同朋友收工行經過鰂魚涌,見到很多間新開的西餐廳,其中一間最吸引我地的,便是這間充滿懷舊港式風味的冰室。入到去同朋友坐咗係卡位,座位寬躺,坐得十分舒適,同埋原來餐廳入邊的環境都很用心,很多個位置都有本土和懷舊的感覺。食物種類不單只有常餐,還有很多不同選擇。我同朋友各自點了一些店內推薦的食品。第一款 : 常餐~蕃茄炒蛋湯意粉。湯底十分出色,用咗新鮮蕃茄黎整,相比用茄汁黎整當然味道上會自然好多,而且用嘅蕃茄不會太多,令湯底微酸卻帶點甜味,真係好開胃,重點係不含味精。第二款 : 跟餐配菜~瑞士雞髀。呢間瑞士雞髀真係一流,因為有啲店舖既瑞士雞髀通常都係豉油味好重,搞到隻雞髀好咸,但呢間冰室既瑞士雞髀真係好瑞士感覺(哈哈),個瑞士感覺係指豉油汁既味道唔會咸,而瑞士汁果種甜味唔會太甜,非常適中,最重要係連隻雞髀都好大隻,啖啖肉,真係堅正!第三款 : 朋友叫嘅三寶飯。首先第一寶係瑞士雞翼。口道如同瑞士雞髀,不過我朋友留咗雞翼尖比我吃,係咁啜啲瑞士汁相當開心(雞翼尖迷)。第二寶係蜜汁叉燒。呢間叉燒同燒味嘅叉燒有好大分別,因為吃得出用咗豬嘅不同部位黎整,但我不清楚什麼部位。不過吃落去好有咬口同埋一啲都不硬

第四款 : 菠蘿冰。呢間店舖嘅食品同飲品都好用心。連菠蘿冰都用新鮮菠蘿製造,所以吃落去有少少真正菠蘿嘅酸甜味同有咬口,而絕非係罐頭菠蘿淨甜,淋啤啤果一種。飲落去甜度適中。
整體來說食物質素很好,而且店員很有禮貌,值得一試!

早前搭車經過這間冰室,見到排長龍,加上聽說荃灣有分店並很有名,是人氣店,所以趁今天放假,把握機會來試試。步進這間冰室,被它的懷舊裝修吸引住,很有氣氛。坐下來後想也不用想,當然點了招牌的「番茄濃湯通粉配瑞士雞髀」。雞髀端上來的時候見到熱到出煙,熱騰騰的。切了一口,以為不夠諗,放入口的時候,才發覺很好吃,雞肉嫩滑外,還估不到瑞士汁的味道調配得啱啱好,濃郁微甜。番茄濃湯通粉果然也十分濃稠,配以滑蛋,好吃到全部食晒,一滴也沒有剩。

在鰂魚涌港鐵站A出口的對面,有一間樓下冰室,地點非常方便,而且非常抵食,食物又有質素。所以無論咩時間,我見好多街坊幫襯。餐廳入邊嘅裝修充滿懷舊港式冰室嘅風情,但食物除咗傳統冰室提供嘅款式,仲有一啲新式嘅選擇。樓下冰室出名食蕃茄湯底通粉和瑞士汁雞翼雞髀,蕃茄湯底我就留返下次先試,今日同朋友試咗幾樣好味嘅菜式。咖喱牛腩飯:雖然唔係樓下冰室嘅招牌菜,但我覺得呢個咖喱牛腩飯值得推介,佢哋嘅咖喱好香好香,而且牛腩炆得剛剛好,佢唔會諗到散晒,牛腩嘅形狀仲保持完整,但食落又好易入口好林,薯仔有大大嚿,冇得頂呀!樓下三寶飯:三寶飯即係有大大件免切叉燒,一隻大大食瑞士汁雞翼和煎蛋。免切叉燒肥瘦適中,煮得好林,所以就算唔使切都好容易咬。瑞士汁雞翼係全翼,非常大隻,瑞士汁都整得好味,甜甜地。奶油豬仔包:非常大件,而且好鬆脆,落咗牛油好香,加埋奶油又甜甜地,好味道。炸雞翼:呢度啲炸雞翼真係超級大隻,佢係大size嘅全翼,仲要有三隻,三十幾蚊真係超值。雞翼炸得好香脆,熱辣辣,味道唔錯。紅豆冰和菠蘿冰都好值得一試,尤其菠蘿冰,真材實料,我未飲過一個菠蘿冰菠蘿多過汁,真係好正。

奶油豬仔包:非常大件,而且好鬆脆,落咗牛油好香,加埋奶油又甜甜地,好味道。

炸雞翼:呢度啲炸雞翼真係超級大隻,佢係大size嘅全翼,仲要有三隻,三十幾蚊真係超值。雞翼炸得好香脆,熱辣辣,味道唔錯。

紅豆冰和菠蘿冰都好值得一試,尤其菠蘿冰,真材實料,我未飲過一個菠蘿冰菠蘿多過汁,真係好正。
