今個禮拜落雨足足落左7日,搞到想襯春天雨季黎之前BBQ都唔得。咁我朋友就提議去居酒屋食串燒,都係一個好提議,又唔使自己落手整又可以食到燒烤嘅味道。菜類、肉類、海鮮類、牛羊豬什麼都有,仲有小食飯同麵叫。明太子釀雞翼好似荷包一樣咁飽滿既,已經去左骨,好方便入面滿滿既明太子餡料:)山賊雞翼王有孜然粉,聞落特別香,有種野味既感覺外皮脆脆既,但入面肉又唔會乾而且入曬味煙肉鵪鶉蛋鵪鶉蛋滑滑既,用味重既煙肉去包裹住最適合不過。龍躉肉京蔥卷好特別,包著既係龍躉肉,肉滑嫩,味鮮!加埋京蔥就鮮上鮮:)流心芝士豆卜好有heart,每一粒豆卜內都堅流心芝士,而且仲有一粒墨西哥辣椒片。豆卜外面烤得脆脆,襯埋濃郁芝士,正蒜容烤茄子蒜容量好足夠,皮脆肉滑辣酒煮花螺佢既花螺好大隻,啖啖肉!而且個汁夠辣,好惹味,送飯都得啵!蒜蓉粉絲桂花虲大大粒,鮮甜美味,主角係粉絲,吸收曬精華!招牌燒菠蘿唔怪得知有三個手指公,因為真係好特別,個菠蘿沾左肉桂粉,而且brulee過,所以面層香香帶焦糖脆。入面肉又好鮮甜而且多汁,作為飯後果真係好好!

其實重點左金菇牛肉卷,海鹽燒牛肩胛,不過自己最鍾意就係燒豬頸肉串
每一塊豬頸肉都肥瘦均勻,沙嗲汁滲入肉,食落好有口感,啲肉好彈牙,醬汁調得啱啱好,另一好味之選😊

整體來講,都幾唔錯!而且上菜速度好快,服務好有效率,推介👍🏻

今日喺尖沙咀等咗好耐好耐,whatsapp A姐又無人覆,而我只係痴痴的等,等咗差唔多1個鐘,A姐先打俾我,話約咗人,又唔記得話我知,就係咁我俾A姐放咗飛機喇!成個痴漢咁,我就去到喜膳燒食串燒,最鍾意呢度嘅串燒放喺鐵板上,所以啲串燒放耐咗都仲好夠熱。海鹽燒皇牌牛舌其實食燒烤真係唔駛多醬料,簡簡單單用鹽燒,反而更容易帶出自身嘅香味。牛舌厚切得嚟,又燒得軟腍,牛肉味香濃,好juicy!燒蜜糖雞中翼雞翼大大隻,用蜜糖嚟燒,就最啱喇!蜜糖甜甜哋,好惹味,一串仲有成3隻,夠晒抵食。明太子釀雞翼除咗燒蜜糖雞中翼,仲叫咗明太子釀雞翼,雞皮燒得好脆口,入面仲有好多明太子,好滿足!燒珍寶蒜蓉大扇貝隻扇貝都幾大隻,鮮甜爽口。而上面仲有粉絲同蒜蓉,好香呀!燒粟米燒到燶燶哋嘅粟米仲好鮮甜,粒粒都脆卜卜。燒煙肉韭菜卷煙肉韭菜卷好香,唔太油膩,最正係韭菜味夠香!

尖沙咀N2出口附近成條街都是餐廳,選擇極多,今次揀咗呢間串燒試下❤︎裝潢幾別緻,燈光氣氛超好〜頭盤先來一碟燒魷魚,非常新鮮,配埋秘製醬汁辣辣地,唔錯之後其他串燒陸續上菜,竟然是用鐵板上,保持住食物的溫度,非常體貼,值得一讚!雞心不是周圍都有得食,串燒店有真是第一次見呢到又大粒又新鮮另外呢個燒芝士黑毛豬五花肉有驚喜,芝士好香,豬肉又夠軟腍。燒肉桂焦糖金菠蘿,用新鮮菠蘿,不是罐頭貨,焦糖燒得金黃,甜甜地正好中和水果酸味❤︎最後叫咗兩隻生蠔,連海水一齊燒,非常清新

頭盤先來一碟燒魷魚,非常新鮮,配埋秘製醬汁辣辣地,唔錯
