埋蒜蓉,  好夠Juicy, 雖然好多時都會食到, 又唔係啲乜野特別新菜式, 不過勝在我鐘意食, 同埋Juicy唔係間間做到😋😋。
