成日聽人講大圍站呢間燒鵝好食,真係好難得今次會黎呢邊,緊係要同朋友去試試佢啦!聽講呢間新強記係大圍已經好多年歷史,裝修同餐具都好有90年代感呢。🍎燒鵝皇下半庄例牌 $150坐低唔洗諗即係叫份燒鵝先!睇到已經流哂口水🤤,望落好嫩好Juicy!皮薄香脆肉厚,滿滿既肉汁同油香,當然唔少得酸梅醬,超級開胃!呢到兩個人都夠清哂!🍎金牌燒乳鴿 $38皮脆肉嫩,只係$38一隻真係好抵食。🍎椒鹽魷魚鬚(例) $98本身想食椒鹽九肚魚可惜遇上休魚期,換左魷魚鬚,好彩都高質,炸漿上得幾薄,夠酥脆,魷魚彈牙。🍎魚湯腐皮浸芥蘭 $98食完堆煎炸既油膩野~叫左份菜湯清清,腐皮吸收哂魚湯同介蘭既精華,超級鮮甜!仲搶手過芥蘭🤣!🍎櫻花蝦海鮮炒飯 $108呢個好似係神秘菜色黎🤣,其實唔係大餐牌,問店員有冇炒飯先落到。比想像中有驚喜,炒飯粒粒分明,夠哂鑊氣!雖然睇落上哂醬油色,但其實唔會太咸,我覺得岩岩好~
