燒蔬菜就唔逐一講啦。只係用幾句概括一下就算啦:師傅嘅手勢幾好,就算燒啲蔬菜,都無燒得太乾身呢個問題,食落口唔會有苦澀味,值得一讚。

尖沙咀又係成條食街,花多眼亂,唔知食邊間。但個日本胃就叫我食呢間小店既串物。呢度有好多唔同類型既串物。作為海鮮控既我表示要食鮑魚,佢切成一片片,下面有D 醃既白羅白。好有特色。又叫左兩隻蚌,上面好多GARLIC同埋粉絲,好入味。甜品叫左個玉桂焦糖燒PINEAPPLE,同平時既燒波羅好唔同。加左玉桂真係香左好多,D菠羅外面有一層焦糖衣包裹住,好有層次,而D波羅仲好甜添,真心好味,呢個既價錢好值。又叫左杯PEAR雲耳水,好滋潤。呢度既店比較細,但裝修好有心思,D燈好靚呀!座位係高檯高CHAIR,係食串物既FEEL。見佢有好多唔同牌子既清酒,中意飲酒就岩晒啦!呢度上野食都幾快!位置都近MTR,下次再黎!

串燒店啱啱播緊套之前好想睇嘅港產片 ,所以今次點左幾款串燒慢慢食住睇:

全部熱辣辣上碟,串燒燒得香脆,加埋酸辣醬一齊食,加支啤酒 ,好有風味
另外雞肉串外面脆卜卜, 肉身仍軟滑非常,吸收燒汁精華!!😋

值得一提嘅係馬來西亞燒大蜆,鮮甜湯底, 冇沙嘅😍, 一碟有八隻好抵食。

今天嚟到尖沙咀一間串燒店晚餐,呢到個位置唔太起眼,要細心搵先搵到個入口。呢到的串燒種類有好多,有海鮮類、丸類、牛肉類、仲有特色串燒,包括黑毛豬五花腩、燒山賊雞翼、車厘茄煙肉劵等,全部都係即叫即燒,最欣賞係嚟到時都係個果熱辣辣的感覺!除左串燒之外,當然仲有飲品選擇,不過飲品就唔算太多種類,以sake為主,但要全支點甘開。串燒種類太多,先說下最好味係港式懷舊燒魷魚,係全條魷魚甘上,燒得剛剛好,皮仲帶少量燒焦的感覺,旁邊有泰式辣醬,不過由於魷魚本身整得唔錯,咬開已經好彈牙,唔洗點醬都已經好好味!沙爹燒厚魚肚,入面的沙爹汁好濃厚,惹味十足,魚肚軟得嚟亦不失口感嚼勁,味道唔錯。燒流心鵪鶉蛋,一串有4粒,咬開入面係流心既,鵪鶉蛋質感好好,調味亦做得唔錯。最後,不得不提係燒珍寶大扇貝,有成隻手掌甘大,入面粒扇貝肉好彈牙新鮮,最美味係個汁,調味得唔錯,而上面的粉絲吸收個汁後,亦十分美味,個汁可以係話成隻扇貝的精華所在。
