一直以來都很想在冰室品嚐一下真正的叉燒滑蛋飯,今次終於可以試一下。首先,樓下的叉燒非常甜滑,幾乎不用大力的咀嚼就能咬下,雖然這個並不是燒味的肥叉燒,但咬下去的感覺亦與肥叉相似。另外,滑蛋亦煮得很好,再加上甜豉油,果然能吃得出滑蛋叉燒飯那種甜滑味道。

第二,當然要感受一下這裏的瑞士雞髀。雞髀肉質已經煮得非常入味,很有瑞士汁那種香甜但又帶點鹹味的感覺,但略為味道較為濃,有點重口味。厚多士及雜果沙律剛為配菜,份量足夠。

跟餐飲品半價,那就當作要特飲吧。看到樓下冰室有推介,跟餐$12 一杯,華田味道非常濃,而且加上朱古力脆脆,一邊飲一邊食,可以當作飯後甜品一樣。

媽媽就點了一杯菠蘿冰,因為她想吃一些甜甜酸酸的生果,菠蘿冰的酸甜味道絕對可以令人更加開胃。我嚐了一口,還是華田脆脆較好。

好脆,好麻辣,食到吾停得口,建議攤一攤先食,唔係第一啖容易被油燙親😂簡直係勁好食

菠蘿冰
因為跟餐係半價的,所以好抵菠蘿頗新鮮,喝下去整體算是很解渴,還有很多其他水果,充滿熱帶風情。
