成日唔知大圍有咩好野食,今日約左朋友食晚飯,就想試試呢間酒樓。入到去已經晚市,我們3個人叫左個套餐,晚市套餐好多都好抵食。我哋叫左芝士龍蝦伊面,燒鵝例牌,加碟金銀蛋白菜,三個人食已經夠曬數,性價比都好高。芝士龍蝦伊面係好食,但我個人覺得有點heavy,不過朋友食得好開心,燒鵝係我最愛,酒樓同出面食始終有唔同,起碼唔怕影相好睇裡面全部肥膏。疫情之後都冇試過飲茶,估唔到第一次試呢間就冇中伏,食得幾開心,慢慢食仲可以一邊吹水,下次試試佢d點心先。

第一次去,服務真係好好,雖然在街內,環境不是勁靚,但枱與枱之間有隔板亦有一米距離。味道不比名牌酒樓差。份量十足!可以有下次,感覺老闆對員工好,所以每個伙計都好落力招呼客人。臨走喺門口有位唔知是否老闆嘅人,不斷同每位客人道謝,仲介紹話有早午茶飲。雖然餐飯唔貴,但感覺自己得到五星級待遇。👍🏻👍🏻

其實小弟都曾經身為沙田友,今日陪女皇的媽媽去拜車公,所以就唸到去回味吓童年美食新強記。呢度嘅三大名物,燒鵝,雞粥同燒乳鴿,由於人數唔多所以只可以揀燒鵝,水準依然,外皮香,肉汁多夾雜住鵝油嘅酥香好滿足。另外叫左啲點心賣相未算十分精緻,勝在足料,新鮮。鮑汁雞腳好入味,而且花生都夠腍。豉汁蒸魚雲cp值高,分量多,原來點心都可以有小菜水準。鮮蝦腐皮卷---好脆,餡多蝦肉彈牙,又唔油膩。疫情期間餐廳都有提供手機點餐環保之餘又衛生啲。另外餐廳推出啲抗疫套餐,下次帶埋女皇的爸爸,再享受埋雞粥同乳鴿先為之一絶。

假期同家人一行四人到沙田行街,先去大圍醫左肚先~大圍朋友介紹必試新強記既沙田三寶~2點左右黎到,差不多坐滿,侍應安排的地坐靠邊位,都幾舒服~佢既招牌三寶係燒鵝,乳鴿同雞粥,見到差不多每枱都每人一隻乳鴿,我地因為又想食點心,諗左一論決定今次先試半隻燒鵝皇,下次再試其餘二寶吧~燒鵝一上枱就聞到好香,色水亦好靚,食落皮脆肉嫩有肉汁,肥瘦適中,加埋酸梅醬就是絕配~鮮蝦腐皮卷 外皮金黃香脆,很香口,裡面蝦肉很足,咬下去都是啖啖蝦肉~百花釀魚肚一籠是三大件,圖中是偷吃一件了,魚肚軟滑,吸盡了湯汁~鮮蝦菜苗餃皮薄餡飽滿,菜苗與蝦肉比例平均,口感豐富,味道很鮮~豉汁蒸魚雲魚雲每件都是大大件的,肉多,每口都滑嘟嘟的,豉汁惹味,沒有一點鯹味~總結,燒鵝名不虛傳,真的好吃~點心價錢不貴,但份量很大,味道也是很不錯~環境亦舒服,每枱之間空間很足~期待下次吃乳鴿呢~

總結,燒鵝名不虛傳,真的好吃~點心價錢不貴,但份量很大,味道也是很不錯~環境亦舒服,每枱之間空間很足~期待下次吃乳鴿呢~

上星期五有事要慶祝,上咗foodpanda及Deliveroo的平台都找不到沙田新強記燒鵝海鮮飯店上架,今日端午節終於在Deliveroo的平台見到了,點了我哋一家人最鍾意食嘅上湯龍蝦伊麵試吓,嘩!真係冇得頂,係用澳洲巨龍做的,啲肉好厚好實,鮮甜香噴噴好味道!而且餐廳一點也不吝嗇,有很多舊龍蝦!👍👍👍我和爸爸兩個人食午餐其實已經好飽,我喺屋企加咗啲英式芥辣落去啲伊麵度,嘩!簡直係絕配!因為連啲爪(餐廳只係用上段)啲肉都好多,所以就算有少少吉手痛痛我都忍唔住用鉸剪剪開佢兩邊食埋啲肉,車手認得我同我say Hello,所以我喺Deliveroo加多$19貼士俾佢!下次我都叫下佢其他菜式試吓先!👍👍👍$380,原先運費是$38,但係因為我入咗Deliveroo的會,每月頭五次免運費,所以今次買單是$344,當然未計事後先俾嘅$19貼士啦!

朋友家在大圍站,適逢晚飯時間,就到沙田新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家,可能時間比較早,6點鐘,Walk-in 就可以了,基本7點後要麼就等位,要麼就是預訂了位置三個男人叫咗四個飯餸,加了一個白飯,埋單$500有找原本還叫了聖子的,但因為食到一半仲未黎,追問之下,發覺還未下單就取消了,建議對一下落單紙。餐廳環境比較傳統,枱與枱之間分隔有座地膠板,今次晚飯坐在大廳,都唔特別噪。食物方面,都中規中矩,賣相都是傳統酒樓,茶水都普普通通,因為價錢也相對不貴。乳鴿色澤金黃、脆口;燒鵝味道恰好,都正常發揮。炒飯份量都足,上湯雜菜煲足料,蝦米瑤柱均有,不足之處就是最後追單才來,感覺食到斷纜,因為有人等位,8點就走了。

今日嚟到大圍食好嘢,一於去呢間老字號新強記酒家試吓佢最馳名嘅燒鵝同乳鴿先。首先叫左兩隻乳鴿,皮都幾脆而且多肉,唔使醮淮鹽已夠曬入味。之後叫了1/4 下燒鵝皮薄香脆,肉質夠厚,最緊要係唔會話太肥。粟米斑塊用真正石斑肉做,連我啲平時唔係幾食魚嘅人都覺得ok好食。椒鹽魷魚炸得酥脆,魷魚肉質彈牙。琵琶豆腐平時喺出邊都好難食到,因為好考功夫,呢度有得食真係喜出望外!食飽飽後還有紅豆沙或綠豆沙作甜品,真是大滿足最後要一提係侍應服務態度好好,很殷勤兼有人情味,抵讚👍

作為大圍街坊,就不時就會係附近覓食,今次就同屋企人去左老字號新強記。個個黎到都一定會叫金牌燒乳鴿,呢度既乳鴿醃得好好食,外脆內嫩,令人食唔停口。沙田新強記燒鵝皇,係另一新強記名物,同樣外脆內嫩,油香同肉汁並存恰到口處,加埋酸梅醬更開胃。椒鹽鮮魷好有咬口,即叫即製,加埋椒鹽好惹味~琵琶豆腐,內裡既豆腐好滑溜,個汁都整得好入味,粟米斑塊好有魚味,送飯一流最後壓軸既仲有甜品紅豆沙,味道超濃,超足料,好耐無食過咁好食既紅豆沙啦~不得不提呢度既服務好有人情味,野食都好食,一家人食得好滿足!
