放假同屋企人出去周圍行下順便去搵食,今次就去了新強記飲茶。燒鵝:比乳鴿更好味,鵝皮皮下有一層薄薄的脂肪,入口令鵝肉更添油脂甘香,鵝皮燒得香脆,即使食到最後都保持到脆口,鵝肉無雪藏味,處理得很好,而且十分juicy。乳鴿:入口juicy,而且皮脆肉嫩,細細隻鴿肉唔算多,但一人半隻剛剛好,加些喼汁食落無咁油膩,$38隻真係值回票價。燒賣:肥膏不多,豬肉新鮮,結實彈牙。薑葱牛柏葉:牛柏葉炆得入腍又入味,入口爽脆,還有薑葱香味,下面的芋頭又綿又腍。胡椒鹹菜豬肚:胡椒味濃郁,入口帶點辛辣,鹹菜應該浸過,去掉多餘的咸菜,入口清爽,豬肚則未夠腍身,比較有咬口。馬蹄糕:裏面粒粒爽口馬蹄肉,馬蹄糕煙煙韌韌,帶點清甜。蝦腸:外皮未算太薄,但中間包著大大隻新鮮爽口的蝦仁,腸粉皮較有黏性。新強記雞粥:粥底煲得很綿滑,食到最後都唔會起水,真材實料去熬煮,雞件嫩滑,不過略欠點雞油香,所以雞粥都比較健康。

這間位於大圍以燒鵝聞名的酒樓,平日午市都全場爆滿,而且點心比連鎖酒樓便宜,款式很多。蝦餃皮薄且晶凝通透,中間蝦肉新鮮彈牙。古法千層糕平時甚少見到的點心,千層糕中間的蛋王香味十足,入口軟綿。鮮蝦腐皮卷炸至金黃香脆,中間大大隻爽口蝦肉。翡翠炒伊麵伊麵爽口不會味道略咸,還有些椰菜等配料。乳鴿皮脆肉嫩且多汁,完全無紅肉的血腥味,本身已經有調味,所以無需無何醬汁都已經好美味。燒鵝例牌的份量都十足,而且比了鵝胸肉,皮脆肉嫩,而且啖啖鵝肉,外皮還帶點焦香,燒鵝不算太肥,唔怕食到滿口油。

經過大圍一定會諗起新強記燒鵝酒家,所以決定入去試一試。首先我大家大家都推介乳鴿,38蚊一隻,一上到枱佢就幫我分開咗一半,比我想像中多肉,個皮燒到好香,好咬口!食到停唔到口,推薦!另外,當然係有馳名雞粥,一食落去好香雞味,粥底綿密,仲要用瓦煲上枱,保持溫度,仲比我想像中大煲!另外因為係晚市所以叫咗兩個海鮮嚟試吓,買咗豉椒炒大蜆,蜆好大隻,仲要冇沙,個汁好濃味,而且炒得好有鑊氣!最後一個餸係金銀蒜蒸班頭腩,班頭腩好滑,而且蒜蓉炒得好香好入味,再加埋粉絲撈飯,好食!不過唯一有啲唔好就係有少少鱗片,呢個可以改善一下!最後仲送咗兩碗糖水一碗綠豆沙一碗紅豆沙,好好客!

去咗大圍無數次除咗踩單車 第一次嚟到呢度飲茶 因為星期六 早晨七點鐘 時間太早 酒樓廚房部未有 要十一點鐘先至可以食到呢度遠近馳名嘅沙田雞粥 同埋乳鴿 十一點前先可以食呢度嘅點心 要數到沙田比較有特色嘅酒家通常都會係龍華酒家 同埋沙田新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家 當然唔係同佢哋賣廣告 自費光顧 新強記因為可能係自置物業 所以可以繼續經營入去 入面唔算太大約30張枱 呢度入面光顧嘅人都係上咗年紀 價錢同出面嘅酒樓一樣 早餐呢度有晨早孖寶比較優惠40 蚊鳳爪排骨飯可以選擇十多款點心 埋單五六十蚊左右 平日食會比較抵 因為疫情關係 枱之間都用咗透明嘅板分隔 呢度嘅空間都比較大 點咗兩套早晨孖寶分別係鳳爪排骨飯同埋梅菜肉餅飯 冇食到呢度嘅沙田雞粥 叫咗個皮蛋瘦肉粥 不過味道一般 反而值得推介呢度嘅四寶雞扎同埋金錢肚 比較好味 兩個人最後埋單170蚊 仲有叉燒腸 出面可以泊車不過小心抄牌 希望呢啲特色嘅傳統酒樓繼續營運落去 拍攝當日星期六早上7點亦都有差不多七成嘅入座率 算係唔錯 部長侍應亦都反應好快 同蓮香樓相比真係冇得比 (服務方面講緊)

今日終於有機會試到呢間由細到大搭火車出九龍都會經過見到,慕名已久但從來未試既酒家。呢度出名既沙田三寶我都好想試。但因為得我同朋友兩個胃,我地又想試埋其他撚手小菜,所以我地揀左手撕乳鴿一試。奇香手撕乳鴿真係冇改錯名,一放落枱已經聞到果陣乳鴿既油香,到真係咬落啖啖肉既鴿身時候,果啲熱辣辣既肉汁帶出既油香更加係香到隔幾張枱都肯定聞得到。不得之了。鳳梨咕嚕肉咕嚕肉必須要送飯,鳳梨同埋桃肉既配搭又係一絕。兩樣都係超開胃,咁都俾佢諗到擺埋一齊原來咁好食。咕嚕肉炒到岩岩好,做到外脆內軟,酸度適中,開胃到白飯都食多碗。茄子牛仔骨煲呢個餸就超抵食。首先個煲係熱辣辣咁上香氣四溢已經加好多分。再黎就係茄子同牛仔骨份量一啲都唔細。更重要係2樣食材都做到好好味,茄子夠淋夠入味,牛仔骨當然都係好入味啦,肉質仲係嫰口易咬真係幾驚喜。簡單一句就係冇得輸啦。抵食又好食!
