好脆,好麻辣,食到吾停得口,建議攤一攤先食,唔係第一啖容易被油燙親😂簡直係勁好食

菠蘿冰
因為跟餐係半價的,所以好抵菠蘿頗新鮮,喝下去整體算是很解渴,還有很多其他水果,充滿熱帶風情。

今日心血來潮食個大早餐,因為晏就要出去舖頭會遲食飯,樓下冰室開業一陣子,就去試一試!火腿通粉,太陽蛋轉左做炒蛋,多士,熱奶茶。外賣都好快手,5分鐘內就準時返到公司坐定定準備食。通粉夠熱,火腿絲都多,但係通粉質地比較厚同粉。唔好彩地多士同炒蛋擺埋左係同一個外賣盒度,令到多士同蛋汁混和左。但亦證明炒滑蛋好滑好滑,依個值得一讚!奶茶係港式奶茶,都唔錯哦!可能因為新開張,Lunchtime都仲係好多人排隊,等遲d冇咁多人先去試埋佢地嘅午餐~

之前已經想黎這間冰室,知道他在鰂魚涌的有分店,所以今天在太古城附近購物之後就來到這邊試一試。店舖裝修和現在大部份的冰室一樣是懷舊的氣氛,餐牌很簡潔,我們點了瑞士汁雞翼,炒意粉和常餐。先來常餐,就是火腿奄列多士和蕃茄濃湯通粉,火腿奄列做得嫩滑有汁,厚多士鬆軟可口,但是這個常餐最突出的反而是這個蕃茄通粉,湯是非常之濃厚而且美味通粉,而最特別的就是通粉非常有彈牙。之後是瑞士汁雞翼,這個瑞士汁甜度較高,雞翼炆得入味,肉質鬆軟,只需要用匙羹也可輕易切開。最後是炒意粉,這個其實不多餐廳會做,因為大多數的餐廳是用燴的方法,炒意粉最講究鑊氣和醬汁的比例,而這裏做得非常之高水準。很想這間冰室多開一點分店,讓我可以隨時品嚐到。

先來常餐,就是火腿奄列多士和蕃茄濃湯通粉,火腿奄列做得嫩滑有汁,厚多士鬆軟可口,但是這個常餐最突出的反而是這個蕃茄通粉,湯是非常之濃厚而且美味通粉,而最特別的就是通粉非常有彈牙。

之後是瑞士汁雞翼,這個瑞士汁甜度較高,雞翼炆得入味,肉質鬆軟,只需要用匙羹也可輕易切開。

最後是炒意粉,這個其實不多餐廳會做,因為大多數的餐廳是用燴的方法,炒意粉最講究鑊氣和醬汁的比例,而這裏做得非常之高水準。

很想這間冰室多開一點分店,讓我可以隨時品嚐到。
