最近去左大圍嘅新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家食晚飯。佢嘅位置好方便,就喺大圍火車站附近。我叫咗個價值350蚊嘅「超值乳鴿套餐」,裏面有2隻金牌燒乳鴿、一份雞粥同金銀蛋時蔬。見到門口同住海報寫住新強記皇牌有燒鵝雞粥同乳鴿,咁呢個套餐可以一次話抵啲咁試哂兩款皇牌,唔錯。我仲額外叫咗西檸雞球,仲有橄菜肉鬆四季豆同埋南乳粗齋煲,非常豐富。超值乳鴿餐 ($350)首先當然要試下佢個皇牌雞粥,雞粥幾滑溜,粥的表面可以見到雞的精華,每一口都飄散住雞香味。而且雞肉份量好足夠,多肉多汁,果然真係新強記嘅招牌菜之一,值得一試。另外,套餐有兩隻乳鴿,乳鴿香氣撲鼻,外皮烤到金黃酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁。一口咬落去,乳鴿的油汁走哂出黎,好香好好味。當然仲有金銀蛋時蔬色彩豐富,口感清爽。金銀蛋好滑好鮮甜,同湯汁同時蔬好搭配。除左套餐之外,仲叫左三款唔同既菜式。西檸雞球($118)西檸雞球香脆之餘仲啖啖肉,而且陣陣既柚子檸檬味開胃又好食,而且份量非常大份,非常抵食。橄菜肉鬆四季豆($108)至於橄菜肉鬆四季豆,每款既材料比例份量配搭得非常適中,四季豆都好爽脆清甜,而且橄菜肉鬆非常香口惹味南乳粗齋煲($118)齋煲南乳味非常濃厚,煲內滿滿既什菜,有菜心西蘭花生菜小唐菜茄子雲耳支竹等等,加埋滿滿粉絲非常送飯。 continue reading

踩完單車想食翻餐好既簡左附近一間好有特色 古色古香既中菜館入到去就見到佢 脆皮乳鴿仲要號稱係沙田乳鴿 賣相都好吸引感覺可以一試金牌燒乳鴿 $78一上枱係皮脆肉嫩的係新鮮炸起好夠味好岩同一眾酒友 一邊食住乳鴿 一路暢飲可惜有揸車 如果唔係都會同朋友啤啤佢椒鹽九肚魚(例) $128佢既份量好多都係新鮮炸起 滾熱辣的感覺到呢度既廚師好有心機 每一道菜都係務求新鮮外面脆卜卜之餘入面係嫩滑既魚肉唯一要小心太熱辣嘴仲有呢味頭抽豉油雞 $128佢色澤望落係淺色既豉油顏色但係好香豉油醬香飯 佢既味道好岩送飯仲有 雖然佢有不同部位既肉 但就算係雞胸肉都係滑的就係因為呢隻豉油雞 所以忍唔住同朋友叫左飯拎來送飯食過程食得好開心服務態度良好 下次再有機會會再來品嘗 continue reading

呢度出名嘅小菜有燒鵝,乳鴿,雞粥,所以點都一定要試一下個招牌菜。今次點咗個雞粥再加馳名嘅小炒王仲有西檸雞,見呢啲菜式都係佢餐牌上推介的。雞粥仲有大中細嘅選項,點咗個例牌,夠晒兩個人食,雞粥好足料,入邊有好多件雞,而且粥底好有雞味,因為到佢嘅雞油滲透晒落個粥底度,同埋仲配有香蔥同薑絲,令佢更加有咬口。小炒王嘅蝦乾好大隻,仲有啲土魷係一啲都唔韌,好入味,咁配有韭菜同埋脆魚仔同腰果,食落夠口感,同埋全部熱辣辣炒出嚟,建議配白飯。 西檸雞俾我想像中大碟,佢用咗橙同檸檬去整,個汁檸檬味重,咬落香脆,鍾意香口嘢嘅就好啱食,而佢嘅檸檬汁,亦都會中和咗炸嘢嘅油膩感,最後都食晒成碟!好想試埋佢個乳鴿,但係以上啲餸,兩個人都食到太飽,唯有留返下次先試。值得一讚嘅係啲菜式全部上枱都係熱辣辣,坐得舒服嘅小炒餐廳! continue reading
