上星期同朋友去左鰂魚涌買嘢,走果陣經過一間門面充滿懷舊風味既「樓下冰室」,比佢門口招牌蕃茄濃湯吸引住,於是大家決定係度食埋晚餐先歸家餐廳唔止門面懷舊,連店內裝飾亦充滿70、80年代影子,我們被安排坐了四人枱,空間充足唔會有逼夾感!餐廳很新,環境、餐具亦很乾淨餐牌非常吸引,其實好多好多款我都想試不過最後都係決定試左招牌菜式先瑞士雞翼果然是招牌嘢,雞全翼夠大隻多肉;瑞士汁甜度適中,帶有多種香料味道層次豐富,最最最重要係,非常入味!!而且入味之餘雞肉唔會鞋口!外間很多瑞士雞翼一係就唔夠入味,一係就入味但肉質很鞋呢道既瑞士雞翼卻拿捏的很好,非常好味德國什腸,一次可以試到四款腸!芝士焗西蘭花夠芝士味,加埋粟米粒食落更有口感,焗完個底亦唔會太多水蕃茄濃湯配牛乳炒蛋炒蛋口感夠滑有蛋香味,蕃茄湯底非常鮮甜夠味,配通心粉或公仔麵亦非常夾,絕對係必試之選華田脆脆味道很濃郁,入口幾滑,但又唔會覺得好甜菠蘿冰用既係新鮮菠蘿,非常清新解膩整體呢間樓上冰室都幾有水準,食材同味道都令人有回頭既意慾

瑞士雞翼
果然是招牌嘢,雞全翼夠大隻多肉;瑞士汁甜度適中,帶有多種香料味道層次豐富,最最最重要係,非常入味!!而且入味之餘雞肉唔會鞋口!
外間很多瑞士雞翼一係就唔夠入味,一係就入味但肉質很鞋
